Not a lover of fast food with rising prices and them not able to keep good help, food orders get messed up. That said, this place rocks it with consistently having fast service, attentive staff and great leadership. Plus the food is always delicious with a huge menu. I know that Arby's are really known for Roast Beef Sandwiches, lately I go there for their Fish Sandwiches. They run specials periodically that used to be part of their 2/$5 set and are now 2/$6, still a pretty good deal. This location is the closest Arby's for me so it is the one I visit more often. Frankly, I was surprised that I had not reviewed this one yet. Most of the time I have used the drive through and that has worked pretty well. This time, like most other times I remember, ordering and paying went smoothly and my food was up quickly, along with a smile! The reason I like their Fish Sandwiches is that the fillet is too big for the bun and sticks out in two or three places. I do like to add some of their Horsey Sauce but maybe that's just me. This time I asked them to skip the Tartar Sauce altogether and I just added Horsey Sauce. That works for me! read more

Lights are on, but nobody is home! Normally pretty good, but today - well, my first sentence says it all. After sitting for 5+ minutes without moving in the drive-thru lane, I pulled out and drove by the service window - not a car within 50 feet. There the service person stood - headphones on, back to the service lane and the screens...not doing a thing. Meanwhile cars are lined up (until we pulled away) waiting to try to get a meal during their short lunch breaks from work. Gotta do better, folks. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews on fast food restaurants, but the service here was awesome so I felt the need to. The workers were kind and respectful, even when some customers were being kind of rude. Then the worker came out and gave us a free shake because they accidentally made extras, so props to this team, I will be coming back more often than my annual Arby's visit. read more

I don't know what has happened in recent times Arthur place, but they have the most disrespectful stuff. They don't by their hours of operation. Thank window people will ok you at the face and walk away, not acknowledge. Closes before 9pm, when it's announced to be open til midnight. Sat at the speaker for about five minutes, after the automatic greeting. Placed our order and got no response. Drove up to the window, behind another customer. Overpriced chicken cordon bleh...the chicken was so thin no wonder it was way over cooked. They would have been better off using chicken tenders. Want a refund. Charged me $12.07 for the sandwich and small fry. Ridiculous!! read more

How the hell do I start, i remember getting one of those new Mac and cheese's with the bacon in it and it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. This guy had the audacity to tell me to ( Shut the hell up and move on) when I swung back to let him know that the food wasn't cooked. I was craving Arby's for dinner tonight as I hadn't had any since last spring. This Arby's puts out good food made right, just as I would expect from any Arby's location! They make a very good gyro! I've had their gyros with roast beef before and they are excellent. Tonight, I decided to switch things up a little bit and try it with turkey. I was not disappointed. The turkey was surprisingly really tender and was seasoned well. I also got some curly fries on the side and an apple turnover for dessert, which were also very delicious. Just moved to area and went to the drive thru. We were very disappointed to find out that they stopped serving the loaded curly fries, but tried the new chicken nuggets and they were great! A lady in the car in front of us got out of her car at the window and it was very strange but it did not change the quality of the food or service. $9.41 Wasted BLT THICK BROWN SUGAR BACON just completely ruined. My sandwich was completely covered in Bacon grease. Bread soaked, tomatoes cooked , soggy mess , lettuce was soaked in Bacon grease .
