Restaurant has messed up my order numerous times then when I called back for the remake they promised they don't log it into the system like they say they will. Check your order with them AND get a refund if they mess it up. Or they will require you to hold the receipt despite already taking the order information from the receipt when the mistake happened. Food was quick. This franchise is always busy. I came around 2:30 and it was packed. I left at 3 and it was still booming. Most of the people were in the drive thru area because there were plenty of tables available but people were coming in and heading out after receiving their orders. It was a rainy day so people seemed to be rushing more than usual. Inside was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. I feel like all Chick-fil-As strive for good service and are definitely the most consistent as a franchise. The 12 count nuggets and 4ct strips are always delicious. I've only had an issue once where the chicken was too crispy. The deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese has a nice kick to it. If you've never gone to Chick-fil-A and you happen to be a fast food chicken nuggets person, you'll never regret coming here. read more

Food was bland we ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and it was not spicy at all, also ordered a Cobb salad that was ok ! Service was slower than it used to be before and multiple tables were unclean with crumbs and napkins laying on them while some employees kinda just talked and walk around, the trash cans were overflowing with trash an at least I saw to employees take a look and do nothing, The employee at the counter even though was polite it felt like it was rushing the order process and there was not line my family and I were the only ones there at the moment and sure was slower than it used to be I don't know what has change but please return to that time when you ordered your meal and got it almost immediately. Probably the most stable restaurant in the county. Has been operating at a high level for decades now in the same location before the 610 area even had the Stafford Marketplace. It is truly a representation of high quality in the food industry in regard to professionalism, food prep, customer service, sanitation, and in an efficient manner. Everything in the facility is setup in a fashion that makes sense from bathroom locations, play area for the children, the drive thru management (the traffic they get from customer demand is insane). Such a lovely location, but only knocking it down a star because the drive thru/parking lot can get pretty crazy being that this is the only Chick-Fil-A "in town". Come dinner time it is always busy, but I will say they are super quick with their service and have great customer service. My mother wanted a salad but there's been a recent recall on romaine lettuce and they had a sign on the front door stating the precautions they are taking (using a different lettuce). I'm glad they did that & salads weren't taken off the menu completely. I thought it was a little cold last night, but they still had 2 people outside taking orders and a pop up booth for payment, leaving their actual drive thru window for food only. I personally love this Chick-fil-A location. It is hard to miss driving down Garrisonville road since it is right of the main road. Located near Sake and an ABC store. It is not as packed and crazy like most other locations. The staff here are all nice and helpful just as expected for a Chick-fil-A employee. It is a well managed location! They've got a drive thru and have done some renovations recently to make it event nicer. read more

Chick fil a is my go to. It is my favorite fast food restaurant hands down. Whether it's the breakfast chicken minis or a classic sandwich, chick fil a is perfect. This one often has a long drive through line which deters me from going there. You also can't sit down inside, which is a real bummer. I'll still go for their Chick-n-Minis for breakfast or their chicken noodle soup for lunch. Really anytime is a good time to go to chick fil a. Not sure what is going on with this location as of late but they need to get it together. Everything was wrong this last time. Drink was wrong, the size fries were wrong and cold, the sauces were missing once and then they gave me the wrong sauces. They even shorted the number of nuggets. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN??? Maybe they need to stop having their employees work outside in the blistering and suffocating heat. And then find a way to double check the orders before they give them to the customer. I feel bad giving chick -fil-a a negative and poor review. It literally makes me sad. I am just hoping this review will lead to a means to an end. Chicken is meh. Overly oily... their fries are good though. Pity theyre like the only restaurant in town that no longer does curbside pickup service... which means you either have to brave their stupid drive through or male your way through the lobby which isn't designed for a quick in and out.. for this reason alone I don't eat here. Newly renovated Chick-fil-A now reopened for business. The food is good as always. Unsure if the indoor seating is more or less visitor friendly. Definitely do not care for new Restroom design. Now have two single stall RR open to any gender vice Ladies & Men's separate RR. In one of the new RR there's no Hook to hang Coat or Purse and no counter or other shelf or table to place a purse, phone, or other items you may be carrying. I did make these recommendations to Staff before leaving. read more

We stopped by this location on our way to pick up a car. The chain as a whole is known for its efficiencies and customer service. But my boyfriend and I were blown away by how this particular restaurant was handling business during the pandemic. When we pulled in, the line was understandably wrapped around the building. As we got closer to the area where you order food, we noticed an employee directing traffic into THREE different ordering lanes. That's a first. As we pulled up to order, there were employees everywhere. They were wearing masks (most of which were a cute cow pattern!) and gloves. We saw a designated employee hand wash station that was even labeled with a professional-grade sign. The employee which we ordered are good from as so polite and helpful. She noted our plate and make and model of car. As we went to hand her our card, she says, "oh, you'll need to swipe it for me", and sticks a card reader ATTACHED TO A SPATULA toward my window. The ingenuity in safely distancing themselves while continuing to serve was incredible. We pulled forward to order and another employee was coordinating which car would flow into the single file line to pick up our food, based on the order in which our meals were placed. I am a huge planner by nature, so I was thoroughly impressed with this. When we got to the food ordering window, there were three masked/gloves employees outside placing food into clear plastic tubs to safely transfer them to the customer without contact. They were all cheerful, polite, and borderline apologetic that our drinks took an additional 30 seconds (!) to come out after our food. I noticed our bags were labeled with our car information, further evidence of the amazing thought and detail that went into ensuring great customer service. All in all, we were probably in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes. Our order was correct, hot, fresh, and obviously delicious. For other fast food restaurants, this kind of service is normally impressive In itself. But the fact that this restaurant exceeded our expectations while safely dealing with the aftermath of a pandemic was truly one of the most incredible business operations I have recently seen. She proceeded to build us a brand new battery RIGHT THERE. Impeccable service. The service has really gone down hill. Orders are incorrect consistently. I am looking forward to the new locations in stafford opening.

They were closed for construction so I got to go to other locations. Since doing that I've realized this location is the least accommodating to their patrons. I am not a fan of tots/hash browns whatever they're called. I typically will and for the waffle fries and wait on them. Both manassas locations as well as the Woodbridge one will accommodate the request, not stafford. The lady had an attitude when I even asked her if I could get the fries. I'll most likely just keep going to the other locations. I also get the 10 piece chicken minis so I can bring them to work to share with my coworkers, but this location doesn't even sell that count. ‍ read more

Close inside at 9 now? Really?? I drive a big truck that won't fit in drivethru's, needed to wash my hands and use the restroom. Asked for extra sauce and didn't get any, asked for wet naps and didn't get any. They rushed the order taking process and didn't ring me up for the deluxe, there want no cheese on the sandwich either, which was a small piece of chicken, didn't have the normal fresh flavor or the crisp. Asked for large drink they gave me a medium. This does not feel like the same chikfila it used to be. Very sad. read more
