This was my first time at this location, and my third time eating Chick-fil-a ever. Surprising, I know. As a full car in the drive through, we really struggled with all the options. Once you pick your sandwich type, there are still 5 questions you need to answer. Bun type, wheat or white? Do you want the bun buttered? What sauce? What type of cheese? On top of choosing side, size, and drink, the normal questions. I do just wish I could order a fast food chicken sandwich and have it taste good without needing to customize everything about it. Now, everyone knows about the infamous chick-fil-a drive through. I went into this experience already knowing how brutal it would be, so that part did not bother me. The part that bothered us the most, was that after 40 mins in the drive through, there were NO STRAWS in the bag for the 4 drinks. I would think they would check the bag carefully for utensils, straws, and sauces with a drive through line that long. I knew the frosted lemonade was good, and it was still amazing this time. That was the highlight of the experience. Food was also fresh and hot. With all of this in mind, there's no reason for me to ever come back. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our meal in the warm sunshine. Despite being busy around 2 pm, Chick-fil-A's service was impeccable. They took our order promptly and brought our food out quickly. The staff was accommodating, polite, and efficient. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun, extra lettuce and tomato, and a bottle of water. The sandwich was delicious--the gluten-free bun was tasty, the grilled chicken was juicy, and the veggies were fresh. I skipped sauce due to my food allergies, but the sandwich was still great. Review is for breakfast only. This restaurant is a half mile from my house and the crowds are unbelievable. They often have 2 or 3 workers outside directing traffic during the afternoon. I would never wait that long for a chicken sandwich, but I heard that their breakfast was good. I am a fan of the sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Thought the one at Wendy's was the best. Chick-fil-A is better. Ate inside and was impressed by the cleanliness and upscale interior and accoutrements. The serving staff was well groomed and super friendly. The food is always great and the orders are always correct. The management here really does a good job and it shows through the employees working there. I've eaten enough Chick-fil-A in my life to already know what it's all about before even walking into this place. I was excited that the brand finally moved up here into Michigan, finally. (now if we could only get a Waffle House!) I waited for the excitement to wear off and the lines to die down before coming here. It took forever, let me tell you. I was on the way home from looking at a condo near by, and was starving and needed food asap. I saw Chick-fil-A wasn't terribly busy, so I immediately pulled off M-59. They have a really efficient flow here, which I love as most of them already do. The gentleman told me to park by Michael's arts and crafts if I wanted to dine in, the coned off area was for drive thru. The drive thru already had tons of workers running between cars and the window to make sure food got ordered and done correctly. which was very efficient. I reviewed the menu and it's changed a bit since I last ate at one. the breakfast menu seems smaller, and the dinner selection still seems the same, but toned down a bit. Food is still good and prices are as I remember. What I loved about coming here is their always so well staffed. Tons of people in uniform working behind the counter, all seemed to have a really good grasp of what their doing. This is a big deal to me, because with the ever changing food staff situation going on post pandemic, some places just don't have it together. As a matter of fact, they never did in the first place. Chick-fil-A always has, and probably always will be, regardless of which location you go to. I went with the chicken sandwich deluxe, which comes with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Food was really good, fries were adequate but could have been crispier. Considering how long this place has been open now (more than 5 minutes) this place is actually in really great shape and seems to be well taken care of. I've seen a lot of places fall by the way side after being open for a period of time and staff turnover. I will be back to eat here as long as the wait isn't to terribly long. read more

Not sure why there are any negative reviews about this place. There are people working nonstop around the clock even in subzero temperatures to make sure the lines move quickly. The food is outstanding! The spicy southwest salad is full of flavor and unlike every other fast food restaurant, the ingredients are always fresh. The chicken is amazing, grilled or crispy. No matter how long the lines have been, I've managed to get my food within fifteen minutes or so; kudos to your entire team for making the process so seamless. Our favorite "fast food" restaurant and our go-to place to eat whenever we are out on Hall Rd. The restaurant is always extremely clean and I love that they have real flowers on every table. Since it's almost Easter they had gorgeous Easter Lily's. My daughter always heads to the playscape as soon as we walk in. I've had to get her out of it before and I was impressed by how clean it is. The lines can be long but they go very fast. I always get the grilled nuggets and waffle fries with an Arnold Palmer and a grilled chicken club on gluten free bun for my daughter and i to share. It was the first time my dad has ever been to a chick-fil-a and he got a chicken club with crispy chicken and said it was the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. That definitely says a lot since he gets lots of chicken sandwiches. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I remember overhearing a staff member talking to the owner about how cool it is that hes helping wipe down tables and so hands on. That definitely shows me that the owner cares greatly about the business and staff. I highly recommend going, it's our favorite quick bite place! read more

My first time to this location! This Chick Fil A does not offer mobile ordering pick up, which is a bummer because the line can look pretty daunting here! We stopped in around 6pm on a weekend and surprisingly the line wasn't horrible. You can still place a mobile order at this location, you simply have to wait in line to pick it up. The app wasn't working when we stopped in, which bummed me out because we weren't able to receive rewards for our large order. We weren't given a receipt for our drive thru order. Normally not an issue but Chick Fil A typically has great rewards (free sandwiches, drinks, etc) Service here was amazing, as usual. The parking lot is kind of a mess. It was a mess before Chick Fil A came here though! There is a system to keep the line in tact, which we appreciated. From ordering to pick up we were only in line for about 20 minutes. Everyone we encountered was welcoming. The girl at the pick up area loved petting my dog in the car and kindly made a comment about sanitizing her hands after, which I liked a lot. It's nice seeing people taking the pandemic seriously with safety measures. The food was great! Very tasty! What I like about Chick Fil A is Ive never experienced a bad meal. Their sandwiches are simple but very high quality. As many of us know, opening day the line was out onto hall road! Great location, great food, competitive prices! Thrilled to have a Chic-fil-a in my neck of the woods, it's overdue! Update! I went back and had the chicken strips and subbed a side of macaroni and cheese. This location, like most in the area, is extremely busy. Luckily, the staff know how to keep the lines moving and are so great with the accuracy of the orders. I grew up out of state with an abundance of Chick-fil-A's around. Of course I'm excited to have them in the area now and would gladly wait in the line for their delicious chicken sandwiches. My family has visited this location about three times since it opened. I understand all of the hype surrounding this location, as it's the first in the area with a drive-thru. Don't let the long lines deter you; The employees do a great job at keeping the lines moving. When I arrived, I was behind probably 50 cars. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The long line that wrapped around the building, out into the parking lot, and all the way back by Kirkland's was no match for the staff at the store. They quickly took orders, brought food out to those waiting, and got you moving quickly. My favorite items at Chick-fil-A are their chicken sandwiches and the Oreo milkshakes. I was third in line to order. The time was 8:53 am. My order was placed by 8:55 am By 9:05 am, I had yet to receive my order. The line wasn't moving. I looked up ahead, and no one was running orders out. Three team members are standing talking to the front car, cracking jokes. Another CFA rep comes out and hands the front vehicle in the other lane a receipt. Cars still aren't moving. Employees aren't running food to cars, as is typical for CFA. The time is now 9:07 am, and, after the merger, there are four cars in front of me. The line isn't moving. At 9:08 am, I pulled out of line, drove by the window from the other lane, and told them to cancel my order. Because CFA operated like Burger King this morning, I missed my window for breakfast, lost $12 from my order, and was late for my morning appointment. All because CFA decided to take an order at the front window, didn't ask them to pull forward, didn't run food to the cars behind, and basically acted like a defunct fast-food chain.
