Always cleans and always get great service here. We fill up our truck with diesel here cause the prices are pretty good and reasonable.

We were told that if we would wait 15 minutes, we could have fried chicken thigh and a leg instead of a thigh and a wing. 30 minutes later, we got our chicken, a thigh and a wing on one order. The other person did get a thigh and a leg. The chicken is good. That's probably the last nice thing. I'll have to say about this place. It was well after the lunch hour and the place was absolutely filthy. There was no one there dining inside, besides our party. The floor was littered with paper around the drink machine. There was ice and water on the floor. The tables hadn't been cleaned. You are offered a fork for your meal, but no knife to spread butter, jam, nor honey on your biscuit. It was almost impossible to get napkins from the dispenser. I finally reached up inside and I was able to pull a wad. Nobody bothered to take care of it. When we finished our meal and went to leave, both garbage cans were full. While we were there, we saw several at employees. However there was absolutely no maintenance work going on. Clearing & cleaning tables, scooting up the Chairs, cleaning the floor, wiping down the drink area. I will try the other Popeyes in our area and hope for a store that is better managed than the one is in Kennewick. The red beans and rice is good. The slaw is OK but if they had packets of vinegar, it could be better. If you want to try Popeyes do so in Kennewick at your own risk.

Took over half and hour to get a regular combo meal in the middle of the day with only a few other customers ordering, not busy at all, ridiculous.

We gave it about four tries, figuring we caught them swamped or something. After the fourth try, it seemed apparent luke warm burgers were the norm. At the price of burgers now, I don't think it unreasonable to expect what we get at other places - hot off the grill burgers. We quit going about a year ago. Then, when next door, shopping for plants, we saw the sign for a special. It said we could buy one Famous Star and get one free. We'd never taken advantage of any of Carl's Jr's specials, but thought we'd give it another try. We ordered a Famous Star in a combo, after asking if the "get one free" special applied. They said it did. The bill came to $15.09. With tax, $16.40. That's one hell of a lot of money for one combo and one burger, with just water, via the "get-one-free" special. I photographed the menu, which says the prices for a Famous Star are, under $8.00, under $10.00, and under $12.00. So the Famous Star combo should have been $12.00, at most, plus tax. Accordingly, with the buck extra for the BOGO burger, we should not have paid more than $13.00 and tax for our meal. At least this one was almost hot, but, in the end, Carl's should consider trademarking the name Bottom of the Barrel, if it wouldn't start a battle with Cracker Barrel.

The limited menu was on two of three screens in a hallway making it hard to read. Waited for a little while for my order to be taken. When I tried to ask a question, they referred me back to the menu which was now hidden by the next group of people in line. The proteins were the first part of the order. Even though it was only 8 PM, the uncovered meat containers were empty and what was available looked very dry and unappealing . and what was available, looked very dry and unappealing. at 8P, all the uncovered containers of meats we didn't look appealing. After the first part of my order was completed they asked if I wanted beans or rice. Looking at the selection of beans and rice. The refried beans were crusted and dried. The rice was just about gone and completely dried and the black beans appeared to have something floating on top of . I asked if they had more rice and they said yes they walked back to the beginning of the food preparation area. He stirred some rice up that was in a container and gave me about 1/4 of a cup of rice. I asked for some guacamole which is an up charge. They immediately put my food in a bag an dropped it off at the cashier station. The cashier was cleaning up, but returned to return to ring up the sale. Sadly, I wasn't done ordering my meal. The cashier was kind enough to complete my order. Upon getting back to my hotel and opening my food order I noticed a few issues. The meat, rice was very dry and tasteless. The guacamole was mediocre and for what I paid I could've bought 1 avocado and made my own guacamole. Overall, this restaurant has potential. The concept is good but the food presentation and preparation area needs to be more appealing to the customers eyes. I'm unsure if I'd recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully, I'll see a very positive review of this place in the future.

They ran out of cups for my chicken tortilla soup...and this is what they sent me...instead of asking me if I still wanted it.
