However [[HIGHLIGHT]]in person dinning was a nightmare im talking 2 loud screaning birthday parties on either side of us very tiny dinning area super cramped[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] so i'd get takeout. Food Super good viral for good reason but it attracts lets just say a rowdy crowd

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Good vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was super loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Could be the hunger talking lol service was communicative and very personable. Got the usual magic fries and wings! [[HIGHLIGHT]]EDIT: come to find out the takeout side has tables to sit and has the full menu but just comes in to go boxes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Much tolerable for the overstimulated like myself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We came, we nook some notes and this is what they are. * Topokki - The sauce is their mild spice for reference. The flavors are on point. Topokki is a little bit on the over done side, but an overall 7.8/10 * Bulgogi - its bulgogiing,, trust. Everything is on point. The flavor, texture and everything expect from a good bulgogi is present. Even when stuck in a lettuce wrap its a winner. 8.5/10 * Booldak (Spicy Chicken with Cheese) - Chicken chunks in gochugang if im not mistaken. The spice is good, the cheese goes well with the chicken dish. The rice also adds to the yumminess. 8.8/10 * Noori Wings (supreme) - The chicken is meaty. The sauce is really nice. Crunch is present even with the sauce. Umami is there. Its a nice Korean Fried Chicken. 8/10 [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their space has nice vibes. Definitely captured the Seoul Vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is impeccable. I would highly recommend for a fun night out.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Noori Pocha is an experience! This place is awesome![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe in here is unmatched, the service is fantastic and it's no surprise why this is the top Korean spot in Michigan right now![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food wise, everything is unbelievably delicious and the portions and deal you get for the dishes are insane! They had some of the best Bulgogi beef I've had in a long time and their Booldak is incredible! You can't go wrong with any wing choice you make either, they're all delicious! This place is a MUST visit, and is worth the trip!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Get transported back to South Korea with a visit to Noori Pocha![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This place is a must visit for us every time we visit family in Detroit. It gets pretty packed since the hours are odd and you have to put your name on a waitlist, but it is very much worth it. Portion sizes are huge - our favorites are the fried chicken, jokbal (get it spicy), and rosé tteokbokki. Service is always good, even if they are short staffed for the night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are always playing the best k-pop music to top everything else off![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Worth the drive and the wait. Wow! This place is amazing. From the unique decor -- see pictures -- to the super tasty Korean food, this is a fun, hole-in-the-wall spot that I highly recommend. Don't expect to get seated right away. You scan a code to get on the list. It was 30-40 min wait in the 5 o'clock hour on Labor Day weekend, and when we left at 7-ish, it was 90 minutes. So come prepared to walk around Clawson while you wait for a table. That said, when we sat down, they brought out these delicious rice like cylinders in a sauce: it's called Tteokbokki. We ordered two things to share. The clear noodle dish with chicken (Japchae) and the beef bulgogi. Both were incredible. So full of flavor. I did wish the bulgogi was available in less than the one pound serving. But I'm happy to have the leftovers. I was very happy with the experience and 100% plan to come back. Already thinking of friends I can tell about this amazing spot.

Walking into Noori Pocha was almost like being transported to South Korea! They played a video of someone walking the streets of SK on the projector and had a ton of cool Korean themed art on the walls including graffiti from all their patrons. Matt was an incredibly friendly server who got us what we needed quickly and always had a smile on his face. We visited the restaurant on a Tuesday and waited about 25 mins for a table. Once we ordered, the food came pretty quickly. The food was incredible! The plates are made to be shared, which is the best way to do it so you can try some of everything. Our table enjoyed kimchi fried rice, corn cheese, magic fries, beef bulgogi, and the soy garlic dumplings. Everything was extremely flavorful, a little salty but that was expected. The bulgogi came with lettuce wraps and white rice. Everything was served hot, crispy and DELICIOUS! This place is definitely something to experience. Can't wait to go back and bring some friends to experience it for themselves!

This place is a place that has brought me true foodie joy! [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the moment you walk in the atmosphere screams fun vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The well thought out seating that doubles as a cubby for your stuff to the use of a doorbell to let the wait staff know when your ready to order is a great design.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is such an adventure for your taste buds with the fried chicken being the absolute star of the show. Everything from the kimchi fried rice to the bulgogi beef is also a must try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place to share plates and laughs with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Favorite Korean place ever!! The service has always been super kind and the food has always been super filling! The gastropub doesn't open until 5pm for dinner so that's a bummer but there is a small restaurant side that you can eat in at! This is my favorite bathroom at a public place EVER!! In the women's restroom the lighting is so cool. I can imagine that's what the inside of the gastropub looks like and I hope to see it soon! There were pads and a light mirror and it was spotless. The prices are perfect. My friend and I split the wings, fries, and dumplings and we were all satisfied. The staff is great and attentive and I hope to go back soon.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really unique food, good service, and gastro pub ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is good to go with a group and share as the plates were pricey. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seats open so you can store your coat or purse.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is free duk boki if you dine in.

Honestly felt like I was in Korea the moment I stepped in. They completely nailed the vibes in here. Food was amazing. You gotta try their wings. Just be prepared for a very long wait if you're coming during peak dinner/evening hours.

Quite possibly the best service I have experienced at a restaurant all year. The tables do have a button to call for service, but the servers literally arrive within 5 seconds of calling. On top of it, everyone is so nice and friendly. These dishes are meant to be shareable - everything is a serving size for 2+ in my opinion. Four of us shared three dishes and almost finished everything, so I would use that as a guide when ordering. All of the dishes are amazing but I will say that the spice level leans on the spicier end of whatever you order. So good, though!!

Is the noise level loud at 4 pm?

At 4 on a weekday I would say it's calm. Other than that it's loud.

Does this restaurant have any gluten free options?

One thing I love is that you have the option to cook your own food at the table or have them cook it in the back for you. The atmosphere feels traditional, with grills built into the tables, which adds to the experience. My only complaint is that the grill doesn't always seem to get hot enough, so we usually just ask them to cook everything in the back. The staff can be a little hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who seems annoyed by simple requests, and other times you get someone warm, fun, and excited to share more about the food and culture. But the food is what keeps me coming back. It's always fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Korea Palace is a staple for me, and when I want a comforting, reliable Korean meal, this is one of the first places I think of. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed by the food!

This time we got the bibimbap, black goat soup, and a bone soup. We also got Jap Che for appetizer. Everything was satisfactory. Both the soups were piping hot. The goat had a unique taste that was not too strong surprisingly. The banchan was also pretty good, the best of which included bean sprout, cucumber, squash, and seaweed. We got barley tea, which was complimentary. The service was below average. It was busy but our server never came back once to check on us. She also had a lousy attitude in terms of simple questions I asked about the menu and seemed annoyed. Ambiance was warm on a cold day and pretty packed with many customers ordering Korean barbecue.

The service isn't bad, but I think the expectation is that you will let them know if you need something. They don't keep an eye on your water or drinks, but they were quick to fill them once we flagged them down. We tried some of our personal favorites and new things. They had a corn tea, which I never tried before. The flavor is hard to describe and a bit outside my preferences. It has a strong earthy corn taste. It was hot and came in a big pot. The banchan were awesome. I loved their kimchi, cucumbers, and fish cakes the most. They also had a seaweed salad and bean sprouts. We have tried sundubu jjigae with pork, kimchi fried rice, fried dumplings, japchae, and pajeon. I wouldn't get the sundubu again. There was something strongly overpowering the soup that was too intense for me and kind of bitter. Ive ordered this soup before at other locations, so I was surprised that it didn't suit my palate. The pajeon was huge. I prefer them thin, and this one was crazy thick. It was also overpowered with garlic, and I don't think those words have ever come out of my mouth before. What I would order again---japchae, kimchi fried rice, and dumplings! I love that they have so many options, and I had fun trying new things.

Service is a bit more hands-off, but I personally prefer that so it was a good experience in my book! One thing I must say is that I felt the menu was a bit limited. We opted for bbq and a shared entree (I can't recall the name, but it had pork belly and squid) instead. Both were tasty! The bbq also came with sides and two bowls of rice.
