First time having a Halo Burger. I got a BLT burger. The burger was excellent except for the Bacon. It was so salty. Needed to take it off. read more

I absolutely love this place. The staff is always extremely friendly and I really enjoy their food. Their Cheesy single hits the spot every time. Don't get me started on the cheese curds. With the location being right next to McDonalds, I always find humor in how long the drive thru line is and how anyone at McDonald's is missing out on better quality food just steps away for around the same price. They are missing out! So excited to have this option so close to home now. read more

Jivano, the manager was tremendously helpful on my first visit about 2 months ago, and I've been back a few times since then. I HIGHLY suggest using the app or web to order ahead of time, bc the wait can be tremendous, but the food is always amazingly fresh and tasty. I loved the seasonal pumpkin shake! This is a really dope burger spot, and I'd go here weekly if I lived closer. read more

Was craving a burger and wanted something different, so I decided to stop in after reading the reviews. The staff were very welcoming and provided recommendations on what to try for a first timer. I went with the Olive burger since it was unique, and this was a great decision. The burger was actually fresh and had great flavor, the olives gave it the right amount of saltiness plus some crunch which I enjoy, the buns were great too. Come to later find out they use beef tallow to cook which is rare to find in a lot of fast food joints. Fries were also delicious and perfectly cooked. Drink options were great, Boston cooler was interesting. I also dined in since the place was very clean. My left overs were still good later on. This is a must try for a good fast food burger! read more

I looove *OLIVE BURGERS* but what HALO BURGER offers is a Cheese Burger w/olives on top. That was not a great 1st experience or visit. I've had plenty of Olive Burgers, never have they included: {tomatoes, onions, pickles, MUSTARD} this took away from the whole OLIVE BURGER experience, you barely taste the olives. Go back to production, research the OLIVE BURGER, then come back try it again- Because that my Dear, *AIN'T IT* read more

Had the beefy double burger and a Boston cooler. Have had better burgers, but this was the best fast food burger I ever had. From the picture, you can see three patties without the useless center bun slice. Came with cheese and the usual. The sauce added just enough juiciness. The Boston cooler was creamy, but could have used more root beer flavor. read more

Fast service and fresh food. Ownership however, is definitely cheap. I was here on an 85 degree day on 6/10 and dined inside. They had literally no ac on. Absolutely unacceptable. I was sweating once finished eating. read more

I ordered the double QP combo and dined in. The counter service was friendly and my order came out quickly. The double burger was large with fresh toppings. The meat was rather bland. Culvers and Portillos have better taste. The fries weren't hot but had great flavor and were slightly crispy. I liked them a lot. The $12 price of the meal was a good value. It was good enough that I will go back and try other items. read more

Fresh food made with beef tallow! I'm just sorry I didn't take a picture of the burgers before we ate them! It's super clean and nicely remodeled. The staff was in the process of training but the GM was very knowledgeable. read more

I came in, no employees were watching the front counter or working the drive tru, I waited 20 minutes, no one even bothered to see if they had customers. read more

Food came out fast and delicious. Brenda took our order and was super awesome. Very clean dining room. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend their famous Olive burger! read more

The food was delicious!! I had a BLT Cheddar burger that had a perfect amount of BLT and other toppings. This was my second time around, I went around opening day and you can tell they really stepped up their game!! The service was great. As soon as I got in the building, the cashier took action and told me If I have any questions, I could let him know. The building itself is a classic fast food restaurant, those are the "vibes" it gives off. The restaurant was clean, with an employee wiping down the tables periodically. The only thing to improve would be more Halos around!! read more

Our burgers were great. Loved the cheese curds. And oh those Boston Coolers. So yummy. Will definitely be back when in the area

Brings me back to my childhood when we'd stop at the one in birch run. Cheese curds are amazing. The burgers actually tastes like real ground beef compared to every other fast food burger on the market. read more

Over a 15 minute wait in the drive thru for a burger and fries, then after waiting I realized I didn't even get the right burger.. Will not be back to this location read more

Not sure the food is worth the wait. The customer service is not friendly at all. I will go to Savvy sliders instead. Better customer service The food was definitely not worth the wait... soggy fries and a cold tasteless burger. Not worth the hype read more

First, there did not seem to be anyone in any sort of management there, and it shows! I ordered an Olive Burger combo, a double burger combo, and a cheesy single burger to go. When I got the order I asked if it was my order and if it was all there and the girl said "I don't know, I didn't make it." I should have checked!! When I got home I noticed I did not get the olive burger. Instead, I got some other burger that was hardly anything special. Plus, the burgers were cold and subpar at best, no value what so ever. The fries, tots, and curds were good though. I then called to talk to a manager and the phone just rang and rang. I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel I paid $36.00 for $20.00 worth of food. Maybe I'll try one more time later down the road, but nothing seems to last at this location. read more

Ordered drive thru. Took over half an hour. Ordered a Halopena burger, was charged for and received a junior Halo burger. Also, ordered and was charged for fries. Received no fries. Most likely won't go back. Too bad, because it's in a convenient location. read more

Ordered The QP burger and fries.... Everything is always hot and fresh! Employees are very friendly! Highly recommend!

I'm waiting for my burger to come home. But I'd suggest that the company fix their website menu to allow a click on the menu sandwich item to see what all comes on it so we can know what we need to have left off or added. Do better.. Lets fix that. Not everyone can have or wants whats on every sandwich. Thank you. read more

First time there. Got an olive burger and a black raspberry shake. The burger was okay. Not exceptional. I was really looking forward to the shake, but I did not think it was great tasting. All in all, meh. read more

Been there twice. Used drive thru. Very very slow. When I got home I got an entirely wrong order and food was very cold. ( I live 1/4 mile away)! Second timei went in as drive thru was circled around building. Watched as all the workers took there time and didn't seem to have any supervision. As for the food it was warm thie 2nd visit but wasn't any better than any other fast food chain. read more

I stopped by Halo and the drive-thru lady was extremely rude during our transaction. Her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. The employee's name was Latoya -- she really needs some customer service training read more

Don't bother. First time drive thru bland tasteless burger old looking toppings mediocre fries.

Well, there was no one in line inside or outside. Only a table of two inside eating and yet everyone stand around not waiting on me until finally a young man took my order. 4 people were working, one cook, one drive thru, and two counter or runners . The food was ready for what seems to be 5 minutes but the two runners were engaged in a personal conversation and ignored me and my food until the cook asked if they gave me my order. Still in no hurry the female continued her conversation and then bagged my order. This transaction took way longer than necessary and I didn't feel important as a customer. Also, side note although everyone was wearing gloves no one ever changed them despite touching multiple surfaces including pants pockets, faces, visors, countertop and touch screen. read more

It took over 40 minutes to be seen, it shouldn't take so long to be served. It should not take almost an hour for drive through services.

Disappointed by the food. It just fell flat, I would say this is the poor man's Culver's. Tater tots and Cheese curds are good but overall just disappointed by the burgers. Party of 3 disappointed. Service was good! read more

Burger was good. The fries could have been fried a little longer. They were white with no color to them.

We were excited to try our new Halo Burger, especially after reading about it in the newspaper. We were highly disappointed. We arrived about 4:50 PM today The gentleman that took our order was very nonchalant and not at all helpful when we asked questions. The hamburgers were cold! And they had no flavor. The fries were warm, but a little soggy and the onion rings were warm but were hard and too crunchy. Not sure if we'll be back to give them a second chance. read more
