I was a walk in and ordered at 1:13 pm, received my food at 1:56 pm. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I had the pulled pork and chicken plate, with fries and baked beans. The beans and meat were awesome, the mustard sauce is very good and the fries were very salty. Ran out of ribs at 1:13 in the afternoon, someone needs to plan better. If you only have an hour for lunch go some where else. Also, I wasn't the only one to complain about the wait time. Apparently they had call in orders ahead of me. I suggested they tell the customers it is going to be a long wait. Maybe have more help on hand. It's a white cheese and it's buttery and nom nom nom!! The pulled pork is tender and has the perfect amount of smoke Dirty rice and vegetable medley were also amazing. 5 Stars for the food! 3 stars for the service. The helpers always seem "too busy". Taking orders, packing Togo orders and cleaning tables seems to be too much work for one person up front. I suggest they add another helper from 11-2 to keep up with demand. I tried their regular sauce on the pork. My overall impression is that the pork is average. It wasn't completely dried out but the entire entree filled me up at the end for a lunch. The food is usually really good, but the wait times are always around 45min and it doesn't matter if they are packed or absolutely dead. Today, we waited over an hour for some so-so food, no updates on how long things were going to be (e.g. "Hey, we're really behind and it will be another 15min), no apology for the wait when finally being served, and now I don't think we'll be going back. I almost always get their Reuben and it is usually excellent, but today it tasted a bit off and I think it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
