They consistently go the extra mile, and they're a huge part of what makes this particular location special. Everyone already knows how great the rolls and cinnamon butter are, how delicious the cold, crisp salads are, and how good an ice-cold beer tastes alongside a steak. But at the end of the day, it's the staff that keeps bringing me back time and time again. You're going to get great service no matter where you sit, but if you want the best experience in the restaurant, belly up to the bar. The bartenders and staff really make you feel welcome, and it's become my favorite place to sit whenever I come in.

Wasn't too happy unfortunately with this location…read more Came in on a Thursday for a dinner and left underwhelmed. The waitress wasn't a bad waitress at all. She was cool. However she did not ask one of us in our party how we wanted our steak and the kitchen defaulted to well done. It took (as a manager stated) 15 minutes on top of the already 25 minutes we waited for our food to get a replacement. Because of this, one person from our party didn't get to enjoy dinner with us and had to take their food home. The manager did not even discount us for this. Just gave a generic "it takes 13-15 minutes to cook a so and so style steak". They could have discounted or gave something as a courtesy due to this mistake. The rolls don't taste the same. They don't taste like fresh hot rolls, they taste like pre made in the freezer buns. They are also small. The ribs don't taste grilled either. They taste boiled and then on the grill for a few minutes to get grill marks. Very disappointing that I have rewards account, but there are no real rewards to redeem as well. That's very disappointing.

We chose to sit at the bar. There was a very busy party in the back, but our bartender was still very attentive. It was way too sweet for me, and I wasn't able to finish it. I switched to wine after that. I ordered the Chicken Siciliano, which came with soup or salad. I chose the broccoli cheese soup, which was delicious! The chicken was absoulutely amazing!!! We had a great experience and I absolutely plan on returning!

There aren't many gluten free options for snacks but they did have gluten free crackers for the whitefish dip and their fries were gluten free. Honestly, I wasn't the biggest fan of their fries. They had a strong oil taste and the irregular cuts made it so that they weren't all cooked homogeneously. I did like the nice amount of freshly grated parmesan on top though. I can't remember the name of the cocktail I had but it was named after a city. My husband tried the basque cheesecake and really liked it. I think it wasn't made by the restaurant if I remember correctly. The pizzas that I saw going back looked great and you could watch the guy making them. It would be lovely to have a gluten free crust option :)

The first time I came here it was very quiet on an early weekend morning and I had breakfast. No complaints. My friend suggested we come here for lunch and since it's been a while, I was more than happy to return. Reviewing their menu, they have lots to choose from and their prices are on point for any meal you get here. I went with a gyro with fries since I wasn't feeling their soup selection. My friend got breakfast since she was not interested in the lunch menu. Her meal looked really good and didn't cost an arm and a leg. My gyro was huge and the fries were quite delicious. Drink refills were a bit on the slow side, but they were busy, so I can't blame them. Our server was really funny and I loved her. She was so much fun, that next time I'm sitting in her section. Parking here is ample, but can be busy during brunch on weekends, so please be prepared. Parking lot is in good working order, and since it's right off Mound, I didn't have a problem getting in or out. So, why only 4 stars and not 5? Call me lame, but here's why. First, they need better napkins. They were thin and we went through a ton of them. Also, I wasn't excited about their soup selection. Can we get some French Onion Soup going here? Small stuff, I know, but just a thought. Anyway, this place has it down pat and I really enjoyed everything about it here. Staff is attentive, prices and food are great, and it's easy to find and park. Thank you Flaming Grill!

That being said, two out of the three times I've eaten here, I found hair in my food. The first time was a few weeks ago. I ordered a salad through delivery for lunch and found hair in it. The waitress was great and really sweet about it. She apologized 100 times and went to get the manager. When the manager finally came out, she apologized but didn't really seem like she knew how to handle that type of situation. Didn't say she'll comp it or anything close to that. She asked if I wanted anything else, to which I declined, and then took the food to the kitchen and never returned. When the bill arrived, thankfully she did comp my portion of the meal. All this to say, I will sadly not be returning here

The restaurant is very open, and it is attached to Papa Joe's market. There's also a doughnut store in the same little area.
