I Absolutely love this place in Tri-Cities! The owners are so kind and down to earth and food is fantastic. I appreciate a place with excellent customer service and the fact that they repeat the order. They talk to strangers like family and you can tell these are the kind of people that truly want to make sure you leave the window feeling 100% satisfied. The food is very flavorful and there is usually always a line. This time I grabbed a Farmer's burrito and added some guacamole. Salsas and hot sauces are served by request as well and they have a plethora of them of which to choose. There's not an area to sit so unless you want to eat in the car it's served as to-go style so you can enjoy the deliciousness at home. Love this place! Tried burger, 2 diff burritos and several sauces. Unpopular opinion: I didn't love the pineapple sauce. Others in my party loved it. A great stop on a long road trip. Very friendly service and delicious food. They have several tasty sauces to choose from. Their sweet chili pineapple one was really good, and they have a unique walnut sauce that paired well with their curry vegetable rice bowl. Street tacos were very flavorful. Can't tell you how much we love this spot! Staff is awesome! One of the owners Jenny is beyond great! She remembers her regulars -is always friendly and greats with a smile! You can tell she engages with the customers often referring to them by name or saying their order before they get to the front. All there salsa are delicious!! I got two fantastic burritos on my first visit here. I got the Bacon Gouda Breakfast Burrito and the Asada Burrito. Both were excellent, big and full of flavor. I got the green medium salsa with them and it was tasty. I was impressed by everything here. The service was friendly and quick. The burritos were excellent. There was a pretty good line and I was impressed that they all seemed to be regulars as the server called them by name. Clearly they are doing something right at El Fst Cat Grill. Do yourself a favor and get a chorbada burrito (not sure if the spelling is right) my all-time favorite burrito. Do not skimp on the sauce either. Grab two of everything. This place freaking rocks! The food was incredible! And the portions were much more than anticipated. One of our sons (who is always hungry) could not finish his burger (but could not stop raving about the flavor. He got the Smokey bandido.) The flavors of our burritos (bacon Gouda breakfast burrito and the HabaYaki) were so flavorful and fresh. And the prices were far less than other establishments yet with much more superior food! The service was also such a treat. Even though we were just passing through, the staff made us feel like regulars. Extremely friendly and appeared to actually care how our day was going. Highly recommend this place to anyone who values authentic service and amazingly flavorful dishes with more than reasonable prices. I grew up in So Cal, going to Baja.... My faith in Mexican food in this part of the world is renewed. My husband's response was "I wish I could fit more food in my belly" :) Get a side of firecracker sauce! We live 2 hours away and considered driving back the next day!!! I had some serious reservations walking up to the tiny box behind the car wash. The line of people was a good sign. We placed our order and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The smell was crazy, I couldn't wait to dive into the Triple Threat. The adobada/pork combo was the thing of dreams! The sauces brought the perfect combo of flavor and heat. Let's talk about how amazing this place is. It had a line, so we knew it had to be good. And we were not disappointed. Come here to get a burrito the size of your forearm! All that for around $7. Too bad what could have been two meals ended up being one because it was a soggy mess. In other words: I had to toss the rest. I ordered the habayaki burrito. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and the first bite was so promising. Sure it wasn't mixed inside so all the rice was on one end while all the other stuff was on the other. But it was good. But then I got past the crispy ends and began my way toward the middle, where the juice from the cole slaw quickly turned the burrito into a heap of stuff mashed together. It's like they didn't even try to drain the cole slaw before sticking it in the burrito. I think if I had ordered the normal burrito, it would have rocked. I'm going to have to give this place another go, and try that next time. read more

When we first moved here from New Mexico, people kept telling us to try out this place (we were trying to find a place that had food similar to New Mexican food). Although it isn't New Mexican food it's pretty dang good!! We love this place and have been getting something probably once a week for about the last 8 months! We have been trying all the menu items each time but I think our favorites are the chicken or shrimp tacos and the Habayaki Burrito. Those are our go two's all the time! They also have amazing salsas that you can try too! So friendly at the Cat, but if you don't have time to wait then you better come on another day. They sell out almost every day and are not open on the weekends. We love this place and love that they are local!! We will always support local businesses!! Cons-Long lines, limited parking and limited hours of operation. If you want to enjoy this fabulous product you have to make a concerted effort to go Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm. In addition, the lunch traffic can be busy and you will need to wait in line for a lengthy period of time. I would recommend they extend their hours of operation or open one Saturday a month especially during the summer months. This would reach a broader customer base who don't have time to enjoy your food during the week. Pros-The Pork Chorbado Burrito is huge and full of flavor. The salsas are homemade and incredibly tasty. The service is super friendly. The ambiance is fantastic. Overall this is my favorite food truck in the Tri-Cities to visit. I would visit more often if the hours of operation allowed me to do so. read more

Our business is a fusion Mexican food truck! Everything is made fresh daily. Felix Loves to do a twist to all his food. We have 7 different salsas our pineapple salsa, habanero and our firecracker has become our must have. During winter time we carry our homemade clam chowder also. The lines can get very crazy especially on Friday’s so We are super sorry if you come to our location and we are closed before our time says but that is because once we run out of all our meats we close our windows. We also get asked why we close on the weekend and give us one star for that. It’s because family is first and we don’t want to lose any memories with our kids/grand babies. So when we opened our businesses we decided m-f best fits our life style. We absolutely love what we do and love our fatcat customers and we hope your first experience is enjoyable and we def hope to see you again.

Not a bad idea with USA obesity issues. Bathroom door can't lock. The bathroom is grimy and no soap. Then the food came. First time eating at Zips where I felt it was fast food, and my burgers had been sitting under heat lamps as they were very hard, overcooked in fact, crunchy and chewy. I've always had Zips where they had ketchup and fry sauce. This one had ketchup in little tear bags and ranch dressing and no fry sauce. On top of that they're just in these single use plastics which just contaminate the Earth. I love Zips but this is the weakest in the Zips family that I've seen. It just needs better management is all. Come on guys, care a bit more and get your reviews higher scores - get it together.

Lily was our server and she was warm, attentive and welcoming. She checked on us throughout our meal with a smile and kindness. Chelle, their bar manager, also welcomed us warmly and stopped to chat with us. The hummus platter was very good and we recommend it! My son's patty melt was very good and my avacado salad was delicious. We enjoyed the experience and the excellent employees as much as the food. Highly recommend this Hops n Drops!

However.... The food is terrible. Both burgers we ordered were very very mid of the road. The Burgers were flavorless and the fries are textured the way they fry them so they're not smooth. The best part of the meal was the drinks and the side Caesar salad so that's not saying a lot. They do have great gluten-free options and the space of the restaurant is quite big so they can accommodate large groups! But not a place I'd like to eat again, yikes..
