There is no guarantee avout cross contamination but their gluten free pancakes are awesome. The food comes out quick and is very filling. Everytime that we have been we have had excellent service. Our drinks, be them water or coffee, never are empty for long. The servers have no issues brining hot sauce to the table when requested.
