We first came here after a tip from my dentist. Glorious stories of buying a lb of pastrami and it being so good and hot that they ate it all in the parking lot. Another case of oversized matzoh balls and a tasty broth. They have exceptional meats and a terrific cole slaw. Portions are usually on the large side. However, today's sandwich was a bit skimpy, by comparison. This is also dessert central. Plenty of danish, cookies and 7-layer cake. Prices are actually reasonable for the product received. 10/25

Waited awhile in line and then asked what I wanted. I ordered my first sub and before being asked if I wanted anything else, the person ran to the grill to make it. Didn't ask how I wanted it made or if I wanted it "Mike's Way"...nothing. It was a hot sub so after 7 mins of making it, I FINALLY got their attention and said I wanted 4 more. I got a huff and had to wait an additional 15 mins. I get that restaurants are under-staffed right now, but there were 4 people there and 2 of them were talking and standing around in the kitchen area laughing, and the other two looked bothered because they actually had to work. Do yourself a favor and visit ANY other location. This is the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. read more
