I just know he left the counter for a little bit. It was sticky on the pad to put your number in, sticky on the counter, and on the floors my shoes was also getting sticky. It's really just gone down hill. I buy a whole pizza again, I will take it home to cook. I think that would be safest. The one working there told me they can't clean the pizza over out anymore, cause it is broke where you put the pizza to cook. If they pulled it out it would break in two, so they don't touch it. That they make it with leftover pizza that's inside the oven on other pizzas. No more cleaning it. Sounds delicious doesn't it garbage dumpster hands, with old pizza that's been cooked in there God knows how long. Getting all over your own pizzas.

They didn't have any so he offered to call the Pasco and Kennewick location for me to see if they had any on hand. I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me. I can understand during Covid the excuse of not being able to keep certain things stocked or…read morerunning out of things quickly...etc. But in my opinion, there should be no excuse now to run out of anything. The polar pop machine constantly has flavors that are out of order (aka management has not ordered enough of the syrup), or lids or the actual cups are out of stock. Today when I went in, they only had small cups available. I'm not paying a whole dollar for a tiny amount of soda. Either the order writer who orders the products for the store needs retrained, or new management is needed. I know it is not a supply chain issue because literally every other circle k in the area never has the issues that this specific one has. Please do better.

Long phone conversations at booking about wanting to be able to see family knowing my dogs were safe while I was gone...in case the AC went out. I did not request any specific numbered spot, but it seemed like I could safely assume it was NOT in the full sun. Checked in today to see the pet policy is NOT as lax as I was told at booking. Walk the dogs along the asphalt road in 98 degree heat for the fenced dog park. Oh? I have old dogs...they don't need a "park" environment, just a safe place to potty. After pushing the issue, I was told that I suppose they could use the grass area between the pull through spots, but it did not seem preferred. Then I got to the allotted spot. See the dead TINY tree photo.... 1) no shade...and it had zero chance of it when making my reservation over the phone a month ago. 2) the plastic cover over the outlets was broken, then poorly masked to look as if it was one piece. 3) There are obviously water issues between the 2 emergency shut off emails today and the dying grass around my assigned location. I pulled an employee over to show them the broken plastic (to ensure I couldn't be blamed) and I was told that I could probably move spaces, but I'd already plugged in for the AC with my pets on board and had the "never leave your pets unattended" policy pointed out in the office anyway. If I were the manager trying to get to pimp out for high reviews, I'd personally be working harder on putting people in better empty sites when they aren't full. An extra $28/night for a false expectation and resort services I'm not officially allowed to use. Consider me unimpressed.
