I don't think we've ever had a bad meal, or drink here! The staff is top notch and the bartenders are excellent. It's our happy place!!

What a find! We happened to be in Oxford at dinner time, saw Victoria's across the street, wandered in...the place was packed and we were told they were on about a 45 minute wait but they have a covered back porch with drinks and appetizers, so we agreed to hang out and wait. The back porch was lovely with couches and fire pits. The server was excellent. When we were told our table was ready we were taken to a table inside. Service was equally great here as well! We both tried the special dishes offered that evening and they did not disappoint! I will definitely go back to this awesome little gem! So I never would ever give Victorias a negative review, today is the day unfortunately. I go to Victorias on the regular and get chocolate mouse. It's what I do. I've had multiple orders of mouse. Full containers I often buy two for extra. Today I bought two and they were both half full at best. 10 dollars each... never has it been this empty.... read more

After at least two dozen visits here, I'm finally writing a review. The fact that I've been here this many times says a lot. It's so good. Lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed. Drinks are well made, service is spot on, and the food is worth the wait if you don't get seated right away. I've tried most of the menu, and honestly, it's all well made. Not your typical fare, but there is always something for anyone. Lots of daily specials too! No reservations, no big groups, and that's okay - it's so cozy here. It's always a pleasure to come here, the atmosphere is great. And yes, it does get very busy, so you might end up waiting over an hour for a table. read more

Came in for lunch today. There were four of us. My entree was excellent, one of the day's specials. I requested a small micro green side dish with vinaigrette, instead of the chips. They refused, telling me I'd have to pay for an entire salad that was on the menu for $10. My entree was a substantial quesadilla and I didn't want an entire salad. They would not accommodate my request. This signifies poor customer service in my book. The place was nearly empty at peak lunch time, and since we brought in four for business, you'd think they'd be grateful. Even though my entree was VG, I won't be back. Enjoyed lunch here. Started with cocktails which were both good. I had the Lavendar French 75 which was a nice twist on a regular French 75. We split the side Tuscan Salad which was excellent. My friend ordered chicken and asparagus crepes and liked them. I ordered the Croquet Madame Crepes which were delicious. Everything had a beautiful presentation. My daughter just got a nice promotion at work so we decided to go out and celebrate! We decided on Victoria's and once again, it did not disappoint. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but filled up while we were eating. We were seated right away and ordered drinks and the bread basket. Drinks were great as was the bread. I ordered the duck confit special and it was delicious. My daughters ordered their crepes and my wife the whitefish. All of our meals were amazing. The service is absolute top notch. Been a while since our last visit (about 18 months). The place has added on some square footage yet still remains cozy and intimate. A nice charm to the place with the owner always present. Started with some drinks at the bar and conversation that included two bartenders (shift change). We were made to feel welcome with small conversation. We kept our menu selections simple with the vegetarian flatbread pizza (best ever) and the Hudson's Maurice Salad, better than I can remember it. Both our servers, we sat at the bar, made us very welcome and kept our drinks coming. My only regret was not getting the Key Lime Pie, because we both ate to much. What a FANTASTIC find!! We absolutely loved it here. We were looking for a place exactly like this to kick off my birthday month and we found this absolutely perfect tiny restaurant. It was exactly what i wanted for my birthday dinner. We were walking around Oxford and we're intrigued by this charming outdoor area. There were only a few tables set up but the area was romantic and quaint. We entered through the back door and we were shocked at how small the inside was. It was also completely packed. We were fortunate to get the only available seats in the whole place! They were at the bar which is our preferred place to sit anyway so it was a bonus! We were immediately greeted by the bartenders and given a cocktail list, wine list, beer list, and menus. I was looking for a refreshing craft cocktail and that is exactly what they have. I was having trouble deciding so the bartender made a few suggestions based on my preferences. I went with the Paper Plane and it did not disappoint. It was an invigorating whiskey drink and oh so pretty! The presentation means so much! I normally skip the bread but their sour dough bread and creamy butter was mouthwatering and I couldn't skip it. The bread was salty which that alone makes this girl happy! Dinner does not include soup or salad but I didn't feel like we were missing anything. We looked over the menu and he chose the chicken Parisian which was a marvelous dish with artichokes and capers with wild rice. I chose to go with one of their specials for the day and was delighted with my Shrimp Picatta. I love sea food and I love chicken picatta so I was confident this would be good. It was perfect! The dish was buttery and perfectly prepared it was served with angel hair pasta. The serving size was the ideal size for me and I brought home left overs. He finished his dish. The atmosphere is very charming, however, be prepared to sit close to the table next to you. They did a great job utilizing the small space but you need to be comfortable getting friendly with your neighbor lol. I would recommend reservations because people coming in after us were told the wait would be at least an hour. Now, Oxford is gorgeous, so you could surely give them your number and walk around or grab a drink at the many bars along the street. The price was on par with the atmosphere, service, and quality food and cocktails. I think it's safe to say that I recommend this place and will absolutely be back! DELICIOUS! I have tried many things on the menu & all were prepared very well, fair prices (everything is huge portions & very filling, along with Miss Victoria's great staff. Whether dining in or carry-out, every experience at Victoria's has been fantastic & it's so nice to have a bistro nearby that definitely lives up to its name! I LOVE the Maurice salad, it is HUGE & transports me back to the days of J. L. Hudson restaurants where I enjoyed their divine Maurice salad for years & it was quite a discovery to find it nearby at Victoria's! Whether it's the crepes (all of them, including the dessert chocolate crepes that melt in your mouth), salads, The Paris Special, Tuna salad on oversized croissant, Escargot, bread pudding with sauce/syrup to drizzle over it, everything at Victoria's is exceptional, highly recommend! read more

This place is busy and small so be prepared to wait BUT it's well worth it! When you're waiting the host will take your drink order and bring it to you which is cool! I liked not having to wait at the bar and could chill while waiting. It took us probably max 30 minutes to get a table. The food was delicious!! We got the Housemade Macaroni au Fromage and the Pasta Saint Tropez with chicken. We dove in so fast I forgot to take a picture but they both were delicious! My favorite was the Saint Tropez because it was a lighter dish with so much flavor and I appreciated all the artichokes, olives, goat cheese in it. The chicken was also cooked well. The bread basket was only 4 small pieces of a baguette which was a little weird since it's on the menu to pay for. Great variety of wines and drinks. Not too loud even though you're sitting fairly close to others. I definitely want to come back and try more items! read more

This place is a hidden gem and I can't wait to come back! Had a date night here recently and the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all top notch. Shrimp piccata and Bavarian pork (both specials) were amazing, as were the chocolate mousse crepes and the 2 cocktails I tried. Great little spot for an intimate dinner or elevated happy hour. Definitely not a place to bring your kids or a group larger than 6. But they do special tasting events which sound fun. Check this place out if you haven't already! read more

We enjoyed an afternoon coffee and dessert at Victoria's and the whole experience was excellent. We were thrilled to see the restaurant packed when we arrived and chose to sit at the bar. Location: 5/5 - Very nice location in downtown Oxford with a good amount of parking. Atmosphere: 5/5 - Very well decorated warm and inviting interior. It is very small with not many tables, but it feels so perfect for what it is and the bar is very nice. Service: 5/5 - The staff here is amazing snd they know the menu so well. I don't remember our waitresses name, but she made fantastic recommendations on wine, cocktails, and all our food. Food: 5/5 - As I said, one of the best meals I have ever had in Michigan. We had many of the items on the menu and all of them were outstanding and bursting with flavor. We had the mushroom quesadilla, seafood cake, crepes trio, crepes de mer, and cedar plank whitefish. The Village of Oxford is a compact gem with 12 places to eat dinner in the three block downtown, and that's not including the coffee place or the movie theater's popcorn! Micro breweries, pubs, Mexican, Coney, you name it. Among these is a matchbox of a restaurant named Victoria's Delights but more commonly Victoria's. It's a true Parisian bistro dropped into Oxford Michigan. Cute decor, a bar that seats about a dozen and about 10 tables. That's it! I had heard about it, walked by it but never been in often seeing people from one party talking to other tables. Like a cocktail party! So with daughter LH who is a foodie in tow we went in. We were seated immediately in what was a beehive of activity. Cheyenne our waitress was right there for drinks and app orders. LH had a lilac lemonade and I had my GGMOTR w/ BCO. Both fantastic. Apps were a crepe to start, their signature dish, escargot and of course baguette with salty butter. All fantastic. Our entres were truffle ravioli with mushrooms and spinach for me, a special that day, and LH had chicken with haricot verts which was tender and delicious. I washed mine down with an excellent Pinot Grigiot which I let the bartender choose. The wine menu was extensive but not expensive particularly for the quality of the wines. Despite protestations from my guest I ordered the bread pudding and a Port wine for dessert. I was eating like I was going to the guillotine!
