Pulled up to the food truck and the area was clean. At the window the woman who took my order was SUPER sweet. Got the casa Rosita carnitas bowl. Service was quick, and prices reasonable. Best horchata, the bowl is huge and way more filling than most burrito bowls since they put a big serving of meat, and more environmentally friendly food containers than most food trucks in the area. I got the adobada bowl and was really happy it had the pineapple in there since other places usually only added it to the tacos. Reason for not rating 5 stars: I wish the salsa cups were bigger or Valentina/Cholula was available at the tables. We got 15 pounds of Carnitas from here for a lunch party and so many people asked me where I got the dish from because it was the best pulled pork sandwich of their life. The best tacos I've ever had. I keep ordering the same thing, Al Pastor tacos, because they're so good, I can't bring myself to order anything else yet. VERY unfriendly staff. The first thing they said to me was, "Wait a minute!" as soon as I started to order. She proceeded to glare as I waited (a long time) for my food. I can only assume it's because I can not speak Spanish. I also believe that was also why I ended up paying much more than the other visitors.
