I've dined at many, MANY, MANY middle eastern restaurants...so, I feel like I am absolutely qualified to give this place a very fair review. The food here is fantastic. It's super fresh and you can tell that each dish is prepared with care. The owner is always there, and goes above and beyond to make sure that the meal is prepared EXACTLY how you like it... I have YET to have a bad meal here - and I've tried COUNTLESS dishes...I expect at some point I will be served something I don't love - but, it hasn't happened yet! Also, a huge plus is that there is ample parking and it's well-lit - you can park literally in front of the restaurant and watch your car if you are so inclined. To be fair - the ambiance needs some work - so if you are going to ding this place, it's going to be for that reason. The lighting is very bright, which gives it more of a cafe/fast food kind of feel rather than offering softer lighting that draws people looking for more of a dining "experience" or date night. The decor needs some work too - it's very sterile with bright white walls and there is a random television hanging in a corner. But, people - PLEASE don't let that deter you in any way...because those are NOT the things that make a great restaurant... the food is what counts - and this place NAILS IT. They do a lot of carry-out - so just know there will be people coming in and out often - a GREAT sign of great food.

But honestly, the highlight of our night was Sarah. The place was busy and a bit understaffed. We had to wait for the kitchen to catch-up before we were seated. Hey, it happens. But Sarah our waitress apologized for the wait, took our drink orders and eventually our orders with a great smile and an even better attitude. Our orders were wrong from the kitchen and half of our food either went to another table or got lost... Who knows!? But man Sarah was on top of it. She had them redo our entire order which finally came out right & fresh. We didn't mind so much cause we were so into the soccer match but man Sarah checked on us, kept our drinks full, I got my free birthday wings. She worked it out that I got the big cookie and ice cream for our trouble. I'm glad this is our local B-Dubs and they hire great servers like Sarah. In the restaurant business things happen, long lines, short staff, messed up orders etc. But great staff, empathy a smile and amazing service ~ you earn repeat happy customers, who write reviews that champion your employees. Charged a delivery fee…read more Missing order and called store and manager rude and told me it was the problem of the 3rd party delivery system. He said that they use a 3rd party delivery even though ordered on the website. He said they should check in the bag and 4 pizzas before leaving the store. We all know that the store is responsible for putting the order together. I do not know who delivered the pizzas because the manager is blaming a 3rd party and I paid the delivery fee to little Caesars. Next time I will use grub hub or just order Jets pizza

You're lucky if there's an Italian cheese bread ready. Completely disorganized. Confused employees and a line of unhappy customers out the door. That's about the only way I can describe this location.
