A sad looking stale maple donut

Passed through here during our road trip to get some drinks & snacks via drive thru. They missed a sandwich order and my donut was stale and sad looking. Please see Picture.

Go-to Starbucks or otherwise coffee-alternative. My favorite of all is still New York State's Stewart's, but this location is easy in and easy out. Coffee's always piping hot and the donuts fresh. Inside they also serve Baskin' Robbins ice creams from behind the counters! Fun to sit inside (hint, hint). Great Dunkin', fresh staff. If drink's not to your liking, they'll fix it QUICK. Review: 5

I can understand why this Dunkin' Donuts has such low stars. The employees seem like they don't like to be bothered while they're working but the point of Dunkin' Donuts is to help customers with their orders. I did go In the afternoon Because I needed a little pick me up to finish the rest of my day. I sure hope that the morning crew is a lot better than the afternoon crew.

My girlfriend and I were traveling up I-95 and traffic got thick due to an accident so we got off on the nearest exit for a bathroom break and to grab something quick to eat. When we walked in I was happy to see how clean it was on the inside and in the restrooms. We then proceeded to the counter to order where we were politely greeted by the young lady whom took our orders. I ordered the ham egg and cheese English muffin with a Boston cream donut and my girlfriend ordered a bacon wake up wrap and 10 blueberry glazed munchkins. The cashier handed us our bakery snacks and said the rest of our order would be out shortly so we sat and ate our donuts as we waited. Eventually about 15 mins passed and our order still hadn't come out. When we confronted them about the hold up of our order, the employee whom took our order was nowhere to be found so one of the other employees stepped in and said that one of the other customers must've picked up our order by mistake but there hadn't been anyone else to come and go since we'd put our order in so my assumption is that they gave it away to someone in the drive thru by accident. After about another 5 mins of waiting we finally received the rest of our order. The food was good and upheld expectations but they really need to work on speed and being more organized. Also after waiting so long through all of the confusion you would think they'd offer something complementary in order to compensate for the wait.

Urgh I am normally always supporting business , the service lady was nice in the drive thru . The donut was kinda hard but that part I can get over. The part that piss me off is the fact that my lemon have black particle on it . It look like mold or cigarette burn on it. I want to cry after I drink the sweet tea and I notice it . It make me sick in my mind . Urgh do not go there !!! Disgusting

As long as my kids are happy, I'm fine with everything. We were warmly greeted. The only problem is: toooo cold.

They've updated their interior menu to digital . Now only if they could pick up the speed and quality of customer service !

Updated May 2015-I am updating my previous review because this location has def come along way . The wait time is now reasonable , the staff are much more approachable and drinks are made as ordered . I am not sure what has sparked the major turn around but it's definitely noted ! The ONLY reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because the location and the updated store . Do not ignore the previous reviews this is a horrible Dunkins and I swear the only reason they are open is due to their location on rt 1 and being open 24 hours they get a lot of business by default other than that this place literally sucks for customer service. You will wait so long you start to forget what you order. Most the staff there do not know how to make coffee never mind the breakfast sandwiches . Every time I go here I get so mad at myself that I did not drive the extra few miles to the other Dunkins or even just going to Starbucks . I do not recommend this location they are a bad representation of the company

Here they tried to tell me that this sticker was for a "ICED MACCA" wtf is an iced macca.

First off, I've never gone to this dunkin' in the evening. The morning crew are angels sent from heaven. So this review will not be about them. It's gonna be about the spawns of satan that are the night crew, cause holyyy shiiii... I put in my order through the app as usual. I always go to previous orders so I know I get the same things as last time. I was asked to pull up and wait, no problem. When the young man came out with my drinks, my order was obviously wrong. I got an Iced Matcha Latte instead of my Iced Macchiato. And my Signature Iced Latte came out dark as hell with no whipped cream or cinnamon sugar topping. I tried to bring this to his attention but was totally ignored, I had to go back around through the drive through(my dog was with me so couldn't go inside)and wait in line AGAIN. When I got to the window to explain I said " I ordered an Iced Macchiato, not a Matcha Latte" and showed her the sticker. She then told me "No, that's a MACCA LATTE"... THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MACCA LATTE. I'm here almost every day ordering the same thing and Dunkin' is nowhere near as diverse with drinks as starbucks. Their menu is straightforward. I then also asked for whipped cream on top of my Signature Latte. AND I QUOTE FROM HER "sInCe WhIpPeD cReAM iSnT oN tHe StiCkEr iM GonNa hAvE tO cHaRgE yOu". LIKE WHAT. On my mobile order it clearly has whipped cream for it and Signature Lattes ALWAYS come with whipped cream and the cinnamon sugar topping. NO EXTRA CHARGE. I bet all of em contaminated every last one of my drinks too. If i get coronavirus I know it's from this dunkin'.

I'm a little surprised about all the negative reviews. I work in the area and frequent this location pretty often. I've never had any problems going through the drive thru and especially if you're in a rush, the option to even have a drive thru is a huge benefit. In regards to the staff, its been the same group of people for quite some time. They are always very friendly and treat repeat customers like myself very well. I've been there so many times that they even know my order! Before I even have a chance to say anything, I can see them getting my Medium French Vanilla (Black) ready. They even go the extra mile and place one packet of sugar ontop of the cup because they know that I don't like my sugar already in it. If that's not quality customer service I don't know what is! The other thing I should note is that this location is open 24 Hours. This comes particularly useful whenever I know I'm leaving for a road trip and need to get a cup of coffee in the early morning hours!

Dry old donuts and they substituted without asking if I liked the replacements. Regardless of the tint, they should serve fresh donuts.

Very calm and chill place to hang out. I ordered a Toffee Nut Coffee and the Uncle Johnny Hot Savory Panini. The sandwich was good, it wasn't cut all the way through but good flavor. It had a lot of onions and peppers but not bad. I would like to come back and try their Crepes but would come back again.

I ordered a vegetarian crepe, and my friend got an Oreo crepe. Both were decent, but honestly pretty underwhelming. The flavors were fine, just not memorable, and definitely not something I'd go out of my way to get again. I also tried a vanilla chai latte, which was the same story--good, but nothing special. The biggest downside for me was the value. I ended up spending around $17, and it just didn't feel worth it. Between the portion size and the overall taste, it felt like something I could've easily made at home for a fraction of the price. Service was okay. The woman working there had a more straightforward, no-frills personality--not particularly warm or welcoming, but not rude either. Just very to-the-point. The space itself is also pretty small, with limited seating. It's probably best suited for quick stops or takeout rather than sitting and hanging out for a while. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't give me a strong reason to come back. If you're nearby and curious, it might be worth trying once--but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

The Spot at Belmont Bay is officially our new brunch problem!!!…read more We went to The Spot at Belmont Bay this past Sunday for brunch, and I'm just going to say it: this is the best brunch in the area. Not "pretty good for Woodbridge." Not "solid little neighborhood spot." I mean clear-your-calendar-because-you're-going-back good. We ordered the Breakfast Board for Two, and it was exactly what brunch should be: generous, fun, shareable, and absolutely loaded. Eggs, bacon, house-made sausage, smashed potatoes, Belgian waffles, biscuit, gravy (so good), fresh fruit, Greek parfait, and pastries of the day all showed up on one board like brunch had assembled the Avengers. And here's what makes it even better: everything is made from scratch. You can taste it. Even the sausage is made in-house, which explains why it stood out so much. The smashed potatoes were seasoned beautifully, the scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon had that perfect crispy edge, and the waffles were golden with just enough crunch. The biscuit was soft and buttery, and the cinnamon roll situation on the side had absolutely zero interest in helping anyone make responsible decisions. Respect. But the absolute star of the show was the spicy Bloody Mary. Best Bloody Mary I've ever had. Full stop. It had real zip, great spice, and that pickle salt rim took it completely over the top. Salty, briny, spicy, savory, it hit every note. Add the crispy bacon and lemon garnish = forget about it!! The drink menu is no joke either. They've got mimosa carafes, mimosa flights, sangria, margarita flights, brunch cocktails, dirty sodas, coffee drinks - basically, The Spot looked at brunch beverages and said, "Yes. All of it." We also had a mimosa, and it was bright, fresh, and exactly what you want sitting next to a big brunch board. We also had the chance to meet the owners, and they were fantastic. Warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they're building. That makes such a difference. You can tell when a place has real people behind it who care about the food, the service, and the vibe. The Spot absolutely has that. I liked it so much that I'm already going back for their bourbon tasting Saturday night, and then again for their Father's Day brunch on Sunday. Great food, great drinks, great owners, great atmosphere, and scratch-made brunch that actually delivers. The Spot at Belmont Bay is a winner. It's a cute small place so make sure you call and make reservations!
