    Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Went for a late night snack and wasn't disappointed. The staff was super nice and the line was pretty quick. The customers at the drive through were a bit disorderly but the workers handled it well. Solid experience overall

Amazing food! We ordered online and our order was ready within 10 minutes of it getting ordered. Chicken was fresh, and we received the correct sauces as well. It is very clean on the inside of this restaurant, and staff were very pleasant.

I've been to many Chick-fil-A locations across Virginia, California, Texas, Chicago, and Minnesota, and unfortunately this one was the worst when it came to breakfast. The breakfast bites were cold and looked like they had been sitting out for hours. The service, however, was good and polite. Overall, the food itself was just mediocre.

Picture of my dry sandwich. No sauce.

This is a lame excuse of an establishment. I came in just trying to get Chick-fil-A sauce meal. NO CHIC FILA SAUCE. Fries cold and old, workers didn't even say my pleasure, didn't even say my pleasure what has the hospitality even gone to??????? 40 dollars for not an ounce of sauce. Thanks a lot for NOTHING. My sandwich is dry now too.

I got to check out the new Chick fil A that just opened. I love this place! The customer service is great like all locations. The place is super busy but they manage to stay on top of things and it doesn't take too long for your food to come out. I've been here 3 times already and they haven't even been opened for a week. Yes, I have an obsession. I highly recommend pineapple passion fruit frosted lemonade, it's so addicting! I don't know if other locations are like this but I really like how they have a hand washing station outside of the bathroom. It's fast and more convenient than having to go into the restroom and touch the door. The place was packed, of course, but people come and go so I managed to snag a table before my food came out. The drive through is built and runs much more efficiently than the other locations I've been too. It warps around the back of the parking lot and doesn't create a tangled mess of a traffic situation. I can't wait to come back!

We love it here!!! The workers are so nice and it's the best! The food was amazing I had a grilled chicken sandwhich yum. I will definitely be coming back the building is so comfy and nice. And the bathrooms were clean.

Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A Filet (lack of a patty)

We placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through, as we've done at other Chick-fil-A locations many times before. This was our first time at this specific location, and I accidentally selected the wrong car for the order since it defaulted to an old one. When we spoke to the first worker, I explained the situation, and she assured me it was no problem--she'd update the car information. She told us to pull forward. As we did, two workers suddenly began yelling at us, saying we had to "check in" first. We've never had to do that before--especially not between placing the order and reaching the window. Their comment of "this must be your first time" came off as condescending and unnecessary. Considering this location just opened, why assume every customer knows the process? There were no signs or instructions, and the lack of communication was frustrating. When we reached the window, one of the employees who had yelled at us came around and told another worker to give the order to "the car that's not white," with a scoff--again, we already told the first employee we were in a different car, and she said she would update it. Instead of simply handing us the food, this woman decided to give us a lecture about how our mistake disrupted their entire flow, treating us like we were clueless rather than addressing the issue with basic courtesy. We sat there silently, stunned by how unnecessarily rude she was. To make matters worse, after a 30-minute wait in a line that was only three cars deep, we got home to find they had forgotten the chicken in our BBQ chicken sandwich. Yes--Chick-fil-A forgot the chicken. We called to request a refund, and the man we spoke to (Todd or Ted) was very kind, apologetic, and helpful--he was the one bright spot in this experience. Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on customer service, but this location seriously missed the mark. If you're going to give lectures, maybe make sure you can read a receipt first. And if your employees are going to act this miserable, perhaps they're the ones disrupting the flow.

I was really looking forward to pick up some of the amazing chicken offerings from this new location. So on a busy Thursday evening just after 5:00 pm I got in the double lane drive through. I didn't have to wait at all to place my order. Two chicken deluxe sandwich meals and one children's 5 piece nugget meal. After another brief wait to pay and get my drink order, I was directed to pull into one of VIP waiting parking areas. That's when my inaugural experience went sideways. I waited 35 minutes before my order was delivered to my car. After 10-15 minutes, a young man came out to tell me that "there was an issue in the kitchen" that they are working to resolve. I did appreciate the heads up. I watched as 2 cars parked on either side of me (who ordered after me) received their food. Another 20-25 minutes and I finally received my order. My waffle fries were room temperature by the time I got home. I'm hoping that they get the bugs worked out by the time I give this place another shot.

Big, juicy, and piled with smothered mushrooms plus all the classic burger fixins'. It came with house-made chips seasoned with Cajun and they were SO good. Flavorful, a little kick, but not overpowering. My kids both got Cajun-seasoned fries with their meals and they weren't spicy at all, just really good flavor. One had the cheeseburger (which was huge for a kids meal) and the other had mac & cheese. The mac was good, just not my favorite thing on the table -- but that might just be me being picky. My husband ordered the pepperoni and hot honey flatbread and that was a sleeper hit. The sweet heat combo was perfect. Service was great. Drinks stayed filled, food came out in a good rhythm, and we never felt ignored. The vibe inside is what I'd call an upscale diner. Cloth napkins, nice lighting, clean, comfortable. You could do a casual date night or bring your kids like we did and feel fine either way. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the pricing. $17 for a burger without fries feels a little steep, and adding fries for $3 extra adds up fast. Kids meals at $8 felt fair though. They do have happy hour every day, which is a nice touch.

I sat at the bar where Mae very thoughtfully helped me navigate through the extensive been menu. I was very impressed at the selections! The food menu is just as impressive. I'm certain anyone can find a favorite. I ordered the blackened chicken gnocchi and found myself in flavor heaven. I've made and eaten a lot of gnocchi and this is easily the best I've ever had. Mae agreed with me and suggested it's because there's cheese in those potato pillows. By the time we left, it seemed to be a little more busy. I'm pretty sure there was only one waitress for both the bar and the dining room floor. The menus were sticky, especially the happy hour and drink my news. Lots of different cocktails. I ordered a margarita and was asked if I wanted a flavor. I asked for mango but then was told later they were out. So I went with blackberry. The drink was fine. It wasn't the best margarita I've ever had though. It's called O Grizzly's and there's some Oakland University nods inside. There were quite a few patrons wearing Golden Grizzly gear, there was a basketball game that night. But the place still feels gimmicky to me. A way to market Oakland University people and get them in the door but doesn't do much else after that. There really doesn't feel like a true affiliation with the University. Bathrooms are single stall and felt clean. The menu is not too overwhelming. Went with the blooming onions and they were absolutely delicious. Hot onions with a crunchy batter and a yummy dipping sauce. I went with the Tandoor wings as it was really played up on their menu. I got medium for sauce. My husband got chicken tenders and we ordered a side of fries. I was disappointed with my chicken wings. They were a good size but the skin was rubbery and some of the chicken tasted chewy. Also, the sauce was very runny, didn't really stick to the chicken wings. I am not sure where the Tandoor part was to the wing? They gave about five half sticks sliced in half of celery for nine wings, not enough at all. I asked for blue cheese but was given ranch. The fries were thicker, cut, and swirly, which are interesting and they had a good seasoning on them. Our waitress was friendly and decently attentive, considering she had to serve every table and run the bar. Food was coming out decently fast. But getting our check and cashing out took a while. It got to the point where my husband just went up to the bar where she was so we could cash out.

My wife appreciated the large size of the fajitas and salad but also found the fajitas unusually spicy. Sadly, the Nashville Chicken didn't really taste at all like Nashville Chicken. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't what was expected. The fries were good and we like the seasoning. But that's about the highlight of the night. I think this really will be the last time for me.

The total was about $14 and change, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big the portion was when it came out. They also have a great, but limited selection of coffee drinks with pictures as well.
