I go there all the time after work for my donuts and drink. Never once that one of their donuts were out I love it! I ALWAYS get the honey cruller aka the best one and in other locations they're out but this one they have it for me hehe and ofc their matcha and other drinks r golden. Had a Girls Scout event. Ordered through app 1 solid hour before arriving, they charged my card, arrive to pickup and told me I had to be there for them to start order. Told me it would be a half hour to have order ready. No part of process indicates orders that are paid for already are not prepared before arrival. Tim Hortons has been my go to coffee shop ever since I had my first sip back in 2010. The price is right and seems nowadays locations are everywhere I go. This location is one of my frequent stops but I have to give them only 3 stars because the service is always slow. Don't get me wrong they try hard but being a cold stone creamery and Tim Hortons takes away from the the staffing efficiency. I stopped by twice in the last two weeks and unfortunately it's taking five minutes for them to even be able to take my order. I went inside both times and had people in front of me that had ice cream orders from cold stone. They had three people working those days and they had two people working the drive-through window and one person working the counter for cold stone and Tim Hortons. Drive through is the way to go if your going to this location. The staff are kind and the inside and outside are well kept. I'll still come here because of the kind staff but I'll definitely stick to drive through from now on. read more

I ordered a bagel from here and what I got was disgusting. There was cream cheese smeared all over the outside of the bag, as well as the inside and the bagel itself. I have no idea how they are staying in business!!! The coffee is rarely correct! It is either hot water with cream OR they give me dark roast. Maybe one time out of 10 it will be good. My sister came thru the drive thru this morning and ordered two medium ice caps. This unfortunately isn't the first nor the second time that our ice caps have been not ONLY completely melted but also half empty. Then to make things even worse she shoved the tray into my face rushing me and causing my ice cap to fall over which she witnessed and didn't even bother to offer to remake it. I have to say out of all the Tim Hortons I have been to thru out my life and the thousands of dollars I spend every year with this company this was the worst experience I have had to date. I am giving Tim Horton's a 3 star review, but please understand that it is based on what you would expect from a Tim Horton's, not from a different type of restaurant. I must say that things have improved here drastically. When I first went to this store, there would be 6 people working the drive thru, but they would not acknowledge anyone that walked into the dining room. They would all just stand there and stare at you (they weren't busy). No one would say "someone will be right with you" and they definitely would not go and get anyone to help. This has changed. Now - there is usually someone available to help the person that actually takes the time to get out of their car an walk into the restaurant. And - in a new twist, they actually greet you and ask to take your order. They don't just stare at you. Crazy, but true. Now - the food is Tim Horton's. They have donuts and coffee. The egg white breakfast sandwich is a good choice if you are watching your waistline, but it isn't ultra tasty. The coffee is good. Just remember, this is a fast food place. I come here everyday for about 4yrs now, because I dont want to drive to orion. I always order a triple triple extra large with espresso. Was good for a long time but recently either it's not stirred no sugar no espresso cup isnt full. Idk y I keep coming, I'm paying 7 dollars for two coffees and they aren't right or taste horrible. I love my Tim hortons coffee in the morning. As a military recruiter, I travel all over Michigan and spend a lot of time in coffee shops. But Tim hortons in Oxford is my favorite. The staff and owners are always warm, kind and very efficient, which is important for those who are on the run in the morning! They have delicious coffee and an excellent food menu. Poor layout blocks the view of the workers making the ice cream, which is half the fun of a Cold Stone Creamery. These businesses should be separated. read more

Overall I was left with a very good first impression of this Tim Hortons! The staff was very kind and helpful, even if a few mistakes were made. Upon first ordering, I was unsatisfied with the sandwich I received. However when I approached the staff to change out the sandwich they were considerate and accommodating, working until I was fully satisfied with my purchase. One staff member in particular, Trent, was very especially helpful, as it was he who worked most to make sure I was fully content with my food. When I saw this review I was shocked. Living in lake Orion I usually go to the other Tim Hortons, but I went there a couple of weeks ago for a business coffee connection. They have it every Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. I of course got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Loved it and then took my kids the next week. Do not know what old management was like but Geoff treats all his guests like family and the girl who took our orders in a drive through was sweet as pie! read more

Used to eat there regularly since I work nearby. As of late, I refuse to even go in. The quality of the food is terrible. It's always hastily thrown together like they made it in 5 seconds, not to mention, it takes them 10 minutes to get it even that 'good.' My orders get messed up every other time. After over and over complaining of them giving me watered down cappuccino and when I order an extra large cappuccino and them only filling as much as a large and even sometimes a medium. I use a walker or scooter and this just makes it so much easier to be independent and not have to worry about reaching/stumbling/fumbling/waiting for assistance. It's unfortunate that I have to give this location such a horrible review, my kids like the donuts and ice cream and it's so close to home. I also have never left a review, good or bad for anything, but felt this one very necessary!! The service is awful, seems as if everyone is constantly in training. Machines are constantly broken, whether it be the ice capp machine, the freezer for the ice cream, the flies in the donut case or the incompetent manager who has no clue what customer service is! Back to the flies, as I looked at the flies landing all over the donuts that my kids were looking to buy and eat, I told the person behind the counter that the flies were landing all over them, the said, ohh and moved the tray to the bottom of the case and looked at me like I was crazy that I didn't want to order anything! That process happened twice when I said nevermind and left. I also asked to see a manager on another visit with which I was approached by a very snotty, snarky woman who obviously has never heard the term the customer is always right!
