We got delivery and it was fast. Food was ok/ good. My spicy chicken dish was not spicy even though I asked for medium heat and was mostly vegetables. Egg rolls were good but came with a weird dipping sauce. Mongolian chicken was the best out of everything. Not sure if I would ever order it again. read more

Mixed reviews, so my family gave this place a shot. We had a large order, enough food for a family of 4 . When we arrived to pick up the food the bill was about $150 and yet we all we not stuffed and there was no leftovers. Portions are small and pricey. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Very disappointed to come home (take out order) and notice the boxes were only half full but I paid so much. My family and I LOVE this place. The food is always great. Nice atmosphere. Family friendly. The owner is always there and always greets and chats with most folks who come in. Great little family owned restaurant. We go for birthdays, family in town, and honestly date night to. We don't go out often so when we do we want a nice peaceful place with great food. I do not appreciate the old man who runs this place. He gave me attitude and said he wouldn't complete my order because it was "too big" of an order. I ordered egg rolls, Mongolian beef, and pot stickers. That's all. And that's too big of an order so you just won't do it? After I already paid for it? And then give me attitude because I ask for a refund? Will not be going to this place ever again. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I love this place! We've tried the teriyaki (chicken, pork and beef) and was extremely pleased. The meat was exceptionally tender. We also tried the BBQ pork and it was really good. The host was very friendly. Even though this place is a bit of a drive from my home in Pasco, I have no problem driving the distance to dine there again. Positively my favorite teriyaki in the Tri-cities. I look forward to trying other items, the menu had a nice assortment of other dishes. :) By the way, while we were there, several local paramedics / fire department people were having their dinner as well so that's always a good sign! The food here was really good and food-wise I would recommend this place to other people. My mom and I got the pork teriyaki and beef teriyaki, both were filling and tasty. Money wise though, our meal should have costed $24 plus tax but my bill turned out to be $36, so they either REALLYYY overcharged me or they charged me the price of someone else's meal and I wasn't happy about paying so much more than I should have. read more

This food is fantastic! I ordered last Saturday evening and Restaurant accidentally forgot my order of potstickers. I called and CJ was so very apologetic. I went here because I read an article about this place serving some Korean food. When I called up I was disappointed to hear that they had limited Korean dishes from their menu. So, I just asked for her to suggest a Korean dish for me. She chose the Bul Go Kee (dish with strips of beef over noodles with rice & "salad"). I can't say anything negative about this dish. It's flavor was tangy & sweet (tops in my book), and the rice was just right. The dining area was surprisingly filled on a Friday evening in this quiet West Richland area. One thing that is important with a business that is located off the beaten path is that the food should be phenomenal. I walked away with my food to go and I should have looked in the bag before I paid my 8 dollars. I just paid 8 dollars for this? I ordered the veggie yakisoba. I got noodles, burnt cabbage, burnt onions, and three pieces of carrot and two pieces of broccoli. WHAT A JOKE! I could not believe what I saw. Horrible. Think again. This place is awful. Ordered 3 teriyaki plates and the portions were small! The "salad" was cabbage with no dressing on it. They also gave us spicy on all 3 orders. I'm a regular here. We almost always order the "Family Meal A - Chicken Teriyaki" and get a nice array of perfectly cooked and spiced takeout. It's plenty for four people, and the left-overs are always yummy the next day. They have everything ready in 10-15 minutes, so I can give them a call on my way home from workout, the office -- wherever, and just pick it up on my way. I highly recommend Tri Teriyaki. read more

Best korean food in the tricities easy. I lived in korea several years and grew up with my mom cooking a lot of traditional korean foods. The yookajang is spot on. I highly recommend it. Im also pleased with the portion size. It was a big bowl. Started the meal with potstickers. They were a fantastic deal. You get 10 while many other places only give you 6. They were hot and crispy. The filing was amazing. You could taste the pork in it, not just a filing of vegetables. The boyfriend had chicken katsu, also very highly recommend. The breading was perfect. It was light and crispy with an amazing crunch. Now - the reason its not a 5 star, portion size and extra charges. Extra charge for teriyaki sauce. The chicken katsu does not come with enough on its own. A dollar extra to make anything spicy. The serving size of their specials are a bit smaller than average for the price compared to other Asian joints in the tricities. However, for me, the quality of the korean food is worth it. Ordered carryout for 8 people in our office. I ordered the chicken vegetable yakisoba. The portion was very small and not worth the 10.99. The bag was tipped over when handed to us and the teriyaki juice was all over all the containers. you would think they would repackage it for someone who had placed 100$ order but i guess not. should have brought a sandwich from home instead. i would recommend the place on court street tied to the goodwill they have good teriyaki read more

Great food! Some friends and their 3 boys (out of towners) and my family came here for dinner. There was not a lot of people here. My son got the beef and broccoli, he didn't care for it but that was only because the broccoli was too crunchy for him, my husband had some and he liked it. I got the garlic chicken dish, that was fantastic. Our friends got the soup and could not get enough of it. He cannot wait to come back into town to have some more. I used to live in Tri-Cities years ago, and went here a lot. But hadn't been here in years. If you want food that tastes like your Asian friends invited you to dinner at their house, this is it! Not high class world class restaurant quality, but "homey, Mom and Dad cooked it" quality. Prices are a bit high. The menu is divided between Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. The friend I was with insisted we have Korean and he ordered for me. I have no idea what I had (my friend said it's called Japchae), some type of beef dish, with rice and cole slaw, and noodles that look like jelly fish. The rice was really good, tasted "buttery." The "jelly fish" noodles were very good, once you got past that it looked like jelly fish. The beef had a few spices, enough to be good. I like the type of dressing that Asian restaurants put on cole slaw. Not too sweet. Just right. My friend had Bul Go Gee, tasted some, it was very good. Oh yeah. I mentioned to the owner that I remembered coming here years ago and he gave us a side order of Kim-Chee on the house (we were going to order it anyway....) Another "oh yeah." When I came here years ago, the walls were this horrible pinkish orange color. They have painted it more neutral now. Works great! read more

I've been to Tri Teriyaki twice. The first visit, the service was decent and the food good. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, and received a large portion of good chicken- albeit after about a half-hour wait. However, we had a group of ten people, so we understood the wait. However, the second visit was not acceptable. Though I visited about 30 minutes before close, I was expecting to get the same good food (to go). When I got home with the food, I was stunned. The chicken tasted canned and was slimy, and the shrimp was salad shrimp. There may have been three or four pieces of vegetable, but those that were in the dish seemed raw and uncooked. Clean well-lit seating. Diverse array of meals/combos. Reasonable prices for freshly made food with good portions. They have a really good sweet and spicy sauce that goes great on their yakisoba. Eaten there 3-4 times and always have a good experience, would probably go there more but just tend to forget about it as it's out of the way. read more

The last time I was there I was recommended the chicken katsu which is like chicken teriyaki but breaded and deep fried. Excellent food! I have driven by this joint 100 times and haven't ever thought about stopping. Wasn't until I read some reviews that I decided to stop by. We kept it simple this time but the chicken teriyaki and noodles were amazing. Staff was very friendly and food was fast we will be back to explore through menu.
