However, the service level was concerning. The online order promise time was inaccurate, and I waited an additional 15 minutes beyond the promised time. While waiting, I observed several other customers experiencing the same pickup delay. I'm not sure if this was a one-day issue or typical, but this uncertainty regarding service timing is the only issue that might keep me from returning.
