I saw a review complaining about the night crew, can confirm everything they said! No cheese no spicy saucy on ANY of the 3 orders of roost fries I got. They did not tell me they were out of cheese. I ordered a number 12 and got a chicken tender with 2 pieces of bread.. I have been here post covid several times. I find it troubling that in 2023 we still have the doors locked, at 8 am or later. I have been leaving for road trips and love their breakfast, but instead went to McDonald's , so I didn't have to eat in my car! Avoid this place if you need to eat in the lobby. It's late, like bars have been closed for an hour late. You may be in your pajamas or just yucky and sweaty from too much dancing in a club with twice as many people as it was built for. At any rate, you are hungry, but you don't want to sit somewhere and don't want to pony up a tip. Oh yeah, and you live in the Tri Cities. What do you do? Unfortunately, your only real 24 hour options are 7 Elevens or Jack in the Box. Most 7-11s chuck their food about 15 min after the bars close and don't anything new until about 5 or 6 am. Jack in the Box wins. I love the franchise on Court in Pasco, but I wasn't near there and didn't want to drive there. I actually was close to home in Finley when a switch went off in my head that said "Feed me, I'm starving" I tried stopping at two separate convenience stores, but they were closed. Then I remembered the JotB on 395 and 10th. Score! So I head that way. They have cheesy fries now. Flashbacks of happy bad food comas in Philadelphia come rushing back. I order those, a Sourdough Jack with no tomato, and a medium rootbeer. "A meaty burger?" the speaker replied. I had a bad feeling about this, but pressed on, cuz the voice in my head was getting hungrier and smelled meat. I repeated it 3 times, slower each time. Finally got that right. "Ok, a medium root beer, cheesy fries, and a Big Cheeseburger. Is that right?" Omfg, you're kidding right? "Feed me, I'm starving!". Screw it, I will live with a Big Cheeseburger even though I don't like those much. I know those don' come with tomato so they can't screw that up. "Yeah, that's right." "Ok, come on down to the window and we'll have that ready for you" Yeah, whatever. So I pull up, and the total is too low. I ask the person to read it back. (Not the same person who took my order) No rootbeer. That I repeated 3 times. I am on the verge of pulling away when he pipes up "I'll just give you the rootbeer, bud.". And he makes eye contact. And he is smiling and friendly, like he told me to go ahead and take the last beer in the fridge. So I calm down, and wait for my order. And wait. After a bit I am wondering if I need to catch the cow for my burger myself, and they finally bring it out. But the guy smiles, apologizes, and I am not so angry once more. I get home, and the first thing I notice is the "Big" cheeseburger looks smaller than I remember it being in the past. Next, the cheesy fries. Or should I say essence of cheesy fries. It was basically a ball of melted cheese in the center with a fry cacoon. So now I am pissed again and no one smiling or apologizing this time. So, my synopsis is this. Don't get the cheesy fries, they are a lie. Also, don't go to the JotB on 395 and 10th for your late night munching needs, because if smiley is not on that night, you will leave pissed. I understand right now it's difficult to find competent people to work in fast food but it is pretty sad when they read the order back correctly then when you get home...the order is wrong again! Ordered onion rings, got so-called curly fries...overcooked & broken pieces. 1 curly fry intact. The new double cheese is supposed to only have Mayo, mine had mustard & ketchup. Night crew never does anything correctly. Always missing toppings, cold food, and always out of tons of stuff but they never tell you their out of ingredients tell after you pay. What is this Jack in the Box? Supposed to be a grande sausage burrito. Looks like they just threw everything in the wrapper and threw it in the bag. Wish they would put more effort into what people pay for. On top of that it's cold. They're out of stuff a lot too. Don't even bother trying to get the southwest chicken salad and if you do make sure to check your bag before you leave because half the time they throw the club salad in there instead. But a young man named Rodrigo, (saw he had a name tag) gave me suggestions what to get that would taste very well without no animal product. On 3/22/16 I came into the Kennewick Jack in the Box on 10th Ave. got a Double Jack meal. It was great. Food was fresh and service was awesome. They helped me figure out how to use an online coupon which made the meal all the better. I chose to eat inside and was happy with the cleanliness of the place. Was served chicken in a pita that tasted absolutely rancid. Jack in the box killed many people with their food in the 90s. I don't live in fear so I wasn't worried about it. But I didn't expect to get rotten tasting food. I called them to ask for a refund they said absolutely and that they would check the chicken. This is by far my favorite Jack's in the whole tricities. I have been going to this one on 395 and 10th for many years. The food ALWAYS looks and tastes great, and my orders have always been taken correctly. I always see someone cleaning so needless to say it's always pretty clean inside...and out for that matter. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and hey there are even a few cuties that work there currently, especially the "Shorty" that works the drive-thru;) Overall I give this location an A+++. Jack in the Box has long been my go-to restaurant when I am out later than any human should be. The other day though, my wife was craving a fast food burger so we drove through during regular dinner hours. It took 12 minutes to serve us with only two cars in front of us, one of which only had a milkshake. In addition, they gave us the wrong sandwich and wrong drink for one of our meals. I was going to go in and complain, but there was a line in the drive-thru now wrapping around the building and I didn't want to wait any longer. We will not return. read more

The few times that I went to this Jack in the Box the employees were always so friendly and there is this kid (teenager) that went out of his way to make sure that I had every condiment that I could even think of using. Jack in the box keeps making their portions smaller and raising prices, their chicken sandwiches are beyond rediculous. you get more with a 2 piece chicken nugget than the chicken in their sandwiches..the chicken pita is Smaller as well as the "ultimate" cheeseburgers. The value isn't there with this chain any longer. Go elsewhere. read more

This is the 3 rd time we've eaten there in the last 3 months ( swore I was NEVER eating there again after the last time, but our choices were limited due to the time of day...8:30 pm). Paid $30.00 for 1 burger, I chicken sandwich, 2 fries and 2 orders of egg rolls. I live 3 miles from this location, and in the 5 mins it took me to get home, with my bags of food on the floor with the heat blasting (I do this to keep the food hot), my chicken sandwich was cold, and hard as a rock, the fries were cold, and over cooked, as were the egg rolls! It was inedible!!! I should have figured as much when it took them less than 3 mins to get my food to me. My son worked at this location for several years, so we've been going there for a long time, and NEVER had a problem. I don't know how anyone with a conscience can serve this crappy of food, when charging the amount of money they do. My girlfriend and I had lunch at Azteca, and it was cheaper than eating here! The drive-thru employees are are of the most pleasant I have come across in a fast food place, the cooks have a tendency to not get the order correct though. This time the jumbo jack with cheese had no cheese on it. Another visit had my sandwich missing the bacon that comes on it. The orders are correct on my reciept, and I don't remember ever missing any items in the bag, so this leads me to believe that the problem this franchise has is usually in the kitchen. The worst part is that those problems are never found until I get home and sit down to eat my food. read more
