Unfortunately this is becoming so common, the service industry needs to understand that we (us customers), pretty much pay their bills. When we get bad service, we tip accordingly. Saves money for us, but defeats the purpose. Our server was well I'm going to just say.....new? Bad day? Don't care? Let's go back to summer of 2023 I was highly impressed at our experience. I can still remember how much we loved our server. She was newer but GREAT. (I can't remember her name). I didn't see her nor could I get anyone to answer my question about her. They just seem to not care. They stated "with as many people coming and going here, it could be anyone". I didn't find that appealing. I do recall she had been bartending for years before. I just wish I would've posted a review about her then. I hope she is still there cuz this place might have a chance to stay in business with her and the service she gives.

From the moment we walked up he was friendly, respectful, and on top of everything. Service was quick, the food came out great, and he made sure everyone had what they needed without us even having to ask. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the people coming through. That kind of attitude makes a big difference and honestly made the whole stop better. The golf course is lucky to have someone like Dustin representing them. Great service, great attitude, and great food. We'll definitely be back!

I've always had Zips where they had ketchup and fry sauce. This one had ketchup in little tear bags and ranch dressing and no fry sauce. On top of that they're just in these single use plastics which just contaminate the Earth. I love Zips but this is the weakest in the Zips family that I've seen. It just needs better management is all. Come on guys, care a bit more and get your reviews higher scores - get it together.

And still nothing tops this place. We get the feast for two and add King Crab usually we end up spending about $200 just the two us appetizers and drinks and the entree. The servers are attentive and respectful. Bathrooms are always clean. It tends to be crowded and loud but what do you expect from a restaurant where there is sometimes a one hour wait time.
