Our family comes here for dinner very often because our son loves the shrimp fried rice and the salt & pepper chicken. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always give us small complimentary sweet dessert (cakes, candy, or Korean Melona ice cream. The dining area is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings. Hands down best wings in the valley. And plenty of other places offer fried chicken wings but nothing even comes close. I don't know exactly how or what they do in their process but I can say that the combination of the flavor and texture is amazing. Even the crinkle cut fries were spot on. We decided to try a new place for dinner and we're not disappointed. The little restaurant is cute and very clean, the customer service was great. I had the gochujang wings which were crisp and delicious. My daughter had the garlic soy boneless wings and she really liked them, my grandson ate the egg fried rice which had a good flavor. Friendly service with a smile as you order at the window (inside or outside) . Tried the Spicy Wings, Soy Garlic Wings, and Salt & Pepper boneless chicken along with pickled veggies and a vegetable salad. Upfront I did not care for the texture of the boneless chicken, but the flavor was good as the two sauced wings were as well. This was a "to go" order and they did something that no other place has done - they left the boxes open (taped the tops loosely) - so the food would not get steamed and "soggy." What a great idea. So 1derful to get some Korean Fried Chicken in Tri-Cities! I had the 12 piece boneless wings in the spicy gochujang sauce, the shrimp fried rice bowl, and pickled vegetables. I ordered to go, but sat down inside while waiting where it's very clean and inviting. The staff (possibly all family when I was there) were super nice and friendly. I definitely ordered a lot of food, but I had hardly eaten all day and I wanted to try everything! Service was quick too. The food was delicious! It was nice to see some Asian representation while visiting the area, I'll definitely be back when in town! 1derful Kbbq is a family-owned korean restaurant, and it is my new favorite restaurant in the tri-cities!!! Food: The soy sauce beef rice bowl was literally the best bulgogi I've ever had. The meat was so flavorful and not too sweet. The dressing that came with the side salad was also delicious, and the rice was so soft! The spicy pork was not too spicy, and the kimchi fried rice was was so good as well. All the portions were so big, and they give you lots of meat; I could barely finish my meal! The fried chicken was super flavorful, crispy and not dry at all. It comes in three flavors: spicy, soy garlic, and salt and pepper. You can't go wrong with any of them! The side of fried dumplings was crispy and so flavorful! Ambience: They are located in a new food park in kennewick. The building is newly renovated, with good lighting, and very clean inside. There are also tables outside which will be perfect once the weather warms up! Service: The service here is so good! The family who owns this restaurant is so friendly and kind. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that it is run by a Korean family, so I know that I am getting real Korean food. I hadn't known what to expect, except for the rice; tasted like my stepmoms! 10/10 next time i will get the egg sunny side up to amplify the flavors even more!) they had given me 2 extra wings to make up for this batch's wings being a bit smaller in size than they had anticipated. The tricities finally has the famous Korean Fried Chicken!! What a great addition. Typically had to hunt them down in Seattle or Portland. Love their location and their clean place. Ordered through their window a la food truck style, and we finally ordered their boneless chicken in two sauce flavors. They were wonderful! The chicken was tender inside and crunchy outside, the meat was flavorful, and their sauce was not too salty and not greasy like the typical chain restaurants and the pairing with beer or any soft drink were simply sublime. Tri-Cities definitely needs more places like this. I'm really glad this place is open, adds much needed variety to the area. The food itself was extremely good, the wings were fried really well and the skin is crispy and fresh. The sauce is also really flavorful, I myself had the spicy wings, and my grandfather had soy garlic. The spicy wings aren't too spicy, I'd say it's more akin to a sweet and savory pepper sauce, so don't be afraid to order those. Just excellent all around and there isn't a single thing I ate that I would consider bad by any measure. It reminds me of the excellent food I can get down in southern California (which makes sense considering the owners are from LA). Speaking of, the owners and staff working are really friendly and polite, and the interior is clean and well-done.
