If I could give a 0 star I would their food is absolutely horrible the workers are extremely extremely rude I had asked if their frape machine worked they said yes I ordered one and a large fry I got a medium fry instead when I got to the window they said they can give me a refund they gave me 2$ and 23 cents when I payed 6$ for my frappe and got nothing for my fries. The workers where extremely rude to me and my fiance for absolutely no reason. They need new management and new workers that actually do their job not a worker in the back saying "I don't want to make the frape so just say it's broken" worst ever experience I've ever had at McDonald's! It's time to give this McDonald's the recognition they deserve as they don't have many reviews on here, reviews are mostly old, AND I have been going here ever since they opened! Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here...so surprised at some of the reviews. I want to give them credit for during the pandemic over the past 2 years of doing TOP NOTCH delivering curbside to my car quickly and for their employees being super nice that brought my food out to me. For those 2 years I did not wait in line at the drive-thru, and some of those times lines got pretty long. But, I look at it this way...if you know this place gets THAT busy, why are you not trying curbside to go?? Just an idea that may get you in and out quicker. I always order a large tea "half-cut" that doesn't always get made the same going to different McDonald's, but this one seems to get it right to my liking(half sweet tea/half reg tea). Going inside wasn't an option last year that I recall, so the service we have received was great. And with all that employees have had to deal with over the past 2 years, I was glad to see happy faces here. We were probably here every couple of weeks to eat. Now, update on last visit which was on St Patrick's Day(night). We went inside to eat!!! Only a couple other people inside, but the drive-thru line was LONG. I didn't know they had redone the inside, it was awesome looking! Pretty cool design from the stools and benches, to the signs. And, the patio outside was a good size. My daughter got the shamrock shake and I tried the Oreo Mint(?) McFlurry-like the shamrock shake. Was really good. Fries were fresh and chicken sandwiches good. Still no complaints. Want to sit out on the patio to eat sometime and continue with curbside ordering. read more

This location is horrible!!! How can they put up with such rudeness out of their employees!!!! All I wanted was a pack of Mayo, not a damn kidney! The guy was so rude and went so far as to rudely remind us to order it at the menu and it will be faster. Faster??? McDonald's??? That's hilarious! You guys don't get in any hurry to satisfy your customers as you treat them as low on the totem poll as you can put us. Ya'll thrive on your wages and not so much on customer satisfaction. Terrible customer service. They even have a sign up that says of door is locked for truck drivers and delivery drivers to ring bell if door is locked. I walked in since it wasn't locked and they said I wasn't supposed to be there. Bunch of crap a utility worker can't get served even though they say they would. read more

This is the slowest Macdonalds ever. Twice I've been , twice I've had to wait 10 minutes for nothing more than a dbl cheeseburger and a fry. Won't be a 3rd time. read more

they have a great attitude toward their customers and the food is pretty good too! the burgers were pretty good! the fries were a lil too salty but hey they weren't bad at all the cashiers are also pretty enthusiastic when you give them your order they don't put up a fuss or get annoyed if anything they accept the order then get a happy and tell ya the order is on the way which is nice cause I mean who doesn' like to be smiled at every once in a while? read more

This McDonalds has gone downhill so bad that it deserves the time to write a yelp rating after consistently bad experiences. In addition to going downhill - it now has a cheap uncomfortable interior 5 gallon buckets would make better chairs and I feel like I am eating in a FEMA tent. this mcdonald's honestly used to be pretty good. it was fast & accurate. Now, i'm not sure if it's because of new management, but they literally suck. the fact that your fast food restaurant needs over 5 extra spaces for people to wait for their food in drive through says enough on its own. like i understand i have to wait if i order maybe breakfast food at night, but why am i waiting for a chicken sandwich and fries at 6pm??? read more

New manager Kimberly seems to be making an impact. I added a star. Recent new owner changed this place for the worse. Less staff means less service. Today the urinal was out of service and the toilet plugged so no where to go. At the counter it seems one poor lady has to do everything. The new decor is a step back from what it was. Food still seems okay. Seems more fast food looking now but it's not fast given the reduced staff. Before the remodel it was a higher end McDonald's with nice seating and good service while now it's lower end. Update: Getting a little better as time goes on. read more

Every time I go thru the oxford drive they put me in drive thru waiting , I thought the concept was "Fast Food" if they would have told me when I ordered I would have went to TIm Hortons across the street, I know there busy, and I don't special order , it's just frustrated read more

The management here makes the employees rush to get through the drive through line as fast as possible, resulting in various items being forgotten in orders and terrible customer service. Aside from that, the burgers are dryer than the Sahara and make me fart. The fries don't have enough salt. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald ever. What they did was they hired a person to tell people to use their new electronic kiosk instead of having more cashiers. This is honestly a downgrade from the original McDonald's. I honestly would go to Burger King instead of this McDonald. This new kiosk doesn't even work well it makes Coupons hard to use; because they want more money. In conclusion I will most likely not be eating from this establishment. read more

Are you looking for a cheap place to get lunch? Well you should go to Mcdonalds it's cheap but ok it's not horrible it's not great its just ok. But you can get a lot of food for only like $20.00. I gave it 3 stars because of their chikanugets.Their chikanugets are my guilty pleasure. They tried to run my card in the drive through and BROKE IT! I was watching the girl and she was manhandling a piece of plastic constantly shoving the chip in and out of the machine aggressively because their machine was "messing up." Next day my card wouldn't work because they broke it. The food was correct, but they cut off my only line to my money. That's why I won't be returning. For a McDonald's, top notch, great service, and fresh cooked chicken that was juicy and as good as I have had with the perfect crunch and bite of tangy zest. For fast food and what I remember of McDonald's this was quite a shock and an improvement ; even the ambience was a notch up. Do try this off the beat McDonald's in an ever gaining-popularity area of Lake Orion and Oxford. read more
