I highly recommend Great Harvest Bread for catering! I was visiting the Tri Cities to visit a client and wanted to provide breakfast and snacks. Their online system was incredibly easy to navigate and I was able to place an order for a breakfast tray and a desserts tray. I called to confirm my order and spoke to someone in the store who said it had been received. Because they open early, they have a wide range of pick up hours that make it easy to grab your order before starting your day. I arrived around 7:45am and everything was ready for me at the counter. They also were sure to include plates and utensils. The food itself was all delicious. The breakfast tray came with these delicious savory rolls ups made with egg and bacon. The muffins were a hit and the scones were so moist and delicious. The dessert tray was also indulgent with yummy brownies and treats. Everyone enjoyed everything they had to offer. I also added to club sandwiches to my order to keep for lunch and they were so good! They offer full customization, even when you order ahead, so you can omit or add anything you'd like. Great service, great food and great overall experience! read more

Definitely leaps beyond graze. This was my first visit here and I got the roasted pepper chipotle cheesesteak, and tomato basil soup with a roll. Flavor was great and it definitely had some actual spice which I loved. Soup was great and the roll was very soft and warm. Friendly service and a clean location. The only thing that holds it from a five star is I wasn't super impressed by the roast beef. Saying that, I will absolutely be back because it's still the best sandwich I've had in the tri cities. read more

I only go there to get cinnamon rolls because they have nuts and raisins. Last time I went they had rolls but none with raisins and nuts even tho it states so on the label. My daughter went again 1 day ago and they said the rolls were as stated. Not true, because one of the rolls had none and the other had sparse nuts/raisins. Last time I go there. I'll get the rolls elsewhere and add my own extras. read more

This place is great. Friendly staff and very clean. My favorite is the apple, bacon grilled cheese. And the cinnamon bread is amazing!!

I always forget about this place , I think due to location but when I used to work close by I would order here at least twice a week . Sandwiches are Phenomenal and their ginger molasses cookie that is seasonal is to die for . Will go back as soon as I remember them . read more

Most amazing bread ever. I recommend the Dakota bread. Soup & sandwiches are the best in town. Can't leave here without cookies! My family loves this place read more

Great menu of hot and cold sandwiches, bread is incredibly fresh and tasty, great customer service!

I have always loved this place. Right when you walk in you're greeted by an employee who offers you a free sample of two different homemade breads. They're always delicious! My favorite sandwich is the pilgrim on sourdough but everything is tasty. They have some jammin' salads. Some day when I feel like cheating on my diet I will try their giant cinnamon roll. read more

Come here a lot, frustrated that nothing is ready by open 7am and they tell you to wait 15-20min. frustrated that by 8am everything you want is sold out. This place is disorganized and not customer centric. will no longer be going here sadly. read more

Pilgrim sandwich! Was great!! Ordered a salad there and the lettuce was kinda wilted. I assume it was premade, not fresh on the spot. Gluten-free bread and roll were delicious. Customers service was great. read more

Our sandwiches were perfect. The bread was fresh and soft yummy. Counter service was friendly and fast.

High quality, great selection. Prices are much higher than grocery store bakery bread, you are paying for quality at Great Harvest. Their Cinnamon Chip bread and Challah can't be beat. read more

Worth the drive, this is my favorite place in Kennewick. From the fresh bread samples on arrival, to freshly baked loaves to take home. Service is quick, even during the lunch rush. Tasty fresh sandwiches and delicious soups rotate daily. read more

Great Harvest Bread - Veggie Sandwich was amazing. I love their multigrain bread. Yum! - Bakeries Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

Placed an order for our business lunch online. Used the Great Harvest website (not DoorDash or any of the delivery services) We placed the order at 11:25, walked from our office (about a half a mile away) to pick up the order, arriving at 12:15. Counter person states our order had been canceled. "Anything over 6 sandwiches is a catering order" We pull up our on line receipt (which does not show cancelled) and show them the order, ask if we can place the order there, since we are already there. We are told "NO, it will take us over an hour to make the sandwiches" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? There was NO customer service, no concern, NO apology, NO asking how they could make this right? Just basically F-off - we don't want to make the sandwiches. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THEIR FOOD IS! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Poor job ladies, you should be ashamed. read more

Amazing bread and baked goods! Always delicious and people are always willing to help.

Delicious, wholesome, with a home cooked feel. Helpful staff and fast service! Very clean. Limited indoor seating, but room on the patio! My seven year old loooved his grilled cheese and everyone who dined with us said their meals were delicious! read more

We went to this place and ordered 2 sandwiches. Both came with pickles on the side, and were decent overall. The Mediterranian sandwich was a bit soggy, but overall okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. read more

The harvest sourdough bread is our go to best sandwich bread. It's got great texture and sliced nicely so the sandwich ingredients are well supported. Not to mention - it's ever so tasty! read more

Customer service could improve. I like to purchase warm fresh bread so I asked for a loaf behind the counter that is still cooling and the lady behind the counter said to get a bread from the wall. I asked again for one from behind the counter and she sharply said she couldn't cut it. ( that's fine) This is the second time I've been told no to the warm bread the first time I just took one from the wall. I don't think it's that hard when your spending $7 for a loaf of bread to get one from behind the counter. I was the only one there purchasing bread so it wasn't busy. I don't feel like I should have been treated like what I was asking was a huge deal and a lot of work. read more

Sandwiches are ok. Ordered the chicken salad on GF & cob on sourdough. Gluten free bread was sticky, left goo all over my fingers and still managed to be dry. NOTE: gluten free sandwich about half the size of regular sandwich so order a whole. Cobb was good. Also ordered the tomato soup. The soup was so hot that I ate my sandwich first and it was STILL to hot to eat! First bite blistered the top of my mouth. Threw it away, uneaten as we don't have an 90 minute lunch break... Not a great lunch destination for working crowd. read more

Don't bother going in anytime near closing. We went in 25 minutes before closing to order three sandwiches to go and were refused service because they were closing soon. It doesn't matter to me how good their sandwiches are - that is horrible customer service. As we sat in the car deciding where to go instead, we watched two other groups go in and then promptly leave as well. Will never go again. read more

Terrific breads! We actually ordered sandwiches. One turkey and one roast beef, both on the multigrain bread. Super good. While sitting and watching staff behind the counter -- there should be some improvements implemented. There was a bossy older lady working cash register and also handling the food without washing her hands after being at the cash register. This is a no no in the food service industry. Five stars for food and breads; 4 stars for staff as there is always room for improvement. read more

This place is amazing! First off, the bread is phenomenal, my fav being Red White and Blueberry :). Very nice and helpful staff! I also really enjoyed the free samples of bread they give you when you walk in! Being vegetarian there aren't many places here with a wide selection I can order, here I feel at home :) read more

Rounding up to a three. Would give 2.5 stars if I could. The place is clean and parking is ample. Location is a bit off the beaten path but ok. Most of the staff was helpful and nice. However one of the girls taking my order did talk to me like a child. Telling me next time to use 3 order papers for each sandwich. I try to be green whenever possible and IMO you shouldn't waste paper for each sandwich coming from the same order. Tsk tsk. On to the nitty gritty. I ordered the pilgrim and it was awful. Cream cheese, turkey, and cranberry is one of my favorite sandwiches and they found a way to ruin it. Not enough cream cheese or cranberry and sadly it made the sandwich very dry. The prices are on the higher end because you don't get chips or a cookie with your sandwich. Daughter got the pbj sandwich and enjoyed it. Husband got the California Cobb and he said he didn't taste avocado and it was also a dry sandwich. Making this place 1 for 3. Sampled the bread and it was fantastic. I can see myself coming in for the bread itself. Wish I would have tried a Dessert. P.s. If you want a good sandwich head over to country mercantile. I somehow always forget about them when I'm craving a sandwich but boy are they good! read more

Great Harvest Bread Co. sure knows how to make a customer happy! They made a very large gift basket within just hours of me calling & they were extremely busy. This was for an unexpected get well gift for a friend & his wife. The lady took the order over the phone and said to give them a couple hours and it would be ready. It was ready when she said it would be & it was absolutely perfect. I have enjoyed lunches here & ordered cinnamon rolls for my co-workers on occasion, but they will be my go-to for gift baskets as well from now on! Keep up the good work, you're awesome! read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat. THE CINNAMON ROLLS ARE AMAZING. Literally the Best. Cinnamon. Rolls. I have ever had (not even exaggerating). The Kennewick location is my all time fav because the workers there are super friendly and always give hefty samples while in line... Gotta have that Cinnamon Burst Bread! The Pasco location though, not so much. IF you get a sample (which seems to be like every other time for us) it is tiny. The workers there also gossiped loudly while we were waiting for food. I mean, my wife and I were the only ones there; but still where's the professionalism. read more

I ordered lunch from Postmates and it was wonderful! I had the chicken salad sandwich and the cinnamon roll and they were both so good! Definitely recommend! read more

First off this place just smells amazing. You walk in and they offer you a sample slice of bread which is always delicious. They have pretty tasty sandwiches with fresh ingredients, always. Bread and sandwiches are to die for ! pretty much every bread I have tried from this place is delicious !

Don't eat here if you're on a lunch break. A 25 minute wait for soup and sandwich to go is unacceptable, especially with 8 employees working. The food is great and the staff is friendly but the service is SLOW. read more

Delicious sandwiches and Wednesdays they make gluten free breads, sweets, and treats!

The paninis, red white and blue bread, and monkey bread is the most amazing treats! I highly recommend people to give them a try.

We definitely needed a place like The Great Harvest Bread Co in the tri-cities. This place's only been in business for a month so they're still working out the kinks. (They definitely do not deserve one star.) Go in and try their wonderful fresh bread...many different varieties. They even offer honey and butter to go with the samples. I was in there today and heard they will be adding more to their menu including soup. My sister was in town for Thanksgiving, she loved the cinammon chip bread so much that she took one back to Kansas. Highly recommended!! read more

Unexpectedly found myself in the Tri-Cities recently and was delighted to see that a location of Great Harvest Bread Co. had opened here in this vast food desert. While in general I'm not a fan of chains, Great Harvest has always been an exception. The brownies are absolutely amazing (and be sure to try to come at the end of the day like I did when they're buy one, get one free!). I also tried the Savory Herb and the Cinnamon Burst breads, and my friends and I were fighting over them like wolves. I live in Seattle and frequent the Ballard location often, but it's nice to know that if I find myself in the Tri-Cities again in the future, there's a place to get great bread and pastries. To the reviewer who compared the breads here to store bought bread, a visit to the doctor is in order as I think radiation from Hanford has affected your taste buds! The bread here is fresh and delicious. read more

Great bakery items. Not a big sandwich selection. Very confusing ordering and paying process when busy. Lines are formed everywhere. So it seams to order sandwich at glass counter and then pay at the "pay sign". Or just form a line anywhere... read more
