Wait Time: After placing our order at 10:22 am our food didn't arrive until 10:52 am. The 30-minute wait felt unusually long compared to other brunch spots. Food: We ordered the Palouse Egg Benedict and Columbia Valley Omelet. Unfortunately, both were underwhelming. The potatoes were bland and tasted like they came from a frozen bag. The omelet eggs were overcooked, and the Benedict lacked flavor. We had to add salt and pepper to bring any life to the dishes. The server didn't check on us once after our food arrived, especially after we told her we are on a tight schedule and took care of the check before food came.
