Well, going through the Tri-Cities to visit family, on our way to the wine country in Walla Walla. We were looking for coffee and some light breakfast. We stumbled onto this place, they had really good reviews, and it was nice and close to our hotel. Upon walking in the door, the people working there were very friendly and greeted us immediately. We took a moment to see what they had, understand what the options were, and decided on a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, and a breakfast sandwich along with a drip coffee. The cinnamon roll was our appetizer, and I'm glad that we shared it, it was cooked very nicely and tasted really good. Once we got the egg sandwich, we cut it in half, and shared it, and that was the right amount of food for a late breakfast snack. The breakfast sandwich was really good as well. We did ask for a refill on the coffee and they did offer it to us without a charge. A nice plus This was a Saturday morning, and it was kind of busy in the place, but it was nice and quiet and able to have a conversation. This was our first time into Ethos Bakery. It's a good thing it is almost a four hour drive one way for us. The young woman who helped us was very patient. I made my decision within a minute. It took the ladies with me considerably longer. We ended up with treats for after dinner and to go with our coffee in the morning. The problem was I only got 1/4 of the one I chose, their "millionaires bar." The ladies wanted it too. Fortunately there were other treats. The selection was not huge, but what we bought were all delicious! If we lived closer I would be a "frequent flyer" at Ethos. The "millionaires bar" was my favorite. Next time I need to get more than one. read more

Cute little bakery with a variety of options on pastries and breakfast items which are reasonably priced. We had empanadas, lemon cake and a croissant and two lattes. Lattes were not good! Not sure what happen but I never take things back or complain but needed caffeine. A different barista remade our coffee and it was perfect. She also stopped by to check if it was ok. Guess the previous barista was a trainee. Pastries were good not the best as it was dry. Overall service was good and cafe was clean. read more

While visiting the grandchildren I managed to sneak off to Ethos one of my favorite bakery and cafes. Today I had a lavender mocha latte a cherry chocolate chip scone and I couldn't pass up the caramel pecan cranberry roll. Oh my so good I hate the scone before I could take photo. The variety of baked goods is very hard to find anywhere else. The hot food breakfast entrees are tasty but I didn't have any today. Make sure you stop by and pick yourself up some heavenly treats. read more

Dry dry and dry. I got almond croissant, monkey bread, sourdough sliced bread loaf. Total of about $28. Warming them up helped a bit. But honestly it tasted old and a bit overcooked. I can think of a few local bakeries where I can spend half as much and get double the amount of pastries. read more

I moved to Tri-Cities in 2023 from Portland, OR which is a big time coffee city, and I really appreciate their coffee craft! Doesn't feel like I am missing out on delish local coffee. They make all their own syrups and you can taste the difference between that and store bought syrups for sure! The baked goods are all AMAZING, pick literally any of them sweet or savory and you will be in for a treat. The service is good and the people are very friendly. I typically don't stay but a lot of folks look like this is a true 3rd place for them and I can see why it would be. If you are in the tri cities you should try them if you haven't already! read more

Love this little bakery and love the mild sourdough they create. Remember when they were a vendor at the Friday Market? Now they are part of the Parkade family! Croissants, sticky bun and many other pastries as well the breads make this a great little spot to pick up a sweet treat or three. Great coffee and season lattes and chai. This is the healthy bread you should be buying. Thank goodness they got their second location open! The people behind the counter are always busy but nice. I went to the farmers market and snaked through everyone to get to Ethos and get these beautiful pie slices. They don't always have them but when they do it's an absolute must have. The finest ingredients, the pepperoni was immaculate and I'm a connoisseur of meats, black olives and red onion. All baked on their focaccia. One of the best slices of pie I've ever had. I took it home and put it in the oven to get that perfect crispy crust. It held so well, no flop, just perfection. read more

Customer service was very disrespectful over a misunderstanding!!! I was very disappointed about how secretive the staff was towards us.

On a rainy day my sister and I resolved to take an early morning walk to coffee. We stopped at Ethos and weren't disappointed with our choice. The coffee was pretty good (my sister enjoyed her vanilla late) and the Kouign-amann pastry we tried was so delicious (it was freshly baked). The service was quick, employees were very friendly, and atmosphere was cozy. If you want a quiet place to escape from the cold weather, give Ethos a try. read more

Cashier was super friendly. But I spent $30 on a few items and they all tasted over done. Molasses cookie had hints of burnt flavor and the monkey bread needed more frosting and to be baked about 5 min less, please. First time visiting. I've had better. Good luck!! read more

So disappointed by our visit to Ethos. The food was mediocre. Our pumpkin scone was dry. Our cinnamon roll and breakfast sandwich needed to be warmed, which wasn't offered. When we asked, the employee did warm the sandwich, but very begrudgingly. I honestly could have over-looked the mediocre food, but the customer service was so bad, it magnified the food falling short. The poor service at the point of sale was frustrating, but when one of the employees started vacuuming while we're trying to enjoy conversation and our coffee, I was done. Eating out is expensive. When employees treat me like I'm a burden and an inconvenience, it makes it difficult to want to be a customer. Won't be returning to Ethos anytime soon. I got an iced mocha with oat milk and a scone. The shots were burnt. Almost tasted like decaf somehow lol the scone was soft and sticky? A scone is supposed to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Poor quality food, you can tell it's not made in house and for the price you'd hope it was made that day.
