Not a bad place, just nothing great. I got a turkey club. It was a bit haphazardly plus together which made it hard to eat and I wish the bread had a little more gumption. These are sandwiches you definitely need to eat within a few hours. Loved the crinkle cut fries (my fave) and was glad to see a decent HiC option. I have been a loyal customer since they opened their first store in the 1990s. Their small business model was superb. The last decade, the quality control has been wanting. Sometimes cheese isn't even melted. Today, however, was unacceptable. The young man who took my order didn't give a price through drive through. He held the payment unit so I had to reach to tap and I couldn't see the price. Then after I tapped, he chose one of the tip options. The worst reviews seem to be from people who do very little reviewing on Yelp. Not all but most. I've eaten here perhaps dozen time and get the classic cheesesteak every time so I cannot comment in the salads or burgers etc. what I can about the cheesesteak is that it is delicious. I've never been to Philadelphia but I would guess this to be on par with that fine city's long famous locations. And I can also say that I have personally never had bad service or anything of the like. On the contrary the young people working there have all been great. And the place is pretty clean too so yeah. We ordered a 12inch steak with no onions, meal. It comes with a small fry and small drink for 21.00$. The sandwich had barely any meat. An inch on both sides had crumbs of meat. After I ordered, I double checked the bag to see that I had everything and was missing 1/3rd of my order. Informed the person working the window that I was short a few things. She asked what I was missing and before I could get a word out she shut the window and cut me off. Ughhhhh! This was my last try for this place. If you are in a hurry I wouldn't suggest this place. If they are busy the food is just thrown together. We ordered two of the same sandwiches and they were completely different. The workers seemed stressed and are rude. I understand things get tense when it's busy but that is no reason to be rude or ignore customers. The tables were dirty and the condiment bar was unkept and empty. Bruchis is a great option for a quick lunch or dinner. This location is consistently clean and has exceptionally friendly staff. I love the Supreme cheesesteak sandwich, but they also have fantastic salad options. The salads are large as well, fresh ingredients. I was very excited to try this place since my boyfriend talked so good about it. Last week during his lunch break he called to let me know he went there for lunch and got a sub to go. While taking a bit of his sub a little screw was on his sub.. (Yes a screw) he thought he broke a tooth or something then realized its was a small screw. he tried calling them but since it was lunch time I'm guessing they were to busy they didn't answer and he couldn't go back since he was at work already.. You guys really messed up. I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and 2 different kinds of cheese. It was a grilled ruben. You forgot to put the extra meat and the extra cheese. I called and told the person on the phone. He remembered the order because it was about 10 minutes after i left. I couldn't return that day and the employee(a young Male, sounded Hispanic) told me that it wouldn't be a problem. He asked me for my name and said that he was writing it down and that my replacement sandwich would be there for me any time that i came in. I went back there today and they all but called me a liar. First, you messed up my sandwich. next, you lied to me by telling me you would replace it. And 3, you offended me with the disbelief. Delicious, cheap, quick, great place to have lunch. The Bacon Cheddar Cheesesteak was par the course, but it just tasted wonderful. You can make it a combo with fries and drink. The fries are cut crinkle style, which doesn't affect their taste but make them slightly more fun to eat. They come with Bruchi sauce, but I can't remember what that was so maybe it's not that famous. I left happy and satiated, and the price wasn't too high, overall a positive experience. read more

I would come at least a few extra times a week if you just stayed open til 930 or 10!!! While I'm typically a fan of Bruchi's sandwiches, this location can be unpredictable in quality. Getting a cheesesteak with non melted cheese leaves questions if it's made right, or going through the drive through to only find out your order was wrong once you get home. Today was my last attempt to eat here. I often crave a Ruben, and this used to be my favorite place to get one. A while back they changed the bread they use, and instead of a quality bun it's now small wimpy sliced bread which I settled for and had a few over the years. My wife would order the steak supreme, which was rarely ever made the same from one visit to the next. I order today, pay, and sit down, only to be approached a few minutes later by one of the cooks to tell me they are out of rye bread. A Ruben is not a Ruben if it's not on rye, so there's no point in substituting. Thankfully they were prompt about refunding my money upon request, and I promptly went elsewhere. I do have to say that their fries are awesome and would recommend them without hesitation, but a sandwich place that fails at making sandwiches is an all-around loser in my book. read more

No where near as good as the one on rd 68 in pasco. Even ordered an ounce of extra meat (just as I do at rd 68) and it barely had the normal amount of meat let alone extra. We stood in line for 20 min. When we got to the front there was no apology for the wait. We ordered and went to sit down. All the tables were dirty. I asked if I could get a tag and the worker looked at me like I was crazy for saying anything. We showed up at 1230 and left at 120. All we ordered was a cheesesteak and burger. I got my burger and fries which were cold. When I brought it back to the works again I was looked at weird for even saying anything. Again I was not apologized to.
