We've been waiting to try their tacos and today we walked in around 7:30PM we were welcomed by who I assume is the owner, who explained what makes their tacos special. Real ingredients!! The smell of charcoal is strong BUT don't let that deter you. We ordered two arrachera, two ribeye and one bean taco. Were they pricey yeah, were they worth it ABSOLUTELY! The meat was tender, juicy and smoky. Tortillas, exactly as I remember them from my Oaxacan grandmother. Only regret is not ordering more refried bean tacos. Outstanding customer service. read more

Amazing Ribeye Tacos!! I travel all around this country and these are some of the best I've had. The whole story and why I'm writing a review... I got back to my hotel across the street and my order was wrong. I called them and the sweet lady apologetic said we'll have it right and ready for you when you come back. In town for business. This place is next door to the hotel. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. We ordered the Quesabirria tacos and the ribeye tacos. Food was delicious. They make their tortillas from scratch and grill all of their meat right there on premise. The place was very clean. Is lacking decor but it's only been in business a couple of months. Every bite put a smile on my face. The people who work there are welcoming, helpful and just awesome. We are lucky they had a small menu because we had to have one (or two) of everything. This place has only been open for 10 days when I write this: The BBQ smell when I walked in was "nice", smelling like a fire pit after eating not "nice". I wanted to try the asada, NY strip, Rib eye. But only the asada could be ordered as a single the other two needed to be a double order...5.99 for a single item taco. So I adjusted and tried the standard asada and 2 NY. Pro: homemade tortillas as the best for tacos are hey absorb the juices and sauce of the taco. Con: dried and salty meat, flavor was there but was missing salsa. The traditional taco comes with a green tomatillo salsa. It balances the meat and tortilla. This taco came with tiny bit of cilantro and a red onion, which is usually used for fish tacos. The tacos did come with 2 salsas both red, not spicy but again interesting choices for steak tacos. The best I could do was combine the salsas to give it to taco some juice. Overall: I am hopeful it's a different take on tacos. I didn't get a chance to try the birria quesadilla so I have hope for that with a homemade tortilla. 3 tacos and a drink for $24 is not a great deal. I would pay it for some chips and salsa and more flavor. I grew up on tacos trucks so I may be biased on this review and I travel a lot for work. I will be back in a month and will check this place out again. read more

Hands down the best tacos in Tricities area. I ordered 2 NY Tacos , 2 birra tacos, 2 asada tacos.. Orders are made fresh, the beef is tender and cooked perfectly.. Tortillas are made fresh too. I was so impressed I had to try the Outside skirt taco.. The beef is so tender it literally melts in your mouth.. A new taco joint in Pasco. The difference here is that they grill the protein on open, coal fired crate. Also, the meat choices are high end beef - new york strip, rib-eye... Only about 5 choices of tacos - all beef based... including a choice of quesabirria... Freshly made tortillas. Quality is superb but price point is on the high side ($ 6 for NY strip, 7.50 for rib eye). read more
