The egg roll was run of the mill but the crab puffs actually tasted like they had crab in them. They were crispy and delicious. The chicken was the star though. The sauce was not that sickeningly sweet goo that most places call General Tso's. It was spicy and garlicky. Yes, it was a bit sweeter than I prefer but the richness of the added aromatics made it shine. I'm not sure that I would enjoy delivery though. I did see sacks of food just sitting there waiting for the delivery driver(s) to pick up. I can imagine folks receiving cold and soggy food but the time it got into their hands.

I ordered a dish that included sweet and sour pork, chicken chop suey and fried shrimp. The sweet and sour pork was delicious, a nice batter, not too thick with tasty tender pork. Unfortunately, the chop suey was mostly all chopped celery, with only tiny specks of chicken, all smaller than a pea. It was still tasty, but seriously lacked the meat and other ingredients that are normally expected in chop suey. The fried shrimp was thin, short and way overcooked, and the batter was five times thicker than the actual shrimp itself; not good at all. Lemon chicken was tender and delicious with excellent sauce. The egg rolls were a bit different with thicker batter than expected, but still tasty. The sliced pork was fairly juicy and tasted good. The fried rice was a little dry, making it a bit difficult for me to fully enjoy. We received good service by friendly servers throughout our entire meal. Sorry about the lack of photos, but we were really hungry when we first came in and attacked the food right away. I just wish it was better!

The food is then placed into a fresh bowl and handed back to you to take to your table. While I was there, I was asked by the cook "hot sauce or not hot?" I stated "not hot"; but while eating, I found the food to be a little on the spicy side anyways. I believe that could be due to the grill having hot sauce poured on it for a previous order. That being said, the food was full of flavors and textures that I got to choose as well; so that in itself is pretty great. The waitress was attentive, however, did bring a cup of tap water after I asked for a bottle of water. Which could have just been a misunderstanding. Other than that I thought she was polite and courteous and fairly quick. I really did enjoy the idea of "all you can fit in the bowl and have it cooked in front of you."
