i came in with my friends looking to get some lattes and they proceed to tell us they close the espresso machine an hour early and they make make them for us, a COFFEE SHOP. the guy proceeds to laugh at us, we order drinks and it took them over 10 minutes to get the drinks out when we were the only people in the store. i ordered a matcha and it came out, after so long, completely pale. barely any matcha and tasted disgusting. genuinely so disappointe, can't believe i wasted my money there. read more

the woman that work here literally do not listen to!! one woman asked if I had any drinks she could start making while waiting for theat other woman to come ring us up and get any food items goin. I told her my order of two drinks and even stated the kids small hot chocolate. nothing customized or changed. Told the lady our same order when she rung us up. I go to get our drinks and they gave me a med hot chocolate. I replied to the lady I didn't think it was mine because I had ordered a small. He reply was well she ring you up for a med. I didn't take any photos but this is just like your regular walk in Dunkin's when you in want that coffee fix. I don't buy coffee too often because it can get expensive. But since I have the app and the DD perks I try to go inside and collect with points a few times a month. They do have some good deals just have to be on top of things because they come and go so quickly! Will be back when I need that fix! Only issues is sometimes they don't know how to explain the menu and give the correct orders. But other than that it's better than a drive thru in my opinion. If something is messed up you can get it corrected before you leave which isn't what you are able to do when you in a drive thru. read more

Great, quick service and the food/drink was great as has been my experience at most DD establishments, but this particular DD was different in that there was one employee who was particularly loud and used colorful language far too often. There were children at the time we were there, mine included, and it just wasn't appropriate. This isn't a reason we wouldn't come back, but it's definitely a reason we want to be aware of and share with others. read more

First time there. I stood in a line waiting, one woman had to go back and remind the cashier that she had forgotten her specialty donut. I am then at the register, and the customer next to me is asking his cashier, "Who is the manager here." No one really verbally answers him but the all point to the lady who then comes to the register to apparently refund his money. I should have stopped and left at that moment. Instead, I place an order with some name Shaee. I order 2 Boston Crème, 2 old fashion glazed (had to confirm them by pointing them out as they go by a different name there), and 2 apple fritters, plus 1 simply orange drink. I should have looked in the two bags. I should have read the receipt. She either does not know English, or does not know her product, or does not know how to pay attention. I got home to find 2 apple fritters (YAY!), 1 chocolate glaze and 2 plain donuts. I grabbed the Simply Orange myself. Does what I received match what I said? At least she also rang me up for the crazy order she gave me. Even though she rang it up as I was giving the order! I wont go to them again! And, I suspect I am not alone by watching the folks around me. That girl should be fired as should the manager who was tolerating all these mistakes! read more

No one noticed me when I walked in, so I waited at the cash register for a few minutes before I finally said something so someone could take my order. I got an iced chai tea latte with the croissant breakfast sandwich. The latte was good. I was definitely disappointed with the breakfast sandwich. Ordered an iced latte to go via the app. This location does not have a drive thru but they do have curbside pick up. My food was ready when I arrived and tasted just like other locations. Inside was clean and lots of parking is available. Will visit again in the future. read more

Worst experience ever from service to cake. Last June 2020 of the a Covid-19 lockdown, I ordered a cake believing I could drive up and drive off problem free. Total fail. When I arrived, they claimed they didn't have the cake nor the order. I showed them the order and they said I'd have to wait. Sadly I could not. i had to find a cake elsewhere abs it took a week to have the money refunded to my card. fast forward April 2021, middle age female manager or owner - no name badge - so a description is all I have approached me while looking at cakes in the freezer. Very rudely said that I can't look at cakes. She could get one. I said based on a previous experience d, I'd rather look at your options and buy from the store. She said, no tell me what you want. I stop here every morning for the most part they do have good customer service friendly staff. I just wish they would get my order right. Duncan Donuts are the worst of the donut chains. Why would you go to Duncan Donuts and endure the lackluster service when you could go to the grocery store and get Krispy Kreme? Or Potomac Club for Duck Donuts? Duncan Donuts are dry and not worth the calories. The reviewers giving them a good review must have never had Duck Donuts or Krispy Kreme. read more

Went in today at 730 am, not crowded just 2 people ahead of me. Cashier was very polite and friendly however the rest of the staff was horrible at customer service. I simply ordered a medium caramel latte with an extra espresso shot and a toasted bagel. Guess what I got?? Half a cup of caramel latte with extra shot and a cold bagel with a huge slab of cream cheese. Service is quick and polite, donuts are tasty, and coffee is good. It has enough seating and looks fairly clean. I had been to Dunkin Donuts locations only a few times before coming to this one with my son, so I don't know if the chain ever has plates for the donuts when eating there.
