Now the establishment itself was nice, having undergone a fresh remodel with large flatscreen TV's and bright paint was a nice touch. Nice place, nice staff. Today I have seen and can say I'm happy and pleased with my current observations at this busy Arby's! I walked in on Monday the 26th for a mini lunch plus to cash in for a order of FREE Curly Fires. I brought in the Hockey Game Scoresheet when the Red Wings won on Sunday as my voucher. :-) I noticed right a way when walking in this Arby's, clean tables and chairs, along with clean areas by garbage cans and the floors. I was seen and acknowledged from a female staff ( didn't catch her name) that she would be with Me in a moment after giving out food for a drive-thru order. Yes she was prompt and courtesy to take my order for two mini roast beef and swiss cheese sliders and gave her the hockey scoresheet for My Free order of Curly Fries. I noticed great organization in the kitchen and team members working quick to speed up orders both inside and drive-thru. My order was complete in 8 minutes and off i cruised home with my bag and hunger. I posted photos of the clean counter and beverage areas too plus Lemonade Sign. Upon arriving home in 10 minutes My lunch was still hot and tasty to enjoy for My Monday lunch. The roast beef slider meat was well cooked, flavorful and stacked with swiss cheese. Just like their slogan says: "Arby's We Have The Meats!" Noted on the receipt is Manager Darnell Ruffin, so I thank you and the teamwork of your employees along with hospitality and delicious food. I also completed the Arby's survey at the bottom of my receipt with high praise comments. I am looking forward again, to dine inside at this location and enjoy a delicious wrap or sandwich meal with a "Mint Shake" for the month of March most definitely!
