4$ for a street taco is ridiculous I I feel bad for families that go to eat here. It's subpar Mexican food that's priced like your at the stadium of a professional sports game. For 2 skimped Tacos at stacks I could've gotten 5 loaded tacos at the fiesta deli and a small drink for 1$ less! and they don't charge for extra salsas or limes! Asked for a pork burrito they filled it with a huge amount of refried beans other than that the burrito tasted so horrible i literally threw up, not kidding, and I've gotten it other times it was fine. I'd recommend not coming here tbh and I won't be either. read more

Check your food before leaving. Asked for a California burrito with asada and no jalapeños. Got a completely different burrito paid $16 bucks to throw it in the trash. Just to be clear everything they said at the window was correct so not the servers problem. We were also the only customers at the place so it's not like they gave it to someone else by accident. The quesa birrias and rice and beans were great. The price was decent. The grilled onions tasted like that cheap oil that food vendors use at the fair, awful. If you want lime, you have to buy it, which I had never seen before. And all of the salsas, even the cucumber salad, have a nasty sweet taste, almost like they add Tajín or something. I would go again, just probably do take out and ask for no grilled onions, cucumber, or salsa. El Sazón is better for sure read more

This place does not mess around. I did not see the regular Taco menu on the left side. I only saw the menu on the right so didn't know I had the option to have regular and bomb tacos so I ended up getting four bomb tacos (price difference of $1 per taco). The asada, pollo, birra and adobada bomb tacos were huge, had a good amount of cheese, guac and meat and the fried tortillas were yummy! Everything was seasoned well and came out quickly. Tacos were dripping in oil and had a good crunch and texture to it, but taste was still on point and tacos were substantial without feeling overly heavy. Grew up here so was expecting waaaaaay better! The Yelp reviews made it seem as though this was the best taco truck in the tri but that is not the case. I guess I can't go too hard on them, I feel like most reviews aren't from people that remember the trucks from the 90's. Those real Mexican taco trucks. The customer service her was good, I ordered a burrito with no meat and idk, maybe I was expecting too much but this burrito just didn't do it for me. I ended up throwing it away. For starters....nacho cheese...inside of a burrito???? That was so off to me lol it did not give Justice to the burrito at all. It actually made it worse. Every bite I was wondering where the sour cream was. Well I opened the burrito and it was at the bottom only. I kid you not. The rice wasn't seasoned much for me and the beans were quite basic. Not really impressed. Girl taking our order acted like we were more of a bother, than a customer. Let's see how the food is... So the food was as expected, dry and bland. No flavor. Their Mineral water was flat...I had to ask for a new one, and she took about 15 minutes to bring us another one. Stumbled upon this place on our drive home from Walla Walla and it did not disappoint! As soon as we pulled up, it was packed and that's always a good sign when you're looking for good food. Our service was amazing and really quick for how many people were ordering. The menu is pretty large considering it's a food truck. I'm a big fan of over ordering just to sample all the goods. We got the Cheeto burrito, every variation of the bomb tacos and a quesadilla for the kiddos. All the food was great, exactly what we expected... greasy, delicious and flavourful. I read some of the reviews and whomever goes to order a Cheeto burrito expecting it not to be greasy is trippin. Haha! Our only criticism would be that the ratio be more proportionate. There's a lot of onions and a lot of cheese, but still delicious. I loved all their sauces! So flavourful and they gave us more then plenty at no charge. They do have quite a few picnic tables out front which were all very clean and comfortable to enjoy your food. Noticed we had a new taco truck in town so I decided to venture out and grab some lunch from Stacks! First off, great location for a food truck. The ladies running the register recommended that I order the bomb tacos with the spicy pineapple salsa. I ordered the Birria tacos which were delicious!! The crunchy taco paired with the perfectly seasoned Birria with compliments of sautéed onions, jalapeños, radishes and lime was such a pleasure of my palate. Well done guys! If you need to stop into Kennewick for food this is the place to go! Do not mess with some fast food joint where you'll spend just as much for mediocre eats. This place is legit! We got the Bomb Tacos with asada, lengua (tongue), cabeza (cheek) and shrimp. All were amazing! Proteins were all cooked perrrxrly, tender and juicy, cheese was melty, and the taco shells were crispy. Total flavor bombs. Holy BOMB TACOS! This place is amazing! Between 4 of us, had ceviche, beef chimi, pollo quesadilla and every kind of their bomb tacos. EVERYTHING was a 10 out of 10. Mine (and my favorite!) were the abudoba, pollo and barria bomb tacos served w grilled onions, a big, fat grilled jalapeño and a kind of veggie kimchi....YUMMM! What makes a "Bomb" vs regular taco you might ask? Melted cheese and tho they are soft shell, they crisp it us so not too soft (do they fry them? I'll never ask.
