Went to Lu Lu's for the first time and had an amazing experience with a friend. Seared Halibut with Risotto: The halibut was very good! It was easy to cut through (falls apart easily). The squash with it is fresh! I loved the creamy texture of the risotto. I haven't had halibut in many years! I loved the 3 dips with the house-made potato crisps. My favorite dip was the smoked steelhead. The crisps are very crunchy! Baked Feta Cheese w/ Honey Drizzle: The scone like pastries are really good! Super fluffy texture. Add the feta on top then an olive on the cheese, and take a bite! The warm pastry with the creamy sweet honey feta cheese and savory olive blends so well together. It's an amazing sharable appetizer and I highly recommend it. Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream: The rich flavors of the pie are delicious! The apples are cooked perfectly and not too crunchy or mushy. The cinnamon isn't over powering the whole pie, but enough to know that it's there. My friend loves apple pie and rated it a 10 out of 10! The vanilla ice cream tasted good, but if you have ice cream outside on the patio be sure to eat it before it melts. It was 98 degrees. The hostess at the front when I walked in is so welcoming! The food was served at a good pace. Definitely a place worth visiting. read more

We really enjoyed our visit to LU LU Craft bar & kitchen this past Friday, while visiting the Tri-Cities. The service was really good, greeted immediately, they found our reservation, got to our table, our server was at our table very shortly thereafter. The place was not that busy when we got there, but it definitely picked up with some really large groups dropping in. Friday night at the river! We all chose something different on the menu from the burger, the fish and chips and one of the salads. Everything was prepared very well, and we really enjoyed it. I've got to say that my fish from the fish and chips was one of the best I've had in a long time. Tartar sauce was spot on! We would definitely go back, and we will. read more

Very busy place but didn't have to wait too long past our reservation time. Staff were friendly & upbeat. We had a nice table by the window. The deep fried zucchini was outstanding! Located right by the riverside with beautiful views, which is definitely the highlight of this place. Unfortunately, the food took quite a while to arrive after ordering. The crispy calamari wasn't crispy at all, and the green chili cheeseburgers were just average. The chicken sandwich was the standout item and tasted good. The restaurant gets very crowded on weekends, and overall, I wouldn't specifically recommend it unless you're curious to try it for yourself. read more

I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with a side of Coleslaw. I wish I had gotten pictures because this is the Best Coleslaw and Chicken Sandwich I've ever had. The brined and battered chicken breast was oversized for the bun - not a bad thing- with avocado, bacon, pickled jalapeños and coleslaw. The flavor profile was not too spicy, but spicy enough with the perfectly, slightly sweet bun and acid hit from the fresh, crisp coleslaw. I wouldn't change a thing. Amazing location right on the Columbia!! Lu Lu is a large restaurant with a rustic and trendy vibe, cool decor highlighting their "farm to table" pride, also offering a beautiful full bar! We were greeted so friendly when we walked in... we had our small dog with us so we dined on their patio, overlooking the marina is wonderful! The views are great!our server Alicia was so nice, attentive and very helpful with menu suggestions. My husband loved the chicken and waffles and I swear I had the best Ruben sandwich Ive ever had! Ambiance is amazing, our server was great and very attentive. We had the pig candy appetizer we were not big fans but it seems to be popular. We came out for a friend's birthday dinner. The server was nice but the service was poor. My dinner came out and so did my friends', which was good, but my wife had to wait another 20 minutes for her meal. When we asked for help we were told it was coming. It showed up 10 min later way way undercooked - dangerously undercooked. The waitress apologized but the manager only took the meat part off the meal. Completely unacceptable. We came here to celebrate my friend IM 70.3 finish post race in TriCities. Lulu Craft Bar + Kitchen. It for the most part basic all American menu with burgers and steaks and seafood. Little of everything. The best part is the location right along the river off the trail path runs for miles along the river. The view is real nice and great spot if in the patio during the race see everyone coming home to the finish line. I ended up getting green chili burger and fries. Tasty. The burger was cooked perfect, loved the combination of the green chili the cheese and all worked. It nice hearty burger so getting bang for ur buck. Fries were good. Service was five stars. After 4 years of coming and talking with the local bartenders and how they need to add 805 beer to the local tap, I was Surprised and super HAPPY to see they have added it which is a local beer for me back in Central CA and probably the best beer you'll ever drink hands down. I ended up coming here twice in the two days I was here for business just because they have 805 and also..........good food hehe. I like to order the chips with three sides of guacamole and this time around I decided to go ribeye with some shrimp. Food is also cooked on point and the portion sizes are exactly what you expect and then some for what you pay. Quality is always great and the service keeps the flow going without skipping a beat. Sitting in the bar is fun as the bartenders are always friendly and talkative if you want them to be and always make a great mixed drink recommendations that seems to change perfectly throughout the week from the bartenders whim. Food 2/5- appetizers were good, but the mains were really under whelming. For the chicken and waffles, the chicken was dry and didn't have flavor. The steak that we ordered medium rare, was incredibly tough - it felt like I was cutting through a rope. The ahi in the tacos felt overcooked, like the meat felt dry. We left hungry. read more

We've occasionally go to Lu Lu's for dinner and for the most part really enjoy it. This time we were a bit disappointed in the food. For appetizers we tried the Chicken Pops which were the best part of the meal. I had a Burger which was tasty, but the fries were barely warm and appeared to be scraped off the bottom of the tray-- a lot of small pieces. My girlfriend got the Garlic Shrimp Risotto dish. She was disappointed and felt that for the price, it wasn't up to par. It The Risotto was a bit too overdone and mushy. My star ratings are based on value for price so even a low cost restaurant might get high stars. In this case, the $87 dollars for the two meals (tip included), the value wasn't there. That said, the service was great and the general vibe of the place is always great. I think Hamburgers and Salads are probably the best bet. The location next to the marina makes it a desirable place to hang out, and yes, we'll go back, but will be a bit more careful about how & what we order. When we do I'll update. read more
