I came in this morning for a peach green tea lemonade and it was right there waiting for me. I've been to this location over a dozen times and the workers have always been so cool. The store itself is what it is which is quite limited. There is one long bench seat and about four tables in total. There's also a few tables outside, however nobody is really outside during this time of the year. Also the music is generally elevated which doesn't really make for a great place to do actual work. Usually I mobile order but it wasn't applying a happy hour coupon, therefore I just ordered at the counter. The barista who took my order helped me pretty quickly. There was a large group of people who ordered ahead of me so I expected a wait but then literally everyone got all there drinks as I was still waiting on 1 more. Luckily I was the only person left so they asked what I was waiting on. The barista making the drinks was too busy talking to his friends to make the drinks faster so took awhile..... the counters were all dirty and trash all over the floor from customers. It's always a catch 22 when I come here, baristas are great and friendly. That line tho, let me repeat, that line tho, the line is always long, like discouraging long. If you are on a time crunch I definitely suggest allowing extra time for you visit. However you won't be disappointed when you get your drink. My drink is always made to palette perfection so no complaints there. As an added bonus, they acknowledged that I hadn't been in in a while and asked if everything was okay. As much I wanted to spot a nice review i can't, been here many times to pick up online order since it's on the on the way to my destination. Place gets busy, i get that BUT I've picked up orders in the afternoon and their not busy or at least have 5 orders ahead with 5 staff and still waited 15-20 mins. It's frustrating because they won't even acknowledge you and on top of that online orders have time pick up which never happens. And coffees are not made the way they're supposed to be, it's always too much milk or too much eyes.I think acknowledging customers can ease they're frustration while waiting , at least pretend your trying your best rather than chit chatting with your co worker while customers are waiting and looks frustrated. A very small starbucks in the woodbridge area. They have a least 6 tables with very limited space and outlets. I came to this starbucks in the afternoon and it was not crowded yet it took a very long time to get my drink. Terrible Starbucks. My family and I walked up to the Starbucks @8:25pm this evening (9/7/23). As we were opening the door we notice a handwritten sign saying they were sorry but they were closing early. An elderly woman sitting at the table looks over at us and said yes they closed early and they kicked me out. Two employees were inside, and they asked if we had a mobile order. We said no we did not, and they said well sorry we're closed. I mentioned that the store hours are until 9pm & they told us there was another Starbucks that was open 24hours. So not only did they force an elderly customer out of the store. But they also chose to close the store early. Completely unacceptable. read more

I arrive 10 minutes to the store and see a lot of a walk in customer bought their drinks but they got their drinks first then me and I waited for another 10 minutes and got my drink, which is the wrong drink that they gave me. Since I was in a hurry, I just left then took my drink with me. Now I give this store a three star because of how their workers work no connection to the customers and just rudely handing the food or the drink which is the wrong drink. I go here at least twice a week during the school year. I don't remember the last time I ordered at the counter; mobile is the way to go. The employees have always been nice and make an effort to greet me or say something as I leave. They've always gotten my order correct. Elizabeth is the manager and she keeps things moving. Lady at the front didn't complete my order, when I asked about it, a different lady told me 'it's probably on the way' and pointed to the nice young man who's in charge of making/heating up the pastries. Nothing special here. Placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up and decided to try a slice of banana bread. The banana bread was decent and moist. The lids that Starbucks uses REALLY need to be re-designed though, as they have leaked for several years now, when drinking coffee, but not the higher viscosity drinks, like lattes. As a result of this poor lid design, I spilled half the cup of Americano on my pants simply buy holding the cup towards the top rather than in the middle. For my general expectations of businesses, I would have rated this Starbucks at a three, but the consistent experiences I receive from Starbucks has made me give this location a four. This Starbucks makes their drinks perfectly. Their pace is either super slow or at a reasonable pace. It depends on the number of staff and how busy it is. The staff is either nice or meh. The Dining Area is ok. This location's pastries were some of the best I've had from Starbucks in a long time! This location is somewhat unique, though. What makes it unique is not the double-wide parking spot out front, but the fact that they sometimes have special events, like "Tasting Tuesday's". That's something I've never seen and think it's somewhat new and different. I would recommend this location Starbucks, as always, make sure you have some time set aside. read more

I'm not usually one to review places of the chain variety, but this is hands down my fave Starbucks in Woodbridge. I pass by several mornings a week for a tall latte on my way to teach school. Sam and the rest of the team (we miss you Rosa!) know my drink by heart and there are often times when I'm just finished paying and my drink is already on the counter. They small talk we've shared over the years has built a great customer/server relationship. The morning team is very in tune with their customers! Bottom line: This Starbucks location has a great team of peeps running it (esp. in the mornings!) and that's what keeps me coming back as my own coffee maker sits unused in the kitchen at home :) read more

I've been going here for a while now. I really enjoy this Starbucks. The staff is quite friendly & makes my visits very pleasant. Always make my drinks right & are nice to my kids when I bring them. They always take the time to say hi to my little boy & make small talk often. I appreciate that extra touch of friendliness, gives you a "homey" feeling. There's 3 people there and the barista is making drinks. 1 guy looked at me, wiped his hands on his apron, still saying nothing and walked to the back, came back out with goods and still nothing. The 3Rd guy comes out, looks at me, still no greeting, and asks what do I want. Maybe a throat punch would help you and your lack of greeting. At this time the barista says she likes my shirt. A fellow comes in after me and is immediately greeted with a chipper "hi! How's it going?!" Worst Starbucks in the Woodbridge area. They never seem to have what we want when it come to their sandwiches and the staff seems like they could give a crap about it. The last time we had coffee here, they did not follow our instructions for putting our coffee in the house mugs (they put it in to-go cups). They are pretty quick on my orders. Even though the majority of my ordering is "Coffee and Bagel", they have revamped their store to keep up with the times of 2016. I'm not a five star guy on many Starbucks visits due to the rising costs. $3 for a cup of coffee, but a tip for those who never visited one. If you have the gold card, it's a free refill as long as you stay there. read more
