Wow! A phenomenal experience from start to finish!…read more My fiancé and I had been following Aub's Lounge on Instagram for a while now, and were excited to finally get the chance to check it out! We stopped by here because we saw that they were hosting Trivia Night & we were craving soup/banana bread. All I can say is...YUM. I got the curry and it was literally some of the best curry that I have ever had. There was not a single drop left in my bowl, by the time I was done with it. I screenshotted a photo from their Instagram to attach to this review, because I forgot to take a photo of it, before I started eating it. Absolutely delicious. My fiancé got the blueberry lemon banana bread and the zuppa toscana soup! He LOVED it. Oh, we also got to listen to some killer spoken poetry in between trivia rounds. Heartfelt, raw, & real. I love how the entire inside is decorated-moody, dark-colored walls, warm Edison lightbulb string lights, & gorgeous art on the walls. I took a photo for reference. Super cozy. Can't wait to go back for poetry night. Also, "penciling" this place in as a great future study spot. Thanks for the awesome experience & yummy food! We had a wonderful time!

Walking in I was overwhelmed with the number of sweet options that stood before me. On each wall were tall enclosed shelves that had a glass front where you could see rows and rows of deliciousness! I must've walked around the shop five or six times looking like a crazy woman before I finally picked up my tray and tongs--yes a tray and tongs! At Viera's you are able to pick out all the treats that you want--no side eye from the person at the counter as you try to decide what you want, etc. And the prices are right there in front of you--so many delicious deals! I was told to try a cinnamon roll, so that is where I went first. Then my eye caught a lemon Danish and that ended up on the tray as well. Last was the largest donut on earth that was hanging out on a tray that they were about to take away. Once you are done you walk up to the counter and they box you up and you pay. For my three items I just paid $6.75! This is such a great deal as this will be breakfast and dessert easily for 3/4 days! I love that everything here is fresh and not overly sweet. It hit and satisfied every one of my taste buds! I will be back for more soon!

I had the pork tamale plate and my wife had a turkey sandwich. My house made tamales were excellent. The rice was standard rice but the white beans were great. All in all a great tamale plate. My wife's sandwich was took big for lunch (I could have eaten the whole thing), so she brought home half for dinner. Next was the produce room. Mostly fruit today. They were having a bogo on cherries and we got a couple peaches as well. They had a wide selection of apples. We were hoping for more veggies. In the sauces/jam area, I picked up a steak marinade. The prices were high but they had a huge selection and it all seemed 'small batch'. The candy/chocolate section is amazing. So many choices. I got cashew brittle and a few other goodies. We ended up at the prepared foods and got some burritos for dinners. Skipped by the ice cream today, but it looked great. A fun day trip and a ton of stuff to treat your with.

The chocolate covered nut samples always cause me to end up buying a few varieties and taking them home. The various chocolate and flavored candies are great as well. They make small loaves of different flavored breads that are priced right at $1.95. The dips and jams are to die for I love the ice cream too. Last time I was there I bought some take out enchiladas. That said, I can tell you this is NOT the place to buy enchiladas. They simply did not cut it. The tortillas were too thick, they were too thick with cheese, and the taste was limited. Go to a Mexican restaurant for mexican food, or... make your own. I always enjoy stopping in when driving on 395 North or South and can safely bet that you will too.
