Stopped here on our drive home from Canada - we were looking for a non-fast food option and this popped up on Yelp. This place was PACKED. I was feeling extra impatient because I was tired and we still had ~4 hours of driving left so the wait time felt extra long. Realistically it probably took ~10 mins to get the food, which isn't unreasonable for how busy it was. The staff was hustling and clearly working hard to keep the food moving. It was worth the wait. I ordered the Steak Torta and it was everything I wanted. Melty cheese, creamy avocado, and tons of flavor. My partner ordered the Turkey and Roast Pear panini and loved it. Traveling long distances can be rough if you have high expectations for food, but thankfully Graze meets all you could ask for fresh, delicious, healthy, and convenient! Hubby found Graze while we were driving south from WA to CA on Halloween and thought it was a perfect pairing for us being mostly veggie (me) and omnivore (him). The location was easy to find and convenient to get to from our route south, and parking was plentiful and free. Inside, we were greeted by John and the rest of the friendly folks behind the counter, all decked out in their Halloween style. The menu looked delicious, and I was excited to try the Veggie Torta ($11.70) with Chips ($0.75), and hubby ordered the Pastrami (S10.95) and we opted for a brownie for dessert ($1.75). While we waited, I visited the bathroom which was one of the most delightfully clean bathrooms I've seen in a super long time. The food was ready super-fast, and it looked and smelled really good. My torta was massively packed with flavor and I loved their house pickled veggies and bright, fresh jalapenos. The guac was creamy, the sauces were on point, and it's hard to find black beans in sandos, but here it was in all its glory. Awesome. Hubby tore through his sando, and we both really enjoyed the chips which were really crisp and perfectly salted. The brownie was chewy and decadent, and the perfect end to a really great lunch. Honestly, I am not a sandwich person, but if Graze opened a location in my area, I would be there TODAY. What a great place with cool people, and delicious food. It's hard to balance flavor, price, portion and healthy options, but the folks at Graze do it, and the do it with a great attitude in a super welcoming and clean environment. I've been coming here for years to get my favorite salad, always ordering it the same way & now apparently there is a thing as "too many modifications" on a salad here due to dietary restrictions; subbing for tofu, removing carrots, & trying to add more fresh vegetables. Which the modifications asked for are listed on the menu. When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied & told they were "too busy". As someone who knows the owner that's pretty poor behavior! We should stop letting 16 year olds run stores due to pure laziness. read more

I mean I guess we could have each ordered and paid separately- that would have given us more priority vs having one person approach and make the full order? I'm not a vegetarian but I love this chickpea sandwich! Most usually, I'll get the crusts cut off but I never have Graze do that because they fill their sandwiches to the brim and the firm crusts are needed to help hold the sandwich's structure as one is eating it! The side salad I enjoy because the lettuce is anyways crisp and flavorful with a light dressing. We knocked off one star because my hubby's pastrami sandwich was not edible for him. There's normally pepper throughout pastrami, but this particular sandwich it seemed as there were gobs of pepper situated in every other bite and he just couldn't handle it anymore. We love Graze! It's our top lunch spot in tricties. We order the Sexy Time each visit. It is the best panini we've had! It is toasted to perfection on sourdough with bacon, thin sliced chicken breast, caramelized onions and provolone/Brie. The lemongrass salad is incredible, the shredded carrots and cilantro make this salad unique and the lemongrass dressing makes your tastebuds sing.
