Our experience started a little rough because the first lady serving us didn't seem very welcoming or interested in helping us, and at times came across a bit rude. However, the sweet girl and the gentleman who took over later completely turned the experience around. They were kind, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of throughout the party. The cinnamon roll was our appetizer, and I'm glad that we shared it, it was cooked very nicely and tasted really good. Once we got the egg sandwich, we cut it in half, and shared it, and that was the right amount of food for a late breakfast snack. The breakfast sandwich was really good as well. We did ask for a refill on the coffee and they did offer it to us without a charge. At Viera's you are able to pick out all the treats that you want--no side eye from the person at the counter as you try to decide what you want, etc. And the prices are right there in front of you--so many delicious deals!
