My wife and I went here for brunch on our anniversary weekend. We were fortunate to get a table quickly. They were busy but not overly so at around 10 am on a Saturday morning. We were quickly offered coffee which was typical diner fare. My wife didn't care for it, but I'd certainly had worse. We heard about the specials and took both. One was a Doc Holliday skillet which was typical skillet material but also had country gravy. The other special was a Stuffed Strawberry French Toast dish. We also ordered the suggested Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. We knew we'd have some to take home to the kids. The pancakes were a little dry as was the biscuit were traded our toast for; but everything else was pretty great. The service was fast but somewhat rushed and inpersonal. Greeted and seated right away even tho it was a hopping lunch crowd. Super cute modern farmhouse vibe. Clean. Server was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting in a booth in the window. There are cute tables for outdoor seating in good weather but they are right on street so I likely would choose to sit inside. The food was good. I ordered the gravy omelet. Good portion and potatoes were perfectly crisp. The sourdough bread is $1 more. I think next time I would try white bread. Couldn't really taste the sourdough flavor but had great crumb. The gravy was outstanding just like my mom made. A friend tried the egg sandwich. The waitress said it was a croissant but looked like a biscuit. My friend said it was tasty. A must try breakfast spot new to the area although please be prepared they DO NOT have a changing table for babies. They do however have great coffee. Food portions are a little smaller than most breakfast places around Oxford and lake Orion but still good food and worth it to stop in. read more

Finally it is open and perhaps worth the wait too. Busy place as Oxford needs some breakfast places as we seem to have to travel out of our little area to Lake Orion, Metamora and Rochester for a good breakfast. Found this place to be clean with a very friendly staff that is quick to serve with a smile on everyones face. Food was very good and found prices comparable to others that service breakfast. Today was our first experience here and it will definitely be our new brunch spot after church!! We came around 1ish and there was no wait. The staff here are friendly and warm! Our server was Gina and she was such a delight! She was very pleasant and was just lovely with our friendly toddler!! Our food came out fast and was delicious! So excited to see this breakfast place open in Oxford! Came around 12pm on a Saturday and were able to sit right down. Waitress was incredibly friendly. I got the B-52 Omelette with Sourdough (up charge) and the cheese grits. It was delicious! They packed the omelette full with bacon and mushrooms which I appreciated. Their homemade jam is the jam! So good! Pricing was very reasonable - they don't overcharge. This isn't a huge place but you have plenty of room when seated - it doesn't feel crowded. I don't understand how this place boasts no seed oils when they serve and use secondary products with seed oils. What's the point? They don't have half and half instead they serve GFS coffee creamer which is full of garbage including soy and cotton seed oil. My parfait had nature valley granola bars crumbled up in it...again seed oils. Granola is so easy to make why buy prepackaged garbage and put it in wholesome food?! My partner got the St Patrick's Hash and it was super dry. My parfait was lackluster. Our son was satisfied with his oatmeal. I would skip this place and go to a different local restaurant especially for the money. read more

Very disappointing, not only was my Omelet, not a fluffy one, it was flat and not a nice looking presentation. A male employee with a long pole with a towel attached went around to all the ceiling cooling vents and wiped all the condensation off of the vents. Right over myself and other booths of customers eating. Drops of water and dust fell to our tables. When I told my waitress about it, she said " I will tell him to stop" No offer to give me or others any compensation. But the waitress was super nice. When I ask for the internet password, she said we dont have it for customers. My favorite is the cali love omelette and the bananas french toast! Super delicious and made fresh. I love that they use real butter and opt to use avocado and olive oil.. it's more than most places in the area are doing. Staff is super friendly and the place is well kept. Super cool vibe. The food was decent, extremely overpriced. The harsh part was the service, very rude, unpleasant, and dismissive people that take away from what should be a relaxing experience. I called to ask if I needed to make a reservation and was essentially scoffed at over the phone. This is honestly some of the best breakfast food I've had in such a long time. The breakfast potatoes are addictive. Seriously definitely recommend getting some of those but all of their food is so good. The staff and owner are so nice and attentive i couldn't ask for nicer service.
