The jimmy johns in richland off of swift and jadwin had no garbage can in the dumpster area but there was a huge pile of cookies expired food, drink cups wrappers etc all over in the dumpster area/the surrounding area because it was almost a foot tall of garbage sitting where the dumpster was supposed to be at. Looks unclean I was a dasher I was disgusted and I wanted to tell my coustomer how unclean it was because if I ordered from somewhere I would want to know. I hate doing negative reviews. I was super excited to eat Jimmy John's. I preordered from the app, and went to pick up the sandwiches. The staff at the store at the time were super friendly and timely with the sandwiches. I ordered a totally tuna sandwich and some of the pesto pasta salad. Three hours later I got the worst food poisoning that I have ever had in my whole life. My boyfriend ordered a roast beef sandwich and was fine, but I will never be eating at Jimmy John's again after my food poisoning experience. read more

Fixings are good quality, and service for me this evening was great - young lady working was very cheerful and polite. Honestly, doesn't even deserve a single star. This place is an absolute rip off. Ordered the large "Cubano" sandwich for $25.00. Yes that's right, twenty-five dollars for a foot long sandwich, but wait! There is more to be disappointed about this ridiculous rip off joint. This $25 sub had a SINGLE layer of ham, totaling three measly pieces of VERY THIN deli sliced ham, two SMALL pieces of bacon, two small pieces of cheese and four small strips of pickle. I am not sure that they could have been more blatant about ripping us off. There were no numbers given to know which sandwiches were ours, worker walked through the store dusting his air vents above the tables, there were ants crawling on my leg and mother's hair, to get napkins without bothering workers you have to reach over the service counter. This location is awesome! I have called in or come into this store multiple times for the past year. They are always FAST. The employees always smile and are friendly, the food is always fresh. The app is great on the phone too. Its healthier and quicker than most drive thru's plus now they have their mini slims for $3!! my kiddo loves them! So much cheaper than any other 'fast food' and the place is always clean. Sometimes busy during lunch hour but Never crowded and Ive never had a long wait time! read more

In store service was fast and polite and delivery was fast and delivered to the room that my wife was in. Couple of times the bread was a little dry but that's just nit-picking. This is by far my favorite Jimmy Johns in the area! I visit this location multiple times a week and it has never disappointed! I've got to say that my favorite part about coming to this store is that the bread has never been bad and I am always greeted with such respect and am always recognized as a usual customer! Also it's worth mentioning that the bathrooms are the cleanest out of any restaurant I've been to. Food is always great and so are the people, they are why I'm leaving this review today!! read more
