Wow this guy at the window deserves 5 stars alone. For some reason I was craving a coke. Not just any coke. Mcdonald's coke. I loveeee their coke. It tastes amazing. The syrup content. Oh man. All we ordered was drinks and they were super quick with the line. The second guy that gave us the drink was extremely nice. He had such a positive attitude. It was great. What can I say...it is a half-assed McDonald's where employees cannot figure out how to put the food into the bag that matches the items on the order. It happens almost every f#^%ing time I am there. There should be a quality control process where someone packs the bag. Then, another person with a basic education verifies the items match the order since one person isn't capable of handling this job by themselves. I hate to be this mean but it happens too much. All I have to say is the manager CHRIS is the most unprofessional/disrespectful/ not sure how this guy even got this position but you definitely deserve that low paying job that we won't ever come back too!! I ordered 3 chicken nugget happy meals and drove 7 miles to drop the kids off their food and they opened their boxes and there was no chicken nuggets in any of the boxes. So I went back with the boxes after my fries are all cold and Chris the manager tells his worker to just put warm chicken nuggets in the boxes and he is good to go. So I said hell no let me talk with Chris and he comes over no sorry or no apology just gave us new boxes that had everything but no apple slices in it and I told him I want my money back to and wouldn't refund me for his stores error. So I told him I will be calling you corporate store and will be letting them know about this situation. Chris replied that's fine it's not like it hasn't happened before. If I could give this place no star that would be my rating. Ordered a happy meal 4 piece chicken nugget and received tartar sauce. Went back and no apology whatsoever. The lady wanted to give me a small fries and 4 piece nugget gave me an attitude and didn't acknowledge what just happened. The employees don't wear masks. You ask them why and they are very rude and said "Get over it". Employees coming in, walk through the entire kitchen and go to the back to get there masks.
