Good food & great service!! Jelissa, the bartender is great. Plenty of food & beer. Good atmosphere and lots of TVs. They just opened & are looking for new customers. I'll be here weekly! If you're at the truck stop, this place is across the street.

This was just what we were looking for after a work/travel day down to the Tri-Cities. A nice trucker diner, serving typical comfort food with a smile. And on a Friday, we'll always be looking for Clam Chowder. Their's was fine, and a perfect compliment to my Turkey Club. No complaints from the crew with their meals, with everyone getting pretty much what they always do. The place was old, but clean, and from what I know it's the only place like it on the northeast part of the metro. Rock solid Americana...

We stopped in here last night for dinner... After reading the reviews we really wasn't to sure what to expect but it was close and we were tired The service was great. Seated quick drink orders etc... Our server was very friendly as well Place is somewhat outdated but it was clean We checked out both men and women restrooms both were clean Food was great. Cooked perfect and large portions Not expensive either They also have a small lounge as well This is one of the last few mom an pop truck stops where you can get good home cooked meals affordable I would have given it 5 stars except some of the booths and chairs had rips that they fixed with duct tape... I wanted to leave 4 1/2 star but no option All in all good food good service an affordable If in the area we would stop again

Grilled chicken onions pepper & shrooms. Baker and there were green beans too. Bangin

I really dug this place. One of my fave 'dive diners' if you will. Breakfast is killer and they've some great sandwiches too. Baked potatoes served w entrees even at lunch time. Some times ya just need a damn baked potato! Home cooked entrees just when ya need it but don't wanna make it!

10pz New York Steak with mashed potatoes and carrots with coleslaw.

Food was basic. You could tell everything was frozen and not freshly prepared. I gave three stars because it wasn't trash, it was decent.

Good place to park the truck for the night and grab a good bite to eat. Good selection of items to choose from and nice friendly service.

We sat at the bar to escape it, and somehow, of course, they ended up right behind us again. At that point, even the staff were giving each other that look like, "yeah ... we smell it too." Our server stepped in like a hero and quietly moved us to a corner booth, no fuss, no awkwardness, just excellent problem-solving so we could actually enjoy our meal. And that right there is part of why I've always loved this place. The service and food are consistently great, and they handle things with a kind of care you don't see everywhere. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I will stay loyal to Sageport long term. Sageport is the freaking best.

Service We went on a weekend morning so there was a bit of a wait (~15-20 mins). After we were seated, the service was amazing and quick. Ambiance The ambiance is definitely a unique one and one that I don't see very often. It does have its own charm. It is a smaller establishment with lots of tables, so one may find it a bit cramped on the inside. Other Notes With this restaurant, you do get a bill that you have to pay at the front (like Denny's) and their restroom is a bit weirdly located. You'll have to go behind the counter and into a bit of the kitchen to get to it.

All of the staff were so nice and truly went above and beyond. They had no problem giving us lunch so early and made sure that more than every need of ours was met. Also, pie!!! All food was homemade!

I have been to the Bistro a few times in the past and I have always enjoyed the meals, atmosphere,…read moreand especially the service. Except for today. I came in this morning for breakfast. I ordered a ribeye and eggs with sourdough toast, instead I was served a NY instead with 1 slice of bread...not sourdough. Cook came out to correct me that the steak was indeed a ribeye. now, I have worked in a meat dept. for several years at my last employment, I was also a manager for a steakhouse...I definitely know the difference. I had the server remove the steak and she adjusted the bill. (if only I could post a picture of the receipt) the bill: $5 (2 eggs), hash browns $5.50, toast $3.50 (1 slice). So I was charged for side orders. okay, but $3.50 for 1 slice of bread and not even what I had ordered. Pathetic. Now, if it was one issue, no biggie, not a deal breaker, but there was multiple issues, especially when the cook (hahaha) came to my table to tell me I was wrong. I am a firm believer that the customer is not always right, but this time, I was. I really do hope the owner reads and replies to this post, because no manager/supervisor came to my table to address the issues.
