    White Rice

Food was standard for Panda. The only negative part was the service provided by Alexia. I understand that customer service can be tiring but that doesn't give the right to roll your eyes at a customer when they ask for something.

Sure, Panda Express isn't authentic Chinese, but it's still tasty! This is one of the few fast food restaurants my family can agree on. The kids love the orange chicken and my husband and I like that we can make healtier choices by skipping the rice and adding steamed veggies. They usually have new menu items too. We've always had good service at this location. Quick and friendly. The place is normally pretty clean too. No complaints!

    Teriyaki chicken

We needed a quick, on the go dinner option. What I got was a bowl with semi-fresh rice and "chicken" that was nothing but fatty chunks of inedible mystery meat. I chose grilled teriyaki chicken, but smothering it in breading & sauce & frying it only disguises the disgusting, cheap meat underneath. Gross.

My dine-in lunch experience was just A-OK. The grilled teriyaki chicken was excellent, but the broccoli and beef was just OK, and the fried rice was rather tasteless (but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some teriyaki sauce). The service at the counter was friendly, and I was offered entrée samples. The dining area was clean and nice, with upbeat contemporary background music.

Not bad for an order 10 minutes before closing.

You're…read moregoing to get a pretty good burger, maybe messier than other places, but it's going to be full of flavor and topped how you want it. But the brand that expanded westward so quickly doesn't seem to maintain its same zing, at least not at this location. This is a smaller location, clearly designed for more of a pick-up/delivery service operation, and the service definitely represents that. All of the ordering is done via kiosk, which is fine, but it embodies the impersonal nature of casual dining these days. The robotic nature of self-service seems to only lend to the blasé nature of the people that are working. They aren't rude by any means; they're just seemingly disinterested in actual service. Order, find a table, wait a few, and your food is brought to you. Lather, rinse, repeat. It's still a really good burger and there are lots of options. Shake Shack even gives you options for a mushroom burger, where the patty is replaced by a portobello mushroom. Maybe my burger wasn't perfect this time, and the "Parmesan Garlic Fries" were just fries dusted with powdered parmesan, so this visit wasn't exactly knocking my socks off. It was more a representation of the service than the brand. So if you're getting it to go, then you're probably in good shape. If you're getting it to stay put, then don't expect much.

My shack burger ($9.49) with fries ($3.49) was brought to my table six minutes after I ordered at one of the four order kiosks (cash customers can use the counter). The burger had fresh veggies and two nicely sized, slightly overcooked, greasy patties that completely saturated the bottom bun and the tray liner. The generous portion of crinkle fries was also overcooked. The dining area was nice and new, but the tables had not been wiped down from the night before. I noticed a patio out front and 80's background music in the dining room with other competing music coming from the kitchen. I'm thinking 2.5 stars but rounding up because it's a new location that may eventually get their act together.
