I love the crispy edges of the burger, it is always so fresh and delicious. I love their fries, they are crispy and delicious. I cannot come here without getting those cheese curds and maybe a side of ranch. I never know if I like the white or the orange ones better. My favorite sundae hands down is always the cashew caramel, they put so many toppings in it, it is fabulous every time. Last time we came, a few weeks ago, I got their flavor of the day, chocolate with chocolate cake, so amazing add cookie dough and so did my child. We also order so many other things. I love their chicken sandwiches, heavily underrated. Their tenders are not bad. I love the fish and chips so much. My other child just got the pork chop sando, this place is really like a sit down restaurant in disguise of fast food. I could see them having a sit down version of this place somewhere. I always know someone working here, since I am always in the area, and we always come here before seeing a show, it is a tradition. We like the vibe, the service, and the ambiance. They have a similar taste to Shake Shack, but have so much more on their menu.

You order at the window and pull over while your order is fresh cooked. It was quick and a staff member brought the order to my car. I got the famous butter burger - a double with cheese. The burger was generous in size and the bun was fresh. I also got a vanilla custard shake - it was so thick they served it with a spoon and a straw. I will definitely be back!

I was welcomed by a nice lady at the register who took my order. She helped me with a couple of questions I had because I wanted to try something new but also wanted to get one of the Mozzarella Corn Dogs. I ordered a couple of tacos this time. Both were on the spicy side but not a lingering, hot spicy...just a quick "bite back" spicy, if you know what I mean. One was a Spicy Pork and the other was Chicken Teriyaki but both had a similar amount of spice. Might have been the sauce used. Hubby ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box. It was really good as well. I like this location as it's closer to me than Troy but both have great service and food.

I grabbed a menu and began my search for my fated dish. Having always been a fan of teriyaki chicken, that's what I went ahead and ordered. The staff, in the little interaction I had was friendly and the food came out promptly. Unlike some teriyaki chicken, this was thankfully not fatty and made for a pleasant dining experience. The avocado was fresh, and the bottled sauces that were included offered incredible flavor! I would say, from the meal, my favorite dishes were the chicken itself the kimchi (which was extra) and the noodles pictured in the bottom right (which I do not know their name). They were cold, which I believe is how they are served but they were really good and meaty! The kimchi was delicious and paired SO well with the dish! My only complaints were with the rice and the drinks. I was not really a fan of the texture of the rice and the soda was a bit flat. Overall I would rate Kimchi box a 4/5. A charming and clean establishment in its own right and I would gladly go back, especially to have some revitalizing food on a cool rainy day!

I've been to the one in Troy, it's not a location based issue. We were debating between Shake Shack and another Midwestern burger destination. The other place would have a better flavored burger, basically the same crinkle fries, and custard - all for a lower price point. I do like that the Big Shack I had had some thicker patties with some pink inside. That was the only virtue though. A Big Mac with the special sauce would have had a better result, even with its meager patties. I had the seasonal Sticky Toffee Pudding shake. It wasn't that great either. I had high hopes, they were not fulfilled. Maybe you just can't shoot for an eclectic option like that. It was nearly $42 with tip for two burgers, two shakes and one shared set of fries. That's far too much for a mediocre meal. Service was fast and I liked the water station. So there's that. 3 stars flat. Next time we'll go to the other place for half the price.

The front was hot (sun was beating in) but the seating in the back felt cooler. We decided to sit outside which was cute. Very chill and welcoming. Staff was friendly. You order at the cash register. We were given a number to put on our table but told to wait for our drinks by the counter before finding our seats. Lots of unique things on the menu. I went with a lavender lemonade which was sweet and tart, a little floral but in a good way. Also ordered the buddha bowl which was super disappointing. Not much flavor and dry. Needed a different or more dressing. Cheese quesadilla off the kids menu was okay as well, came with a store bought apple sauce cup. But the sweet potato fries were amazing. Great flavor and had a crunch to them, not soggy. I will say the portions were pretty big.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. We picked a table outside, and it felt like our food and drinks came out as soon as we sat down. The juice was very refreshing and flavorful, and they have so many to choose from. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious bite with excellent service!
