Food is consistent and the line in the dining room appears to have dwindled down a bit.

Food was great- no complaints here! I always order the chicken nuggets with fries and I am never let down! Chic fila is such a popular chain, so it does get pretty busy, however, I was impressed with the promptness of the service that I received. Will be back at this location! read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A- Nuggets - Fast Food Near Me - Shelby Township, Michigan

Chick-fil-a is such a well oiled machine! Much better than a lot of fast food. I appreciate the rewards and have been given many free rewards over time. I enjoy the salads, mac and cheese, spicy chicken sandwiches. I recently tried breakfast and it was delicious!!!! This location is always top notch and clean. Will be back for sure! read more

This was my first time at this location, and my third time eating Chick-fil-a ever. Surprising, I know. As a full car in the drive through, we really struggled with all the options. Once you pick your sandwich type, there are still 5 questions you need to answer. Bun type, wheat or white? Do you want the bun buttered? What sauce? What type of cheese? On top of choosing side, size, and drink, the normal questions. I do just wish I could order a fast food chicken sandwich and have it taste good without needing to customize everything about it. Now, everyone knows about the infamous chick-fil-a drive through. I went into this experience already knowing how brutal it would be, so that part did not bother me. The part that bothered us the most, was that after 40 mins in the drive through, there were NO STRAWS in the bag for the 4 drinks. I would think they would check the bag carefully for utensils, straws, and sauces with a drive through line that long. I knew the frosted lemonade was good, and it was still amazing this time. That was the highlight of the experience. Food was also fresh and hot. With all of this in mind, there's no reason for me to ever come back. There are so many good fast food chicken sandwiches around, why go to all the hassle? read more

To start, they're always busy so that's a plus. Their drive through lines can get pretty long but they're run efficiently. We've never gone inside to see the ambiance, so maybe one day we will venture inside instead of using the drive through. The service is very good. The food is alright and the menu options have some decent choices. We tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and it was okay. We've tried a few lunch options as well. All in all, it's an okay place to get your "fil-a-chicken". read more

The Mr. and I were celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary with an all-day movie date, booking three movies back to back. With two hours between the first and second showtimes, we opted for Chick-fil-A for lunch. The atmosphere was just as nice as we expected. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our meal in the warm sunshine. Despite being busy around 2 pm, Chick-fil-A's service was impeccable. They took our order promptly and brought our food out quickly. The staff was accommodating, polite, and efficient. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun, extra lettuce and tomato, and a bottle of water. The sandwich was delicious--the gluten-free bun was tasty, the grilled chicken was juicy, and the veggies were fresh. I skipped sauce due to my food allergies, but the sandwich was still great. For those who need to avoid gluten or dairy like me, Chick-fil-A is a fantastic choice! The food tastes good, is reasonably priced, and didn't make me sick. Win-win! read more

Tried to come in on a Sunday, but I guess they close that day which is understandable. The chicky nuggs are good, I like the criss cut fries they got here. The place is clean, and usually fast. My daughter turned me on to the place lol. Service is quick, will come back! read more

I WAS a chick-fill-a virgin . Attended an event that was catered by them. Nuggets were not very good. To eat the Mac & cheese a knife was required, quite gummy and clumped together. Salad was ok. Fresh fruit was excellent. read more

Poor customer service, incorrect orders, extremely disorganized as it was a complete zoo inside. It gave me extreme anxiety. My order was sitting on the counter for a while right next to the employee supposed to be handing out pick up orders in a timely manner, until I saw it and asked. My intent was to try the limited honey pimento cheese chicken sandwich and they forgot the jalepenos which was the highlight of the sandwich! Complete disappointment. They also completely omitted another order of mine and made another sandwich incorrectly. I would advise against to go orders considering they're most likely to mess it up. Will not be visiting this location again. read more

Memorial Monday afternoon and I needed something so I decided to Door Dash some Chick-fil-A. I'm a sucker for spicy chicken sandwiches so that's what I chose and I was glad I did...extra pickles, of course. It was juicy but delicate as far as spice goes. Mild lovers, rejoice! I included waffle fries and the Polynesian sauce for dipping. That sauce is the bomb diggity; I'd dip everything I ever eat in it, all day long! Will have to pick up a bottle. Would definitely recommend. Golf clap for me and my choice! read more

Chick-fil-A - Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Shelby Township, Michigan

I don't get it. 400 ingredients over priced make a chicken sandwich at home with real food.

Review is for breakfast only. This restaurant is a half mile from my house and the crowds are unbelievable. They often have 2 or 3 workers outside directing traffic during the afternoon. I would never wait that long for a chicken sandwich, but I heard that their breakfast was good. I am a fan of the sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Thought the one at Wendy's was the best. Chick-fil-A is better. Ate inside and was impressed by the cleanliness and upscale interior and accoutrements. The serving staff was well groomed and super friendly. The sandwich was a great combination of tasty sausage, egg not overly cooked, cheese melted just enough and a flaky biscuit. read more

I've eaten enough Chick-fil-A in my life to already know what it's all about before even walking into this place. I was excited that the brand finally moved up here into Michigan, finally. (now if we could only get a Waffle House!) I waited for the excitement to wear off and the lines to die down before coming here. It took forever, let me tell you. I was on the way home from looking at a condo near by, and was starving and needed food asap. I saw Chick-fil-A wasn't terribly busy, so I immediately pulled off M-59. They have a really efficient flow here, which I love as most of them already do. The gentleman told me to park by Michael's arts and crafts if I wanted to dine in, the coned off area was for drive thru. The drive thru already had tons of workers running between cars and the window to make sure food got ordered and done correctly. which was very efficient. I reviewed the menu and it's changed a bit since I last ate at one. the breakfast menu seems smaller, and the dinner selection still seems the same, but toned down a bit. Food is still good and prices are as I remember. What I loved about coming here is their always so well staffed. Tons of people in uniform working behind the counter, all seemed to have a really good grasp of what their doing. This is a big deal to me, because with the ever changing food staff situation going on post pandemic, some places just don't have it together. As a matter of fact, they never did in the first place. Chick-fil-A always has, and probably always will be, regardless of which location you go to. I went with the chicken sandwich deluxe, which comes with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Food was really good, fries were adequate but could have been crispier. Considering how long this place has been open now (more than 5 minutes) this place is actually in really great shape and seems to be well taken care of. I've seen a lot of places fall by the way side after being open for a period of time and staff turnover. I will be back to eat here as long as the wait isn't to terribly long. read more

The key word for this location in consistency. We frequent this location quite a bit for work and every single time the food is outstanding. The food is always great and the orders are always correct. The management here really does a good job and it shows through the employees working there. As far as waiting, Chick fil A has their drive thru window process mastered and it's the same inside with minimal wait times if none at all. It's "my pleasure" going here for lunch. Great location read more

THE FOOD WAS HOT AND JUICY LIKe oh my days. I LOOOOVED THE WHOLE MEAL! I got a spicy deluxe meal and everything was so good! I don't know if they have seasoned waffles fries but I think I'd like them more if they were seasoned. The sandwich was extremely excellent. Best spicy sandwich I've ever had honestly. The chicken noodle soup tasted like it was from a CAN tho so next time I might go without the soup. The lemonade was definitely hittin. AND YES THE LINES LOOK LONG but do not fret because they go faster than any other fast food line. There were over 30 people in line and like I said I literally got through the line and to the front of the store faster than any other restaurant a 10 OUT OF 10 to this establishment! Thank you for the food!!! read more

Amazing food great staff and service! Everyone is always so kind and helpful when I visit!

Not sure why there are any negative reviews about this place. There are people working nonstop around the clock even in subzero temperatures to make sure the lines move quickly. The food is outstanding! The spicy southwest salad is full of flavor and unlike every other fast food restaurant, the ingredients are always fresh. The chicken is amazing, grilled or crispy. No matter how long the lines have been, I've managed to get my food within fifteen minutes or so; kudos to your entire team for making the process so seamless. At four years old, my daughter is a chicken connoisseur (apparently). She has these chicken strips ranked at the top of her list. Also, I love that you guys are closed on Sundays. #respect read more

This Chick-fil-A location sucks ass, fo real. On God what do people see in this restaurant? Nothing is fresh. It's all prepared ahead of time and kept in warmers. The customer service is a joke. Had me wait 10 minutes just for the goddamn lunch menu to kick in. What a joke. So much for their godly customer service. The lemonade tastes like that stuff you get in the paper carton. My first time to this location! This Chick Fil A does not offer mobile ordering pick up, which is a bummer because the line can look pretty daunting here! We stopped in around 6pm on a weekend and surprisingly the line wasn't horrible. You can still place a mobile order at this location, you simply have to wait in line to pick it up. The app wasn't working when we stopped in, which bummed me out because we weren't able to receive rewards for our large order. We weren't given a receipt for our drive thru order. Normally not an issue but Chick Fil A typically has great rewards (free sandwiches, drinks, etc) Service here was amazing, as usual. The parking lot is kind of a mess. It was a mess before Chick Fil A came here though! There is a system to keep the line in tact, which we appreciated. From ordering to pick up we were only in line for about 20 minutes. Everyone we encountered was welcoming. The girl at the pick up area loved petting my dog in the car and kindly made a comment about sanitizing her hands after, which I liked a lot. It's nice seeing people taking the pandemic seriously with safety measures. The food was great! Very tasty! What I like about Chick Fil A is Ive never experienced a bad meal. Food is always great quality. I know what to expect and I'm never let down. Chick Fil A is a great addition to the Golden Corridor! If I still lived in this area Im sure I'd be here weekly! read more

Our favorite "fast food" restaurant and our go-to place to eat whenever we are out on Hall Rd. The restaurant is always extremely clean and I love that they have real flowers on every table. Since it's almost Easter they had gorgeous Easter Lily's. My daughter always heads to the playscape as soon as we walk in. I've had to get her out of it before and I was impressed by how clean it is. The lines can be long but they go very fast. I always get the grilled nuggets and waffle fries with an Arnold Palmer and a grilled chicken club on gluten free bun for my daughter and i to share. It was the first time my dad has ever been to a chick-fil-a and he got a chicken club with crispy chicken and said it was the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. That definitely says a lot since he gets lots of chicken sandwiches. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I remember overhearing a staff member talking to the owner about how cool it is that hes helping wipe down tables and so hands on. That definitely shows me that the owner cares greatly about the business and staff. I highly recommend going, it's our favorite quick bite place! read more

Their sandwiches are simple but very high quality. As many of us know, opening day the line was out onto hall road! Great location, great food, competitive prices! Thrilled to have a Chic-fil-a in my neck of the woods, it's overdue! Update! I went back and had the chicken strips and subbed a side of macaroni and cheese. The strips were soft and juicy for lack of a better word! Sometimes I've noticed the other chicken options around town are tough and dry (not always). The macaroni tasted great but somehow a little sweet which was unexpected. Visit was on 1/30/21 and the line was over an hour after we entered it at 5:50pm. read more

I went to a Chic-fil-A. restaurant this morning, I ordered Breakfast Sandwich. I paid for my Breakfast Sandwich and Coffee. When they brought my order to my table for dine in , my food Was burnt. And my coffee order, the coffee half and half was no good. When I went back the the register to tell the cashier, Danielle had a attitude, and was very rude. Her assistant was not professional, and very snippy. When I tried to call there customer service line for support. You can't talked to anyone. Also I called back finally got a individual on the line, name GiDECJ he would not let me speak to a supervisor. This is very frustrating, and concerning. I would like Corporate to reach out to me please. Lynette Rodriguez read more

Delicious chicken sandwiches as always but my favorite is the sante fe chicken salad with the creamy salsa dressing!!

Food is ehh. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich inside to go. Instead of calling my name when it was ready, you make me wait 30+ mins while your workers just talk behind the counter and have no care for my food sitting ready to go and by that time my food is now cold. Won't be eating at this establishment again. read more

It's a delicious chicken sandwich, but waiting in line 30 minutes or longer only to get home and have ice cold undercooked waffle fries is incredibly disappointing. Then, trying to call to complain about it, is a literal nightmare. You could spend as much time waiting for someone to take your call as you you did waiting for someone to take your order. & this isn't a first time situation this seems to happen pretty regularly. It's not worth it for me waiting in line 30 minutes + for only a delicious chicken sandwich. I'm just not going for visit this location anymore. #colduncookedfries read more

ATTENTION If you go to this chick-fil-a look in your bag for what you ordered because the manager and the store managers don't care the customers I went in there because they gave me an order that was completely wrong and the lady kept telling me I need to go sit down when I did not want to sit down. I don't know what kind of disrespect they teach these people when a person doesn't wanna sit down. They're not a dog you can't just tell them to sit down. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again that's how bad my experience was and I've only been there twice in my entire life. I've been to other ones down south and they are so much nicer than the ones up here up here they just treat people like shit. They should fire the whole restaurant and get all new people and retrain them the right way that's what corporate should do. They won't because as long as they're making money corporate doesn't care that's why they have three stars and not getting any better read more

This location, like most in the area, is extremely busy. Luckily, the staff know how to keep the lines moving and are so great with the accuracy of the orders. I grew up out of state with an abundance of Chick-fil-A's around. Of course I'm excited to have them in the area now and would gladly wait in the line for their delicious chicken sandwiches. My family has visited this location about three times since it opened. I understand all of the hype surrounding this location, as it's the first in the area with a drive-thru. Don't let the long lines deter you; The employees do a great job at keeping the lines moving. When I arrived, I was behind probably 50 cars. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The long line that wrapped around the building, out into the parking lot, and all the way back by Kirkland's was no match for the staff at the store. They quickly took orders, brought food out to those waiting, and got you moving quickly. My favorite items at Chick-fil-A are their chicken sandwiches and the Oreo milkshakes. I'd gladly wait in line for their delicious food! read more

I was third in line to order. The time was 8:53 am. My order was placed by 8:55 am By 9:05 am, I had yet to receive my order. The line wasn't moving. I looked up ahead, and no one was running orders out. Three team members are standing talking to the front car, cracking jokes. Another CFA rep comes out and hands the front vehicle in the other lane a receipt. Cars still aren't moving. Employees aren't running food to cars, as is typical for CFA. The time is now 9:07 am, and, after the merger, there are four cars in front of me. The line isn't moving. At 9:08 am, I pulled out of line, drove by the window from the other lane, and told them to cancel my order. Because CFA operated like Burger King this morning, I missed my window for breakfast, lost $12 from my order, and was late for my morning appointment. All because CFA decided to take an order at the front window, didn't ask them to pull forward, didn't run food to the cars behind, and basically acted like a defunct fast-food chain. This was so out of character for a CFA. Unfortunately, I can no longer give this location my business. I cannot trust them with my time or money. Wish I could have rated them a "0 star." read more
