The sauces were good they had a fry sauce and a campire sauce that we all loved. My sister had a huckleberry lemonade that was bottomless. The fries were really good. The coleslaw very plain really no taste. The service , was not busy in there. Took a long time for the waitress to get back to our table for the bill. The restaurant was OK. There were two bugs flying around the window not Flys, bugs. We had to kill the bugs because they were right by our food . Do not bother ordering from here online for pick-up. Products advertise as coming with certain items on their menu. When you get home nothing is on the burger except patty and bacon. When you call they say you have to pay extra. Complete false advertising. While they then offer to remake it, with added cost for the cheese that is shown in the image of the product on the menu, that doesn't work at all when you are only allowed a certain amount of time for lunch from work and can't really go back. What a disappointment. I've been to hops and drops multiple times in marysville but the richland one is just trash. The sour patch kid is usually delicious but this time it tasted like I was drinking straight syrup, not to mention the crap I found floating around in it! For an $11 drink I expect more than just syrup. My friend ordered the 'steak' salad. 'Steak' because it was ground beef??? He also found a hair in it which was...an unwanted topping. Our waitress Dawn??? Never checked in on us or asked how the meal was. Super crummy service and food to go along with it. This place was good and always decent. For years. It's tanking now. Had French dip last nite. Busy Saturday. On the small side but enough beef in it to make me wake in the middle of the nite to rid myself of it. The salad was rusty lettuce, pieces so small they could not be stabbed with fork. Had to use fork like a spoon. Beer, cold as usual. If I find myself here again, I'm eating only beer. I can't leave the horseradish sauce out! Went here last night with 3 friends of mine and the service was absolutely terrible and the salad gave 2 friends and I food poisoning. It was the only place we ate together. Our waiter, one of the three, didn't help us at all. Her family was in the restaurant and she paid more attention to them instead of her actual job. She just say there at the booth with her family holding one of the kids. My friends even tried to call her over and we got ignored. We waited over 10+ minutes for our check and it had to be brought out by another lady instead of her. Absolutely terrible. I will be calling the health department tomorrow and report this because each of us called and told them about the situation and the people we got didn't seem they cared at all. Went in for a late night (Friday at 10pm) dessert only to find there are only 3 options, one of which is mini donuts. We decided to just have some appetizers. We orders beef nachos, a side of fries, and taquitos. They were not busy and we waited about 35 mins for our food. My friends and I went last night to have dinner. Three out of the four of us ordered and shared basic items: nachos, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, Mac and cheese, and salad. Our other friend had ordered fish and chips. By the time we are finished, talked for a while, and got home. All three of us have been violently puking, having chills, body aches, etc. My temperature is attached. When I called to report it I had described what happened and wasn't offered anything until the very very end of the conversation. I told them I ultimately just wanted to report it so no one else got sick. I clearly won't go there to eat again, so a gift card does no good. The girl speaking with me seemed uninterested and not eager to help, it sounded like she felt obligated. My other friends called and they offered a gift card, then proceeded to try and blame it elsewhere even though that was the only restaurant we had eaten at, and then asked us to take off our reviews. So I don't like giving negative reviews unless they're well deserved. We've been to hops and drops many times and have had delicious food. But a couple weeks ago, it was not so good. I ordered street tacos. I was totally shocked when I bit into the meat and it was all bristle. I rarely have to spit out food into my napkin, but this was the case. The tacos were very good with the occasional good meat. But I ended up leaving a big mound of meat on my plate and showed the waitress the gristle. She took it and said she would show the chef. When the checks came we were very surprised that not a dollar was taken off of our order. Getting a free meal is never my intention, but I would think with so much inedible meat, it would've been adjusted. I'm a little disappointed in hops and drops. The best thing about the meal was the waitress was very attentive. We'll wait awhile before we return! read more

A great restaurant in Tri-Cities. A good variety of foods and delicious signature drinks. They also offer happy hour daily from 3-6pm. They make some awesome Potato Chip Nachos. As far as gluten free dining goes, I've done well with the potato chip nachos, Street Tacos and Caesar Salad (be sure to remind them no bread or croutons). Once i was served my salad with croutons by mistake and they happily replaced it without any complaints. The manager even came over to apologize to me personally. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Some even remember to offer us our favorite menu items! Staff seems happy to work here. They introduce new portion of their menu each month to offer special appetizers, meals and drinks. They also support the community with occasional fundraisers and some of their staff volunteer at the food bank during the holidays. The only negative is that they're so popular that sometimes parking is a problem. Definitely a great place for dinner in Tri-Cities! read more

The food is excellent as always, but the management specifically needs work. There's a young man late 20's early 30's that has loudly talked down to his employees. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I don't make yelps, but this is something that should have been looked into long ago. As this doesn't seem like its the first time. He was extremely unprofessional with his staff (more than one employee) customers, (me) nearby. I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with this. Clean and tidy and located in a mall on the edge of town with plenty of parking. Our server was ridiculously cheerful and bouncy. Drinks were fine, but food (we both had burgers) wasn't great. To start with, it showed up very quickly. Can't have been more than a couple of minutes between ordering and receiving food. Even our server was startled when she came over to refill drinks (food order was brought by a different staff member). Felt and tasted like they'd been cooked well in advance and just assembled into burgers at order time - wasn't time for them to have been cooked. I had tots with my meal, which were burned and over oiled...again felt like they'd been sitting for a while. There's a lot of choices in this part of Richland for very similar sit down non gourmet food. If I'm out that way again, I'll be picking one of the other places.... read more
