This is my new favorite lunch spot in Richland. I have been here a handful of times and have gotten their chicken soup, their tomato soup, and their Szechuan Pepper Fire Soup. Honestly, I've been extremely happy with every option. For the Szechuan soup, I got medium spice and it was perfect for me, not too hot but there was noticeable heat. I've always gotten my meal within a few minutes of ordering, and the staff have always been cheerful and happy to help with any questions I have thrown their way. The staff was very nice and greeted us quickly. We sat ourselves and they were very informative. I got the Szechuan broth and it was a great spice level. She got the golden chick broth and it was very savory and very good. Got offered chili oil to make it spicier and it made it mouth numbingly delicious. The food is really good. The soup broth was really rich and had a very generous serving. We shared one pot between two people and had plenty of food. The drinks were really good and I could adjust the sweetness level too. The service was really good and we got our food very quickly. I always get the veggie with umami broth. I would love the option to get extra tofu but it's more than enough food honestly. It always comes out fast and fresh.
