I highly recommend Great Harvest Bread for catering!…read more I was visiting the Tri Cities to visit a client and wanted to provide breakfast and snacks. Their online system was incredibly easy to navigate and I was able to place an order for a breakfast tray and a desserts tray. I called to confirm my order and spoke to someone in the store who said it had been received. Because they open early, they have a wide range of pick up hours that make it easy to grab your order before starting your day. I arrived around 7:45am and everything was ready for me at the counter. They also were sure to include plates and utensils. The food itself was all delicious. The breakfast tray came with these delicious savory rolls ups made with egg and bacon. The muffins were a hit and the scones were so moist and delicious. The dessert tray was also indulgent with yummy brownies and treats. Everyone enjoyed everything they had to offer. I also added to club sandwiches to my order to keep for lunch and they were so good! They offer full customization, even when you order ahead, so you can omit or add anything you'd like. Great service, great food and great overall experience!

Flavor was great and it definitely had some actual spice which I loved. Soup was great and the roll was very soft and warm. Friendly service and a clean location. The only thing that holds it from a five star is I wasn't super impressed by the roast beef. Saying that, I will absolutely be back because it's still the best sandwich I've had in the tri cities.

I was an extremely loyal customer of Hills, visiting almost every day. Then one morning I was at…read moreHills and a waitress said something that another waitress started laughing hysterically at. I said to the first waitress "wow Heidi never laughed that hard at any of my jokes." Which I felt was a compliment to her, but regardless of my compliment the first waitress snidely replied "well that's because I'm actually funny!" So to that I responded "Well looks aren't everything!" For this act of standing up for myself, I was banned for life! It did not matter that I was an extremely loyal customer, nor did it matter that I was a disabled combat veteran. The only thing that mattered is I was a customer that had the unmitigated gall to reply in kind to a snide disrespectful waitress! A few months before that I used the restroom in Hills, and forgot to lock the bathroom door. An elderly employee who always wears a bandanna on his head walked in while I was peeing. Instead of immediately closing the door, like a normal human being would; he held the door open as wide as possible so two other customers and an 18 year old waitress could see me standing there holding my penis! Then after holding the door wide open for about 30 seconds, he said "Remember to lock the door!" As if that was not only appropriate, but part of his duties to teach customers to lock the door. Or else he is going to make sure your private parts are on display for ALL!

The moment you walk in, you're hit with a neon glow that feels equal parts late-night hideout and upscale hangout. Teal and magenta lighting bounce off glossy floors, the bar is backlit like it's auditioning for a movie scene, and the whole place has that "we didn't try too hard, but somehow nailed it" vibe. It's modern, a little edgy, and surprisingly comfortable--like a lounge you'd expect in a bigger city, but without the attitude. The seating is intimate without being cramped, with cozy tables tucked behind decorative partitions that make it feel semi-private without cutting you off from the energy of the room. You can sit back, relax, and either have a quiet conversation or just people-watch while sipping something strong and well-made. And speaking of sipping... the bar doesn't mess around. Cocktails, wine, beer--whatever your mood is, they've got you covered. It's the kind of place where you might plan to have one drink and accidentally stay for three because the atmosphere refuses to let you leave early. Then there's the food, which punches way above "bar snacks." Street tacos that actually taste like they belong on a food truck with a line out the door, turkey cranberry sandwiches that somehow feel both comfort-food and gourmet at the same time--it's the kind of menu that makes you rethink your "I'll just grab a quick drink" strategy. Bottom line: it's cool without trying, stylish without being pretentious, and the kind of place you'll want to bring friends to... mostly so you can act like you discovered it first.

This time I went with the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese and a tall glass of D's Wicked Cider. The mac & cheese was delicious -- cheesy, spicy, filling, and exactly what I was hoping for. I also really like the atmosphere at Magill's. From the furniture to the overall design of the restaurant, it has an Irish pub kind of feel with its own personality. You just don't find many places like it anymore. Great food, good people, and a cool local atmosphere. Magill's is definitely one of those places worth keeping in the regular rotation.

Always seems a tad darker than necessary, rather dated and overdue for a renovation. The Richland locations have a warmer vibe. The music playing didn't earn any kudos for a couple reasons. First, it was just at the edge of loud enough to be distracting. Second, the playlist seemed more appropriate for a much younger audience than the overwhelming majority of the clientele in the house at the time. Ambience, all in? - 3 stars. The food? She had the one-trip salad bar and said it was pretty good but nothing especially noteworthy. She said - 4 stars. Mine, meh, predictable, ok, but unremarkable bordering on forgettable. Some things were a tad salt heavy, others were seemingly unseasoned altogether. Mine - 3 stars. I opted for a baked potato. It came out seemingly over-baked because the flesh had to be carved away from the inside of the skin. It wasn't that carb-lovers baked spud, which was disappointing. When I told the manager of the great service we had received, he said he was glad to hear that. Then, I mentioned the potato and how it had come out, but instead of any acceptance, he got defensive about how "that's the way we make them here" or something to that effect, and basically dismissed my comment. Attitude? Yeah, not so much. - 2.5 stars. All in, we both felt like we should have driven the extra 15 minutes and gone to either Richland location. My bad. That's on me. - ZERO stars for my poor decision. Lesson learned. - All in - a 3 star average.
