It took about five minutes just for one drink. I ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato with coconut milk. It did not seem like they were short on staff during my visit; it was a lack of sense of urgency and the focus was more on the drive-thru orders instead of a first come, first serve basis. This Starbucks is my go-to since it's right by my house. Overall, it's solid , drinks are consistent, service is friendly, and they usually get my order right. It can get pretty packed during peak hours, but that's expected. Even when it's busy, they keep things moving. Never really had a bad experience here! read more

A location I have visited a lot. I used to come every Wednesday before class to get a drink. They are pretty fast, and always get my drink right. When I specify, they write on the cup to ensure it will not be wrong. This used to be a study spot my sister and I, but it is way too busy and packed. No room. Also too loud. It is hard to focus. Some might like the music vibe and the busy atmosphere. The outside is a nice study spot in the spring if the weather is nice. Considering we live in Michigan though.... yeah not so great. I've heard people saying you can only spend $6 on a star reward. This can't be true because my boyfriend's drink was a $10 drink with the added espresso and hazelnut shots. Along with caramel drizzle. He loved it. They made it perfect. They added a lot of caramel. Once at another location, they barely added any when we paid for it. This place does not skimp out. ---- Updating review The last two times before this they were out of refreshers. Again, today. We have been in line for 40 minutes already. We would have left, but they are making a lot of drinks for us and we already ordered. What is the deal? Why have we waited this long? 2 cars in front of us still as well. This is typically the Starbucks I visit when I'm at the nearby park or bringing my friend a drink to his work. The staff is fast and friendly. I typically mobile order and my order is always made correctly and efficiently. There's lots of tables and chairs and even a little patio area outside. This is a hoppin place, especially during school season. It can get a little chaotic at times. This Starbucks is open until 11pm most days. It's close to the freeway. The parking lot can be a disaster since this coffee shop is located in a plaza. I typically park in the back and walk. No issues here! read more

My drink had all the ice and whipped cream melted. My drink was missing 3 of the things i paid extra for. It was missing Chestnut praline topping, mocha drizzle, and 3 pumps of caramel. I am so extremely disappointed. This is "my" Starbucks since I come here more often than any other location. Service is fast (for Starbucks) and friendly each time. When there is a long drive thru line, they get through it relatively fast for being Starbucks. There have been a handful of times where my usual drink is a few cents more (because each barista will ring it up differently). When I ask them about it they will always adjust it and explain they rang it up differently. Not that the cents matters, but I have to ask if the price increased. It's a little small on the side with not much seating room but they offer a decent amount of bagged coffee, accessories, mugs/cups, and snacks. They also have a great selection of breakfast & lunch sandwiches, because it seems like every time I order one, they are never out! I come to this location a few times a week. There's no consistency in how much time that will take - sometimes your drinks are ready immediately, sometimes you wait for 30+ minutes (I'm posting this after another 30+ minute wait).
