the owner is NASTY & rude . this restaurant hates DoorDash apparently and has stated multiple times They don't like to do orders for DoorDash. My brother went to pick up an order tonight and was kicked out of the store all for trying to pick up an order, and the lady stated that she does not like DoorDash. they claimed they were closed, even though the open sign was on, and they clearly had an order from DoorDash sitting on the counter and they're ready to but give it to him anyways. read more

With the best bibimbap in town and delicious teriyaki and mandu, this Korean restaurant is one of my favorite Asian eateries in the Tri Cities. The environment is clean and professional and staff are very hospitable. Prices are incredibly reasonable and portions are substantial. Customer Service - worker was offended I asked for water. Seems as if she only cared about making money for the business. rolled her eyes when I asked for water instead of a soda and chopsticks instead of a fork. threw them on the table, proceeded to take my order. While taking my order she got frustrated I changed it from Chicken Teriyaki to Chicken Teriyaki & Gyoza then walked away from me while I was still ordering to answer the phone & take someone else's order. She has no consideration, and little did she know I was on my lunch time. She then returned 5 minutes later to retake my order. While in the middle of eating my food; unfortunately, there was a hair in it. I was hoping for a good dish after the horrible customer service. I guess this was a sign for me not to return. when It came to checking out she kept looking at my table with the food and asked if i wanted a to go box. Being considerate I whispered to her there was a hair in my food and her response was "i'm sorry mam, it is $18." I was going to tap my phone with apple pay (debit card) and she stops me then to ask for my physical card, only to tap it because they "don't allow tap." So when she tapped my card, at this point I knew she was just being rude. From what I saw she was the only asian in the restaurant, and she has red hair. Don't expect a pleasant experience when passing by unless you like someone disrespecting you. I will not be returning to Woos Teriyaki. In consideration I still tipped but now looking back at my experience I regret spending $20 there. read more

Just arrived home from Woo's, 20 minutes ago. Waited almost 3 years to sample there food. Will not return! California roll was okay. Wasabi was not hot, at all. I have had hotter wasabi from a plastic tube. 3/4 inch teriyaki chicken breast, overcooked and tough. Leftovers from lunch, because my meal came out within 5 minutes. Shrimp tempura is not tempura. Tempura is a white Japanese coating, not a brown flour type coating. White rice was good. Lettuce with dressing was good. So, I'm glad I read the reviews before I wrote this because I was about to rip the owners a new one. From what I can tell these new owners are extremely rude, don't care about communicating with their customers, and most importantly they don't have Boba tea anymore! Every time I have come in, she refuses to sit me, and when I do get my food it's always in a takeout container even though I'm eating in the restaurant. It looks like she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to because the people that came in after me got sat down and got normal service with regular dishware and plateware. Talking to her is so goddamn awkward because she just looks at you like you're retarded. it really sucks, because the teriyaki chicken there is amazing! I'm not sure if I ever wanna come back. I used to work there. The cooks were disgusting. NO ONE washed their hands. Meat would sit out all day. When I would point one health violations, most of the time, they would just laugh.
