However, the service level was concerning. The online order promise time was inaccurate, and I waited an additional 15 minutes beyond the promised time. While waiting, I observed several other customers experiencing the same pickup delay. I'm not sure if this was a one-day issue or typical, but this uncertainty regarding service timing is the only issue that might keep me from returning.

I've dined at many, MANY, MANY middle eastern restaurants...so, I feel like I am absolutely qualified to give this place a very fair review. The food here is fantastic. It's super fresh and you can tell that each dish is prepared with care. The owner is always there, and goes above and beyond to make sure that the meal is prepared EXACTLY how you like it...
