Completely ignored by the staff. Stood at the counter for several minutes and finally walked out. We tried to shop local and support local.

This place has been an absolute blessing upon the Tri-Cities community. If you're looking for…read moreloose-leafed herbal and root supplements, look no further! They have a wide variety of teas, vitamins and supplements to suit your every need and in some cases, they have just what you need to save your life. The prices are higher than your usual grocery outlet, but it's all worth it to support the beautiful staff, and this beautiful store so that they can continue to provide exceptional service. The staff tends to treat people like family, remembering you on your second, third and so-on visits, which is hard to come by in this day and age. They really do care about your well being, and offer useful homeopathic advice to help aid you in finding solutions to your ailments. Please check them out if you're considering! -Scarlet Hawke

I've had two interactions with him and both left me wishing I hadn't gone into the store. In the first he was reprimanding me about a repeat request I made, informing me that no one (at HOM) should have done that for me. During today's visit he was throwing things out of a drawer, muttering about who had moved an item, and that no one should be doing whatever had upset him. Because of these experiences, I'll consider doing more of my shopping at Natural Grocers

Taste of Thai immediately stands out the moment you walk in. The interior has a surprisingly fun,…read morecowboy-themed look, an unexpected but charming twist for a Thai restaurant that gives the place a ton of personality. It has that warm, mom-and-pop feel where you can tell the owners have put their own touch on everything, and it makes for a cozy, welcoming spot to sit down for a meal. That said, the food has some room for improvement. As vegetarians, we noticed the vegetable portions in our dishes were on the smaller side, leaving us wishing for more. Our orders have also occasionally come out wrong, which can be frustrating. And if you enjoy real heat in your Thai food, be aware that even when you ask for spicy, the dishes tend to come out fairly mild. Overall, Taste of Thai is a sweet, family-run spot with a unique atmosphere that's worth experiencing at least once. With more generous vegetables, a little more attention to order accuracy, and a bolder hand with the spice, it could easily become a local favorite. For now, it's a pleasant place to support a small business and enjoy a casual meal. Three out of five stars from us!

The appetizer did show up at the same time as my boyfriend's phad thai, which he was not a very big fan of. By the time my boyfriend was finished eating, I got my food. I don't remember the name of it but it was nicknamed "garlic lovers." The chicken was pretty dry, but it was good other than that. I asked the waitress the different spice levels and went with a level three. Not as spicy as their competitors. The restaurant was hot, dusty, and extremely dark. The bathrooms were not that clean. But, they did have some nice hand soaps! The owners and staff were extremely nice.

Atmosphere: I love the vibe of the lighting and decoration…read morein the bistro sit down restaurant area. Service: Super friendly owner, and staff! Took our order and food came out pretty quickly. Crab Cakes: You get a salad with 3 crab cakes on top of some delicious aioli that has a bit of tartare sauce taste, but not fully. Crab cakes are pretty pricey, but it's real crab, and really good! The kind of melt in your mouth. Avocado Butterflies: I love the avocado cream cheese like filling that was so so so good! It comes with 5 wontons, and it's so worth the price for how good the quality of dish. I loved the sweet chili dipping sauce a lot! I highly recommend this shareable dish! Salad that came with Crab Cakes, and Avocado Butterflies: It has pickled cabbage that gives a unique depth of flavor that blends well with the rest of the salad without needing any salad dressing. Lavender Lemonade: It was super sweet! It was my first time having lavender lemonade. I loved it! Lavender is a great herb for relaxation/calming to help you sleep better. If you drink a lot of this lemonade it may help you get a better sleep. Tall Dark & Delicious Cheesecake Slice: This is hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life! Way better than The Cheesecake Factory in my opinion. The fudge drizzled over the top adds a beautiful appearance to the dessert. It even comes with whipped cream! I highly recommend this bistro and definitely will be back in the future to try more of their delicious desserts!

I had a crab and shrimp panini on a gluten free bun. The bun was good but the filling appeared to have come from a can and with no additional ingredients to liven the taste. The seafood was chopped and very dry. There may have been one tablespoon of seafood on the bun and that was it! My friend order a salad that was huge but almost entirely lettuce. All in all, it was $60.00 not well spent and I will not return there.
