Smallest Chick-fil-A I've seen. Seating area accommodates very few people. I've never been to one where there was nowhere to sit and there were so few tables. They obviously can't do anything about that, but it doesn't make me want to come back except maybe takeout. We ended up ordering takeout through the app. Parking lot entry can be confusing. It was very busy and yet our food came out in 5 minutes after we ordered and then when I went to the play area it was pretty small like very, very small. They need to upgrade it soon. We waited a couple of weeks after the opening thinking that it might be fun. We've heard great things about the business and was hoping for a good first impression. Second impressions don't work for me. Friday afternoon, find parking dine in was horrible, no sinage for the parking lot, only for drive thru. No sinage for the entrance, had to walk around the building and get in line. Lots of busy employees but no customer courtesy available to answer questions. Food was okay, chicken nuggets were good, fries were dry, cold and boring. Management should step back and watch the clients, young and older were asking others how to get their food orders in. Watch your employees that are standing in the way of progress(visiting). We agreed that we prefer not to return. TC has so many good restaurants, I don't know how long those long lines will last. We waited for over 40 minutes to get our food on Aug 25 between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. They did not give us the market salad we ordered. We did not discover until we got home, we should have checked but had a crying baby and needed to get home. We called right away and were told they would email us and give money back since I did not want to wait again in line. There has been no response from them since and still no refund on the salad. I have been stopping in quite a few times per week since they opened whether it be for a drink or a meal and the service seems to have taken a nose dive since the trainers have all left. The food consistently has been on the verge of being overcooked like they are letting it sit too long. Definitely not as fresh as ANY Chick Fil A I have been to. The people taking the orders need lessons in professionalism, actual courtesy and being educated on how to read/write/spell. There is one female that can't even spell Mike correctly. I have had numerous times my name be put in as Mich, Mik, Mic etc. Ordering food in the morning when they open has been terrible. I could be the first one there and end up waiting 15-28 minutes and still get orders wrong. Drinks coming out with soda running down the sides of the cup, wrong orders given, etc. I am highly disappointed especially knowing that this establishment is run by military Vets. Easily the most screwed up drive thru for orders I have ever seen. I have driven thru 2 times and both times it took between 30 and 45 minutes to get my order. By the time I got home everything was cold except my drinks because my ice had all melted. They don't fill orders in a first come first order. I got my order there were probably 15 cars in front of me waiting for their food. So my food got cold because I had to wait for everyone in front of me to get their food before I could head home. read more

The absolute worst drive-thru. Scanned my mobile order at 645pm. Waited in a long line. Food came fairly quick but I was still way back in line. I ate my food while in line otherwise it would be cold if I waited. I can see others eating their food in their cars. I was finally able to leave at 715pm!! The food was good and the service was terrible. I was at the front of the drive through line waiting for food and my car overheated. I let them know I would go park and come back for food a minute. When I got inside I couldn't get someone to help me for quite awhile and then they got my order wrong several times. From when I walked in the store to when I got my food took about 20 minutes. The normal drive through moves faster than the online pick up does. Ridiculous considering I ordered ahead of time and so did everyone else in the line. The also let a car cut right I front of me with no app no order no nothing. They let them cut and allowed them to download the app put in their order while the rest of us waited. I understand the fresh opening and the long line. It is completely unacceptable to lose my entire order and hold the entire line up for 45+ minutes because of the incompetence. 4 different people came up and asked what the order name was under and then disappeared. We arrived at 7:10, got to the pickup window at 7:50 and left the store at 8:34. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location for a company with a great reputation. read more
