    Ruben Sandwich THE BEST!
    Rebecca G.

Amazing location right on the Columbia!! Lu Lu is a large restaurant with a rustic and trendy vibe, cool decor highlighting their "farm to table" pride, also offering a beautiful full bar! We were greeted so friendly when we walked in... we had our small dog with us so we dined on their patio, overlooking the marina is wonderful! The views are great!our server Alicia was so nice, attentive and very helpful with menu suggestions. My husband loved the chicken and waffles and I swear I had the best Ruben sandwich Ive ever had! Served on a marble rye and toasted perfectly! Never became soggy like most... they have truly mastered their Reuben sandwich! We were visiting the Tri Cities and our family recommended coming here... so glad we came here! I highly recommend this place! Whether you're a local or passing through!!

It was cold outside so I wanted some comfort food-this hit the spot! It has all the yumminess of a chicken pot pie-chicken, celery, potatoes, carrots-seasoned well but the BEST part is the flaky buttery pastry crust-I ate the entire thing! Would 100% order it again.

We came here to celebrate my friend IM 70.3 finish post race in TriCities. Lulu Craft Bar + Kitchen. It for the most part basic all American menu with burgers and steaks and seafood. Little of everything. The best part is the location right along the river off the trail path runs for miles along the river. The view is real nice and great spot if in the patio during the race see everyone coming home to the finish line. I ended up getting green chili burger and fries. Tasty. The burger was cooked perfect, loved the combination of the green chili the cheese and all worked. It nice hearty burger so getting bang for ur buck. Fries were good. Service was five stars. The gentleman on top of it the whole filling out refills without us asking. Friendly and positive vibes. If in Tri Cities area. More so here for IM race weekend. Spot check out for food.

Great atmosphere. Food is hit and miss. The fries are tragic. Burgers are good. Pickles are great. Reuben is always a winner. This could be the best restaurant in the Tri Cities if things weren't on cruise control.

This place was a really good value. Great service and a great meal! The bread was delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly.

Ambiance is amazing, our server was great and very attentive. We had the pig candy appetizer we were not big fans but it seems to be popular. The shrimp asparagus risotto is so good our shrimp were not as well cooked as I like but still very tasty. The tomato basil soup is delicious. My husband had the tai noddle steak salad. Although the steak was great the salad noodle part was not to our liking. Cocktails are also excellent.

I come to the Tri-Cities about twice a year for business and LuLu is a place a have to stop at each time I come. After 4 years of coming and talking with the local bartenders and how they need to add 805 beer to the local tap, I was Surprised and super HAPPY to see they have added it which is a local beer for me back in Central CA and probably the best beer you'll ever drink hands down. I ended up coming here twice in the two days I was here for business just because they have 805 and also..........good food hehe. I like to order the chips with three sides of guacamole and this time around I decided to go ribeye with some shrimp. Food is also cooked on point and the portion sizes are exactly what you expect and then some for what you pay. Quality is always great and the service keeps the flow going without skipping a beat. Sitting in the bar is fun as the bartenders are always friendly and talkative if you want them to be and always make a great mixed drink recommendations that seems to change perfectly throughout the week from the bartenders whim. Definitely a place I always look forward to coming to each time.

We sat at the bar to escape it, and somehow, of course, they ended up right behind us again. At that point, even the staff were giving each other that look like, "yeah ... we smell it too." Our server stepped in like a hero and quietly moved us to a corner booth, no fuss, no awkwardness, just excellent problem-solving so we could actually enjoy our meal. And that right there is part of why I've always loved this place. The service and food are consistently great, and they handle things with a kind of care you don't see everywhere. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I will stay loyal to Sageport long term. Sageport is the freaking best.

Service We went on a weekend morning so there was a bit of a wait (~15-20 mins). After we were seated, the service was amazing and quick. Ambiance The ambiance is definitely a unique one and one that I don't see very often. It does have its own charm. It is a smaller establishment with lots of tables, so one may find it a bit cramped on the inside. Other Notes With this restaurant, you do get a bill that you have to pay at the front (like Denny's) and their restroom is a bit weirdly located. You'll have to go behind the counter and into a bit of the kitchen to get to it.

I ordered a ribeye and eggs with sourdough toast, instead I was served a NY instead with 1 slice of bread...not sourdough. Cook came out to correct me that the steak was indeed a ribeye. now, I have worked in a meat dept. for several years at my last employment, I was also a manager for a steakhouse...I definitely know the difference. I had the server remove the steak and she adjusted the bill. (if only I could post a picture of the receipt) the bill: $5 (2 eggs), hash browns $5.50, toast $3.50 (1 slice). So I was charged for side orders. okay, but $3.50 for 1 slice of bread and not even what I had ordered. Pathetic. Now, if it was one issue, no biggie, not a deal breaker, but there was multiple issues, especially when the cook (hahaha) came to my table to tell me I was wrong. I am a firm believer that the customer is not always right, but this time, I was. I really do hope the owner reads and replies to this post, because no manager/supervisor came to my table to address the issues.

Tapp'd hits that rare sweet spot where it works just as well for a date night as it does for a full blown game day hangout. The headline feature is the self serve tap wall, which is basically permission to become your own bartender without the awkward small talk. When your glass runs dry, you don't wait around, you pivot. Try something new, double down on your favorite, live a little. And if beer isn't your thing, the bar staff can mix a cocktail that reminds you why bartenders exist in the first place. Now, the food. This is where people get blindsided, in a good way. The Quesabirria Tacos, Asada Street Tacos, and Taquitos de Pollo aren't just "good for a bar," they're flat out legit. The kind of food that makes you pause mid conversation and reconsider your priorities for a second. Service deserves its own shoutout. We were there on a Sunday night, and our server didn't miss a beat, checking in, keeping things moving, and somehow making it all look effortless. Worth noting: same ownership as Tri-City Taps, which explains why the formula works so well, great drinks, great food, and service that actually cares. Bottom line, if you're local, this should already be in your rotation. If you're visiting, this is one of those "don't leave town without it" spots.

Now about the building--if you've been around for a while, you probably remember when it was Heidi Haus on Court Street. I went in there many times, and it was such a sweet, charming place. Honestly, it feels like the perfect spot for Magill's now. The character of the building really adds to the whole experience. The only thing I'd love to see improved is the service. The ladies who work there clearly have a lot of experience, but sometimes the interaction can feel a bit routine or lacking warmth. A little more friendliness and engagement would really take the experience to the next level and match how great the food is. And I mean... my poor mom ordered an orange juice and it showed up not even cold. That's one of those small details that really shouldn't be missed. Thank you, Magill's, for always hitting the mark with the food!
